Wolverine Origins Adamantium Adult Claws Size One-Size

Wolverine Origins Adamantium Adult Claws Size One-SizeThese things are money!!! They are perfect for any Logan/Wolverine costume and are made of hard plastic, which could be dangerous to children. The velcro straps could be tighter but still the best Wolverine claws on the market.

My daughter bought these for my son's birthday/Halloween costume. They were a great price for TWO of them, where most only had one. They are a strong plastic and have been used a lot all ready. His favorite part of them are that they look "real" because they are painted to look like the back of the hand. Great product!

While the claws themselves are farely well molded, the "hand" piece they are mounted on was not appealing to me. I removed the claws and modified them to fit directly on my hand similar to the actual movie props.

These are the next best thing to replica hand props like the ones Hugh wears in the films. They are a little bit uncomfortable over the knuckles (hard plastic "hands") which is why only 4 stars, but that being said, they are very durable. I owned a pair before and they lasted two years easy. One of my favorite costume accessories. Just don't try to slice through vanadium steel with 'em, bub.

easy and comfortable to wear. the spikes are about 12 inches long and it comes in a set of 2. There is one for left and one for right so make sure you wear them on the appropriate hand. It has adjustable straps to accommodate larger wrists. It fits my husband about 6'2 and son 5'9. great buy

RockAbye Raffi Giraffe Rocker -Kids

Raffi Giraffe RockerMy 14 month old loves, loves, loves this rocking toy. She started rocking on it well before her 1st birthday. As the matter of fact, she was rocking on it well before walking as well. She would attempt to climb on it by herself and it was just darling watching her try to overcome this big thing (big compared to her size). I believe this toy is great for teaching balancing as well as motor skills such as holding onto the toy with both hands as well as feet. My daughter also loves playing with the music and uses her little finger to pick and choose her songs (four in total) while she's rocking. Highly recommend the toy. Songs are educational (colors of the rainbow, numbers, and the alphabet). Not to mention how adorable this giraffe is and almost everybody asks me where the heck did I buy it.

My one year old loves this rocker. We just gave it to him last night and it was a hit. Size wize, his legs still do not even touch the wood rocking legs, so he should get a lot of use out of this. Even though his legs don't touch, he was still able to sit on the rocker and balance.

The giraffe also plays four different types of music. I personally find the music quite annoying but my son likes it. My son could quickly recognize that you push the bright colored shapes to make the music play, but he can't push hard enough. He has other toys that you push shapes to make music and he doesn't have a problem with those. Even I have trouble sometimes pushing for the music to play, because the internal buttons don't necessarily line up extremely well with the shapes. So, that is a bit of a bummer.

My son really likes holding onto the giraffe's antlers too and loves the crinkly sound the mane makes when he touches it.

Overall, a cute toy!

I absolutely love this rocker. While it is expensive for a baby toy my son adores it and it is made well enough to be passed down. I have no idea how children are managing to tip these forward or backward so that they topple! My son is 6 months old and about 18lbs and rocks it pretty hard, and it has never been close to flipping all the way forward. Perhaps this is more of an issue with heavier children in which case there should be a limit in the description.

My son LOVES the music, as annoying as it may be to me (isn't this true of many kid's tunes?), so that is worth it. We love our rocker and will be getting them for gifts for others!

We purchased this rocker for our 10 month old for Christmas. It is very stable, has a wide seating area, and is very soft. It is also low to the ground which makes it easier for her to try to pull up on it. The musical songs are great, my only complant is that it's hard to understand what they are singing in a few spots. The songs turn off when the button is pushed a second time, which is great when it's accidentally pressed. Overall a great toy.

FANTA COLOR JR

FANTA COLOR JRMy daughter loves this toy. Although she is twenty-five and autistic, it is one toy that I can give her to play with when she is having a bad day of behavior and seizures. She will go in her room and lie on her bed and play with this toy for an hour or so. I babysit five other children ages from seventeen months to thirteen, and I find them playing with the Fanta game also. It if fun to watch them come up with thier own designs.

What I like about this toy is that half of the pictures are colored so you can match the picture, but half of them aren't so you can be creative and make up your own designs. My kids love to do both with this toy.

Bright Starts Roll Shake and Spin Activity Balls

Bright Starts Roll Shake and Spin Activity BallsI bought this from Walmart for my son for about six dollars. I fail to understand why Amazon has such a high markup on this item. Regarding the ball set, my son likes the balls with stuff inside that make noise. So essentially he plays with two balls as the third ball with a spinning toy inside doesn't have much appeal for him.

Son has loved these since he was 6 months. So you know what you're getting: 1) has a little friend inside that rattles when shaken 2) has a spinner that twirls/spins when rolled 3) has mini-balls that will roll from top to bottom and vice versa when turned and rattles as well 4&5)have layers that click when turned (son has not mastered this skill yet so they are colorful balls) I would roll and he would crawl after them, hide and seek, would shake behind ear then hide then shake behind other ear then show it & he would laugh, this is my go to when he is fussy.

VTech - 3-in-1 Learning Zebra Scooter

VTech - 3-in-1 Learning Zebra ScooterGrandma and Grandpa delivered the Zebra Scooter to our 28-month-old grandson this past weekend. I (Grandpa) could hardly put it together since he was so excited about the scooter. Would the excitement last? After screwing on the wheel and securing the seat, he was off! He rode it around the house and outside. We took it to the park and he rode down the hill. He kept saying 'I love this'. And he certainly proved that. The scooter is a 'cute' design.... I think it looks more like a cow. It is well-made, and did not scratch or mar the wood floors. Technologically, it was more advanced than I thought it would be. There are 3 different attachments that plug in to the top of the zebra head: a compass, flashlight, and walkie-talkie. These attachments will 'program' the toy to give different responses when the lighted buttons are pushed. Yes, this toy does speak and play music. The parents were going to put some tape over the speaker to mute it, but I didn't find the sounds intrusive, even while we watched football on TV. The speaker has a loud and soft setting, and the music and voices are pleasant enough. I didn't get a chance to listen to all the messages, because our grandson 'claimed' this toy and was energized by it. The 3 different modes of the scooter are really inventive. The basic, seat-down position is his favorite, as he can scoot around all day on it that way. The seat can be raised a bit for another position, which is used to push the scooter. He was also able to sit on it in this mode, sort of like an Easy Rider position. The third position is the standup scooter. He is a bit young for this, but took the challenge, and managed to scoot around with some help. His Mom and Dad said the toy was a hit, and we got our share of 'I love you's' from our grandson.

Congrats to V Tech for making a neat toy for young kids. This is a perfect gift that should get a lot of use.

I got this scooter for my two nephews. One is almost two, the other is a newborn. The great thing about the scooter is it converts from a walk-behind toy for toddlers learning to walk, to a sit on scooter to a standing scooter. The conversion is pretty easy and requires no tools.

I was very impressed with the build quality of the scooter. Some assembly is required (isn't it always). But, it's not bad. The sounds the scooter makes might get annoying to parents after a while. But, there is a volume control on it (two position switch). As for learning, my first thought was "Kids aren't going to learn an awful lot from this". The manual didn't really detail how to use all the functions. But, then I realized an 18 month old ain't gonna be reading the manual anyway. There are buttons to push and things light up and just maybe they'll learn something from the animals and songs on the scooter. But, the main thing they'll learn is cause and effect, at that age.

I think my nephews will love this toy and it'll be something they can use for quite a while.

Normally I associate V-Tech with learning toys. I think they are now branching into other areas. This is a well built scooter. Has more than the basics, lights, music etc. Not sure if the kids actually push all the knobs and whistles while actually driving it as a scooter. It is sturdy, looks nice and bright. Can be used in multiple modes, a push walker, scooter etc. Looks cute too. Do you need a $50 scooter that can blink and whistle... it is upto you. For the money it does a admirable job.

My 9 month old loves this toy! He rides on it while being pushed around or moving his feet to cause it to roll forward. He's very intrigued by the flashing lights and sounds. The clarity of sound is amazing,,not muffled at all. Causes my infant to pay attention to what's being said. Goes well in my son's Safari themed play room. I love that the baby can sit on it, use it as a walker (that does not tip), and eventually use it as a scooter! Says it is to be used starting at 18 months, but my 9 month old is doing just fine with this toy..just as he does with the Fisher-Price Go Baby Go! Stride-to-Ride Dino. Great that he will enjoy this for years to come and it's very easy to interchange between the different functions. Excellent education about different animals too. Kinda pricey here but I got a deal elsewhere when it was on clearance for about $30 bucks. Worth every penny!

My son recieved this for Christmas when he was 8 months old...He loves being able to push it all around the house without our help and it has so many lights and songs that keep him entertained for long periods of time. This has also been a favorite for my 2 year old. She enjoys being able to sit on it and ride around the house. She is very small for her age (at 28 mths she's 20 lbs and 29 inches tall) and she can reach the ground with her feet to do it herself, which has been a problem with other ride on toys. It is very stable and we haven't had issues with it tipping for either of the kids. It has also held up very well to their abuse...It's been rammed into many walls and shows no signs of wear at all. I think that it will definately hold up to many years of fun for our kids.

Charm Company Scooby Doo Rocker

Charm Company Scooby Doo RockerI don't normally write reviews but this has to be the most disappointing experience I've had with a seller on amazon. The product arrived inside a box with no protective covering. It appears to be used and the stitching in the tail is coming apart. I purchased it for my girl's birthday and now I am unable to give it to her. Having seen the product itself now, it is very cheaply made, I wouldn't recommend this toy to anyone.

My two and four old grand kids love this, even tried to ride Scooby together, just adorable to watch them ride and hug their new best friend.

Evenflo ExerSaucer Triple Fun - Jungle

Evenflo ExerSaucer Triple Fun - JungleWhen I was looking at entertainment stuff for our new baby, I knew I wanted something similar to what our boys had had. Very few stationary entertainers out there rock and bounce anymore. That was half the fun for my little guys! At one point, T-Rex didn't even play with the toys he just liked to jump and spin! Anyway, this entertainer does that jumps/bounces, has a rotating seat, and has a rocker bottom (you can pull out the feet if you don't want it to bobble). The toys are brightly colored not pastel, which has been proven not be as visually stimulating. The toys are very engaging, too. The only con I would add is that it takes 9 AAA batteries to make all the toys work. I was willing to buy it anyway because of all the stages it offers. I liked the play mat for the tiny infant stage, the exersaucer for her current stage (5 months) and the idea of a play table when she's older. I don't feel like I spent a bunch of money on something she will only be interested in for a few months. This was super easy to put together, too! I did it alone in about 20 minutes the part that took longest was the screws, and only because our drill needed to be charged. :-) All in all, I would highly recommend this exersaucer! We tried a few others with sitters and at the homes of friends, but none of them quite compared to this bad boy! It's worth every penny!!

As an activity center for the baby to sit in, this is great because the baby can turn around and do all the activities. What's nice about this product is that you can transform it from a seated center into a standing activity center; however, when you do that, not only is it space consuming, but it is extremely unsturdy. When my baby stands up at it, I have to hold the activity center down because the legs are too far apart to make it sturdy. Also, it's very easy for the baby to push his or her weight and knock it over.

Buy Evenflo ExerSaucer Triple Fun - Jungle Now

We have a very big 8 month old (approx. 26 lbs., and 30" tall), so we wanted a really good quality exersaucer that could to stand up to his jumping in it. We did a bunch of shopping around and this is the best one available. Our son loves all the toys on it as well as all the sounds it makes (he especially likes the talking iguana). It is a very study and well made toy. I checked both the Toys 'R Us and the Target websites on 6/12/09 and they were both charging $129 for this exersaucer. In closing, I would highly recommend this toy!

First I want to say that I have a different model of this toy, so I myself cannot comment on the toys this one comes with. However, after reading a few of the reviews, it seems that some parents have not stopped to think about the fact that when creating this toy, they had a rather wide age range in mind. Some of the toys need to be for older babies/young toddlers, or it will be useless as an activity table. That being said, the toys on it are called "switch-a-roos" for a reason. They come of and you can get different ones that are more "baby friendly" until your child is older. I know this is a bit expensive, but if you already spent the money on this, it might be worth investing in getting two or so to make it more fun for younger babies.

All of that said, here are the things that I absolutely love about this toy. It is the most versatile out there. It goes from a play mat, to an entertainer, to an activity table. It also doubles as a jumparoo. We had both with my son, and he liked jumping in this more. Needless to say, we sold the jumperoo and kept this for the next baby (although my son still uses it in table mode, and will probably not be thrilled when he is a big brother soon and the baby takes it over) My son LOVED this toy from day one. We first used it when he was almost six months, and there has not been a time since that he has not used it in one way or another. (He is now just shy of 15 months) I know it is not "recommended" to allow babies to pull up on it, however that is because the company does not want to be liable for an injury. It was what my son learned to pull up on (he started doing this when it was in the exersaucer mode, which was actually less stable, so we turned it into a table and he never once fell), and is very stable, although it does not always seem that way. It does shake back and forth, as my son LOVES to do to it, in the table mode, but we have never had a problem with it tipping. In fact, he has recently tried climbing it, and still has yet to tip it.

This is the baby item that I most highly recommend, and we will not be parting with ours until we are sure we are done having kids, and possibly not even then.

Want Evenflo ExerSaucer Triple Fun - Jungle Discount?

We got this a gift and were excited for the various stages. The mat for the infant was very lame. Not much room at all for her move around and the overhang was flimsy. Stage two, the saucer, was a big hit for 4-9 months. Once she was mobile she did not want to be in the saucer. So we moved it to stage three. It is terrible! It is very flimsy, not very tall so she has to bend over the toys and not study. The saucer was great and she enjoyed and it was good place to have her play. If you buy these I would just plan on using it as stage two.

Fisher Price Classic Pull Toy: Chatter Telephone

Fisher Price Classic Pull Toy: Chatter TelephoneI have a picture of me 37 years ago with this same toy. At first I found it funny that there is still a rotary phone toy out there when it is doubtful that most kids have ever even seen one. It turns out it doesn't matter. Kids love dialing and this phone allows them to actually DO more than its fake cordless phone peers. Fisher price please don't stop making them.

I loved this toy as a child, and our now-2-year-old twins love it.

Our twins love our cell phones (mine was ruined by excessive moisture), so of course, we wanted to buy toy phones for them. At first, we chose a toy cell phone, because we use cellular only (no land line), and our 1-year-old twins have never seen a rotary phone in person. Then I saw that this toy was again being produced, and we bought it for them on a whim.

The toy cell phone is well-liked, but this one is a lot more fun, with its colorful exterior, child-sized handset, and wheels. Our babies love to use the rotary dial; a motion not seen on many of today's developmental toys.

The build quality is excellent, and this toy can really take a beating. You can't go wrong with it.

Buy Fisher Price Classic Pull Toy: Chatter Telephone Now

My son is now 15 months old and he has had this forabout 4 months. I was especially excited since I remember wanting one SO BADLY when I was a kid. We showed him how to use it he is used to knawing on our cell phones. So, we get about 5 10 minutes of use out of it at any given time, but it is HEAVY. And the cords are short both the pully and the connection piece. This means he whirls this toy around and I have been clocked sideways a few times. I think when he is older and has more control it might be better. For now, I keep it at the bottom of the toy box and try to stay a good distance away when he does get ahold of it.

I got this telephone for my 1st birthday, in 1982! The toy survived myself, my brother, and my sister. Unfortunately my mom no longer has it for my daughter who just turned 1. We are now looking for the newer model that Fisher-Price has put out. This toy is great for teaching kids about talking on the phone. Great for pretend play as a child gets older.

This toy has been around for years. At 29 years old I remember playing with the same type. They only thing is the cord on the phone is very short. To keep the phone in place or flat and to place receiver at your ear is not possible, the cord is too short. Too bad they didnt make it retractable so it wont hang being longer but also can extend to put to your ear. Overall, always a fun toy from baby to toddler and on.

Silly Surfer Remote

Silly Surfer RemoteMy one year old LOVES our remotes. We'd reached the point where we were so sick of taking the batteries out and pocketing them (and occasionally losing them in the process) so she couldn't change channels or turn movies off on the rare occasions we sit down for some veg time I had to find a solution. Somewhere years ago I had seen a remote made just for toddlers that really worked for the DVD player but had only a few big buttons. I wanted to find it or something similar but no luck.

Then I found this one. I don't think calling it the "Silly" Surfer remote suits very well since it's not very funny but it has great sound effects and three language options! The light at the top lights up and it's just as big as a real remote. If this were sitting on my sofa with the others I'm certain a guest would think it was just another universal remote. Fortunately it's like the real thing enough my tot likes it and will accept the trade when she gets her hands on the real ones.

The price and shipping do make this a little expensive but not only is it a great toy (we used it as a stocking stuffer), it has been saving our sanity. I highly recommend this one for other parents seeking a nice "let mommy trade you remotes sweetie" option. I know it's been commented to us that we should just have bought a real one and not put batteries in it (cheaper) but this is child safe and with the light/sounds it's more entertaining for the little one.

My 14-month old son was always scheming to get his hands on our remote control. This has helped us keep his little hands (and mouth) from snatching it up and running for cover. He loves to play with this it looks like a real remote and makes lots of noises. So long as I put it down and let him take it rather than offer it to him, it's as good as the real thing.

Buy Silly Surfer Remote Now

This was the most "real" toy remote I could find. I leave it on the coffee table with the real remotes, so my son doesn't know it's fake. It keeps him away from the real ones, and he loves pushing the buttons. The battery door screws on, so I know he can't get to them. Well worth the price!

Fisher-Price Brilliant Basics Countin' Fun Piggy

Fisher-Price Brilliant Basics Countin' Fun PiggyBoth my 1 and 3 year old love this toy. We haven't had any of the mechanical issues mentioned by another reviewer. The coins are big enough and the slot big enough for little hands to "feed the piggy." Also, the tail is easy for little ones to push to get the coins out. The sound can be adjusted to off, quiet or normal, but I don't find the noises too annoying. I actually recommend this toy for young children. It gets a lot of use by my kids and their friends.

I got this toy as a gift for my 1 year old daughter. Turns out my 2 year old son liked it even more. He has speech delays so it really helped him learn how to say his colors correctly! Both kids were interested in for about 3 weeks but haven't played with it since. There's only so much it can do, so it's understandable that they're bored of it now. Hopefully they'll be excited about it once again in a month or so. Cute, simple toy!

Leap Frog Roll and Rhyme Melody Block

Leap Frog Roll and Rhyme Melody BlockMy parents in Texas, who care for my nephew who has Autism, had one of these Melody Blocks for him, but over the years it had gotten worn out, so eventually they had to throw it away, much to my nephew's dismay. My first thought was Amazon, and I was so pleased to find it here, and at a very reasonable price, so I ordered it and had it sent to my parent's home. My parents said my nephew was all smiles when he got his favourite toy back, and seeing him so happy was priceless! Thank you for stocking this product, it's a wonderful toy for kids of many ages, and for people of all ages who have disabilites. The music it plays is wonderful!

Bunnies by the Bay Wee Plush, Petal

Bunnies by the Bay Wee Plush, PetalI recently bought Wee Emmie for my daughter for her 1 birthday

becasue she loves ducks. The Bunny by the bay website says it is great for any age.

Well, I found that she was able to pull the small felt foot off. Upon

closer inspection of the other attached foot, it appears to be hand

sewn to the body of the duck with only a few stitches. The size of

this foot is perfect for a small child to choke on. I will no longer

be letting my children play with this stuffed animal.

I contacted the company and let them know what happened, and they never responded...

Very cute little bunny. I bought this for a new grandbaby that will be born a month before Easter. It's very soft and cuddly.

Buy Bunnies by the Bay Wee Plush, Petal Now

I bought this as a bunny plush collector, but it's clear that this plush is best suited for babies and nurseries. Not just as a decoration, it's appears to be a very good safe plush with no parts to fall off or get pulled out, etc. Eyes and nose are sewn in, nothing can break off. Very soft good squishy bunny plush that is a joy to pet like a real bunny (and it can't bite you or make a mess like a real pet rabbit, which I have one as wellmine is scary but somehow sweet too).

I got the Petal bunny which is naturally adorable in every way. It has a strange overwhelming charm (being a bunny with pink fur) and is handmade, adds to the love all around.

This very soft plush happens to be very small in size, but very portable for those on the go. I appreciate the smallness of Petal bunny as my bed is overrun by stuffed animals from Hello Kitty/Charmmy Kitty, Build-a-Bear Workshop plushes, bunnies and more bunnies of all sorts.

So, I'm thankful for the smallness, but could be a problem for others because of the high price. Though the smallness is more the right size for a baby to hug and hold instead of a larger plush that could do possible harm. No worries here on this soft small bunny. I love this super cute thing :)

Lil Characters Unisex-baby Infant Gobbler Costume

I bought this costume in size 6-12 months (small) for my daughter who will be 6 months old around Thanksgiving (yeah, I'm dressing my kid as a turkey for Thanksgiving). She's 4 months old now and 16 lbs and the outfit is big on her, but I expect it will fit very nicely in 2 months. She looked absolutely adorable and the fabric quality was as I expected. Decent thickness and plushness for a costume.

VTech - V.Smile Pull n' Play Phone

VTech - V.Smile Pull n' Play PhoneI'm disspointed, I thought this was going to be a big hit. I was wrong. Here are a sampling of my problems with this toy:

1. The handle doesn't stay on the base well.

2. The cord is too short (granted this is probably a mandatory safety issue so we can't hold the manufacturer responsible), so your head has to be very akwardly close to the base to "talk" into the receiver.

3. It's on wheels but can't be pulled by the phone handle b/c that comes out of the side, and again is fairly short.

4. In voice (versus music) mode, it says the number you press than beeps; if you press a series of numbers, i.e. 1, 2, 3, it will say those numbers as you press them without beeping inbetween but if you press the same number twice in a row it will not repeat the number, it will just go on finishing the appropriate number of beeps so... the child can't practice dialing numbers since many real phone numbers have the same number in repetition such as 555-1234 (it would say 5 and beep 5 times even as you press the 5 key twice more).

5. The button to make the dog holding the phone pop up is hard for little children to press (have to press hard to work).

6. My son has had this from about 6 months to now 20 months and it RARELY gets played with. We rotate toys so he's not overwhelmed with choices, but I've always kept this one in the mix and he almost never plays with it. So, above all my complaints, the fact is that the child just doesn't think it fun enough to play with.

This toy was given to my 10 month old son. It is loud and difficult to understand what is being said. It doesn't really look like a phone (as we know them today) so he doesn't relate the toy to our telephone. This toy is also quite heavy and the cord is too short to use as a pull toy, but rather as a weapon. My son like to whip the heavy toy around and knock me in the knees or his father in the head. The danger this toy poses and the utter annoyance of the voices, far out way any possible educational value of this toy.

We have the old version of this phone. Im not sure if this one has a cord that is on the front of it but ours did. Im writing this to warn everyone who is upset that the cord on this toy is too short. Ours had a cord for the phone and a cord to pull the toy with. I was in making dinner one day and i heard some crying and i walked in to find both of the two cords got tangled some how around one of my little boys neck! when i got it off there was a deep purple indent on his poor neck. Now i know some people might be saying i need to watch my babies more but only a mother of twins would understand how hard it is. Now the cord to pull the toy has been cut off, they still like the toy however. Im just glad i got to him in time.

My daughter has had this phone since 6 months and she loves it. She is 1 year now. If your child loves phones (mine really does!), any phone will do to get them away from the real phones, which they really want...

The cord is too short, of course. It could have been a little longer, since most parents, with a longer cord would be watching their kid anyway. I would rather have a shorter cord, but we'll see when she gets older... it's frustrating for me especially trying to show her how to say "hi / bye" on it...

The music is good and there is a lot of variety in it... lots of songs. I like the fact that the doggy talks to the child and communicates with a clear enough voice to hear.

If you bump the phone it makes noise, but when i'm playing with her at the time, it draws her to the phone.

The busy signal is annoying and I don't even know why they put that in there. The number noises kind of sound like Spongebob Squarepants sometimes and the others sort of sound like Barney.

Educationally, the phone is pretty cute and good! It teaches numbers, if they can recognize the symbols, that is.

Over all, I really love the phone! It' cute... the doggy pops up and down... But the reciever doesn't stay on that good and the toy is kind of loud and the cord is too short. (good thing there are volume options and an off option).

Baby Girl likes it though and bounces to the music, as with a lot of the rest of her musical toys... this one is one of the most that she bounces to, though.

I am not very pleased with this toy. We have tons of music/noise toys, but this is the worst. I think my 10 month old is often turned off by it's noises as much as we. We've had it for 3 weeks now and he's played with it very little.

There are two options -music and talking. The music option will play a cute kid song when you hit the buttons. The talking setting will shout out a number (and eventually drive you nuts), so that's why I'll rate this ok for educational purposes. Also at times, you'll hear a busy signal (which they may as well put screeching-nails-on-a-chalkboard sounds).

There is a volume control, but even on the quieter setting it's very loud. Even for those of us with selective hearing, this toy just penetrates the ear drums. Just bumping the phone can trigger loud songs/noises. You don't actually need to hit a button. And sometimes I don't even know why it makes noises.

The good option -there IS an off switch for the noise. (I just was rocking him for a nap, and the chair bumped the phone. It was disturbingly loud. Had I turned the phone OFF, I wouldn't have had that problem. ) And it also seems to be very sturdy. As much as I would love him to break it, I doubt he'll be doing that any time soon.

I will look for a more simple and realistic phone for my son to enjoy...he still prefers our real phone and it's simple beeps.

Fisher-Price Topzy Tumblers Tubtime Tumblers

Fisher-Price Topzy Tumblers Tubtime TumblersCute bath toy! Would have been cuter if the alligator had two holes in his back for each tumbler. Daughter loves to play with them and would get them as a gift if needed.

This product is fun for my son in the tub, but I think he likes it even more out of the tub because he likes rolling the tumblers and chasing after them. They're great in the tub because they float well and so does the alligator, even with the tumbler in it. My sone finds it amusing to bob them in the water and to shake them so they make noise. The only reason I give it four stars instead of 5 is because it doesn't really keep his attention that long until he's done with them (but then again, what else would you expect from a 8 mnth old?)

Pros:

*Cute

*Float well and do not retain water

*Fun in and out of the tub

*Durable. Ha not broken yet through all the abuse.

Cons:

*Do not retain child's attention for more than a few minutes

*May be a little large to grasp for a 6month old's hands

Melissa & Doug Princess Soft Toys 16" Plush Lovey Lamb

Melissa & Doug Princess Soft Toys 16' Plush Lovey LambGot this for my daughter at Easter. She calls it her "lammie." She won't go to bed without it. This lamb has survived the washing machine bunches of times and being tossed and squished (loved!) by her. I am sure she will have it forever. Very pleased with "lammie!"

This was purchased as an Easter gift for a 4 month old baby. It is the first toy that he responded to with hugs and a possessive attitude. Parents and grandma are impressed with the quality as well as the charm.

This really is a cute stuffed animal! I ordered to give as part of a larger gift at a baby shower and I am pleased! It's 16 inches tall and an off-white color. Cute expression on its face. Overall, a nice little lamb!

This lamb is sooo soft and cuddly. I bought this to accompany a bassinet for a newborn as her first stuffed animal. While it is large, it is cute and soft. The only thing I did not like is the bow around the lamb's neck. The picture showed an off white satin bow that looked smooth and soft as well, but the lamb came with a stiff plaid bow in an ugly color. I would have replaced it, but the bow was sewn in such a manner that it attached to the lamb. Overall I am satisfied, but it would have been much better with a different bow, especially since it will be a gift for a newborn baby girl. The lamb is well made.
