Fisher-Price The Wonder Pets Schoolhouse Adventure Playset

Fisher-Price The Wonder Pets Schoolhouse Adventure PlaysetLet me start by saying my kids LOVE this toy. They adore the Wonder Pets. However...FP did not engineer this toy well at all. The flag pole, the tree, and the slide come off so easy!! In fact, it's a pain. My kids are two and three and every 10 seconds something falls off, then I hear "Mommy, this broke, please fix it!" I plan on putting some glue under the tree and the flag pole so it doesn't come off. I gave it three stars because the kids are enjoying the school house, but if it weren't for that I would really give two stars because all the parts come off. I "wonder" why they didn't notice it during testing!

My daughter absolutely LOVES the Wonder Pets so I knew she would love this, and overall, it is a good toy. However, there are a few drawbacks. 1) The tunnel that the animals can slide down through, the tree, and the flag pole are not attached to the toy--they're removable, which would be okay if it took more than a simple nudge to pop them off. So, my daughter gets frustrated because they are constantly popping off. 2# There are animals all over the toy #birds, squirrels, Ollie), but they are the same color as the plastic. The birds in the tree are green like the leaves. Ollie is green like the grass. So, they do not stand out to little children. Overall, though, my daughters LOVES this toy.

My son loves Wonder Pets which we chose as the theme for his 2nd birthday party! Then we found this schoolhouse activity set thinking it was going to be the perfect gift...not! The attachable pieces do not stay in place, coming off way too easily (ie; the tree barely stays standing, the shoot detaches when you tough it, and when the flyboat is placed on the flagpole it doesn't spin down the pole like it's supposed to because it's too heavy!)And I have to agree with another reviewer about the animals being the same color as the plastic, not good...too hard to see! Overall my son still loves the toy, but as previously stated when everything comes off so easily it is quite annoying and we might return it due to the poor quality and workmanship!

My twin girls love Wonder Pets and we have many pets toys. I agree with the other reviews about the pieces falling offthis is a pain. The other issue I have is that we have several other Fisher Price wonder pets figurines, flyboat, etc. The other figures are too big to fit down the slide or on the peg for the little flyboat. My kids get frustrated with this. The only animals that fit are the ones that came with this set. They want to play with all of their wonder pet toys in the school house. FP should have made this consistant to fit their many toys already out there. Of course my kids' favorite part is pushing the phone and hearing the character's voices!

Edushape 4 Pack Sensory Ball Mega Pack, Colors May Vary

Edushape 4 Pack Sensory Ball Mega Pack, Colors May VaryI purchased these balls when my son was about 5-6 months old, to give another developmental toy for him to play with. He loves rolling them around and crawling after them, rolling or throwing them to me, and putting them in boxes. They are easy for him to hold, and I like the different colors, sizes, and textures. He also really loves it when I roll it over his head and down his back, it tickles and he makes this really cute face. I feel that these are versatile toys that will bring learning and enjoyment for a long time.

My one year old is blind and I bought these for his birthday. GREAT sensory toy. Love them! I especially like the biggest ball. Each ball has different "nub" texture too...one is more pointy nubs, one is more rounded soft numbs, etc. Great toys! My 5 year old son likes playing with them too!

My son was first introduced to these sensory balls at his daycare and he absolutely loves them. They only have one size so I was really happy to find that they come in other sizes. He just loves them. He's 15 months old, but has been playing with them since he was 8 or 9 month's old.

I spent along time trying to find balls which were Phthalate Free. When I found these on Amazon I was so excited exactly what I was looking for and Phthalate Free. When the box arrived, I initially thought "great, exactly what I wanted textured balls in different sizes and nice colors. On closer inspection, I noticed a blurb on the box which states "The balls are Phthalate Compliant"...WHAT? what does this mean? Certainly not the same as Phthalate Free...as Phthalates are not illegal. I will not let DS roll around on a product that has Phthalates, especially given that he puts his mouth on everything.

At least Amazon's customer service was excellent. All it took was an email explaining my problem with the item and I received a refund.

Little People Floaty Boat

Little People Floaty BoatBought the boat as a pool toy and now has moved to the tub.The boat has a hard time floating. Add one Little person and a bit of water, the boat will sink. My son still loves it and has played with it for a year. Longer than most other toys. I think the sinking thing bothers the parents more than the kids.

My 18 month old daughter was very excited when we brought this home, but it quickly became a least favorite toy. It is cute, but only floats if you don't touch it (silly me to think a water toy should be able to float). The flip cabin is a useless feature. The hook on the end is frustrating for little hands and most often used to tip over the boat. A poorly designed toy that gets little playtime in or out of the bath.

My two and a half yr old LOVES this toy! It DOES float in the tub (or pool). He likes all the little pieces that go with it. And other FP "Little People" also fit. Even after being left outsideit washed clean really well. Makes a great wet or dry toy!

We also got ours from the Pampers promotion, and we really enjoy ours. I can't understand why everyone says it doesn't float, because I haven't had any problem with mine. However, if it gets very full of water it does tip. The boat is very cute, and the knob that is used to flip the deck is just right for little hands. I like the person, and the ring, the only thing I dislike is the fish that come with it. They seemed to "squash", and Hannah liked to put them in her mouth. If we hadn't received ours for free I would have bought it anyway. I think all the Fisher-Price things are well-made, so judge for yourself.

This is a fun bath toy. My daughter loves to play with it. It does not float as well as some bath toys I've seen, but my 15 month old doesn't care. Half the fun is sinking it anyway.

Fisher-Price Little People Zoo Talkers Animal Sounds Zoo

Fisher-Price Little People Zoo Talkers Animal Sounds ZooAs my son is a huge animal fan, I found myself not able to decide whether to buy him the Fisher Price Little People A to Z Learning Zoo Playset or the Fisher-Price Little People Zoo Talkers Animal Sounds Zoo. Ultimately, he ended up getting the first from us, and the latter from his grandparents, but I thought I would mention some of the pros and cons of each.

Animal Realism: This definitely goes to the Zoo Talkers. While they both look cute, the Learning Zoo animals look far more "cartoony" than those for the Zoo Talkers.

Sound Quality: In my opinion, this is close. I think the Zoo Talkers has slightly richer, better sound, but they are both decent for a child's toy.

Box Accuracy: Tie. The box for the Learning Zoo shows a nice, translucent blue for the waterfall yet actually came as a far cheaper looking solid light blue; the box for the Zoo Talkers shows a zookeeper, polar bear, lion, and monkey yet comes with a gorilla instead of a monkey (which is mentioned on the back of the box, but this is very easily overlooked when purchasing online). They also curiously sell the gorilla separately (hence how we ended up with 2), yet don't even currently offer a monkey.

Expandability: Zoo Talkers wins here, but only because the Learning Zoo already comes with a full compliment of 26 animals. The Zoo Talkers currently allows you to expand the set with the Safari Truck and lion cub, penguin, seal, alligator, bear, dolphin, tiger, rhino, ostrich, elephant, gorilla, orangutan, flamingo, hippo, as well as zebra/leopard/whale bundled each with a book. Naturally this also adds to the cost of the product though.

Price: The Zoo Talkers wins in initial cost, but I doubt many children would be content with only the 4 figures that come with it. Once you factor in the cost of additional animals, the Learning Zoo becomes pretty competitive.

Educational Value: Definitely the Learning Zoo. The Zoo Talkers only does (at this time at least) the name and sound of a few animals, while the Learning Zoo does the name of the animal, the sound, and the first letter of the name for all 26 animals included (one for each letter of the alphabet). In addition, the Learning Zoo also has a button that quizzes on the various animals and sounds.

Quality: Zoo Talkers wins here. Once assembled, it is nice and sturdy with an "ice arch" that doubles as a handle to easily transport the play set. The Learning Zoo has the speaker/main play section attach to the mat, but the other parts are merely attached by clipping them by means of the fence only. This fence is easily disconnected and younger children will require an adult to reattach the parts for them, and any attempt by a child to move the play set will necessitate the reattachment. I wish the Learning Zoo was also more of a "one-piece" construction.

Quality Control: In our case the Learning Zoo wins here. All functions of the Learning Zoo worked upon arrival, whereas one animal for the Zoo Talkers arrived visibly defective and consequently didn't work.

Function: Tie. With the Learning Zoo, if the mat is not completely flat (as is to be expected to happen if used on carpet) an incorrect sound/name may be given when pushing a button. I have found this happens fairly often forcing me to carefully try and spread the mat out. In time the crease from shipping should decrease which may help with this. With the Zoo Talkers the animal has to be pushed down fairly straight in order to get the sound to work which may be difficult for younger hands. I've also had the base give an incorrect response several times (will make the wrong sound or give the wrong name) which I would assume happens if the animal isn't pushed on quite right (I've even had it make the lion cub sound/name and we don't even own that). ***Edit 11/29/11 Now that my son has had this for a few weeks my initial impression of the Learning Zoo was correct in that the mat has indeed flattened so that it now rarely gives an incorrect response when one of the buttons is pushed. My son (he just turned 2) still gets a surprisingly number of incorrect responses when using the Zoo Talkers when he doesn't push the animal down correctly. It is hard to subtract a star for this as I cannot duplicate the errors so it is something that no doubt will not continue once he gets coordinated enough to put the animals on a little better. It is disappointing though as this set is meant for his age range and I find it hard to believe that other toddlers don't suffer the same issues (and shouldn't something have been done about this during quality control testing prior to manufacturing?) Consequently, I now think that the Learning Zoo pulls ahead in this category.***

Fun Factor: For my son this is definitely the Zoo Talkers at the moment. He loves pushing the various animals down the slide, tipping the one platform causing various animals to land on the slide, putting the animals on the platform to hear the sounds, etc. The Zoo Talkers has a good mix of activities to entertain, whereas the Learning Zoo obviously focuses more on the educational aspect which I decided to rate separately.

Overall they are both great products in their own way and I don't regret that my son has both of them as they excel in different ways. I do find the choice of "sounds" that Fisher Price made for some of the animals rather curious though (only the alligator is currently available for the Zoo Talkers so the rest only applies to the Learning Zoo). I can understand using the sound of splashing water for the x-ray fish, but I (incorrectly) assumed that the animal sounds would all be vocalized sounds rather than clopping hooves (for the zebra), and chomping/eating (for the alligator, camel, koala, and giraffe). I am also disappointed that the lion and the tiger sound the same in the Learning Zoo, although they are different for the Zoo Talkers.

I have two little girls, a 7 1/2yr old and a 1 1/2yr old. My older daughter was the first grandchild on both sides and received many gifts as a baby/toddler. I think we owned every Little People toy out at the time. One of her favorites was the Fisher Price A to Z learning zoo, she loved all the different animals and it really helped her learn her letters as well. I was really disappointed when I saw it was discontinued and that this replacement only came with a few animals instead of the 26 that came with the other.

My disappointment ended though when I opened this up. It's extremely cute and filled with fun options (slide, swing, etc), it's a really nice size (my toddler likes to pick up smaller toys and drop/throw them this is big enough that she doesn't try) it also has a built in handle which I like to quickly move it when vacuuming etc.

My only issue with it is that it only comes with a few animals and while you can buy more animals if you check they are currently selling for 1/4 of the price of this set EACH. I hope that the price comes down on the extra animals or they are offered more affordably as a set together. The good news is your little one likely won't know or car either way if they don't have all the extra animals, as I type this my toddler is giving megablocks rides down the slide .

Buy Fisher-Price Little People Zoo Talkers Animal Sounds Zoo Now

My grandson loves his Fisher-Price Little People A to Z Learning Zoo Playset. That set comes with 26 animals and, in addition to "saying" the animal's name and making its sound, that toy gives the letter with which a particular animal's name begins. Naturally, when I saw this Little People Zoo Talkers Animal Sounds Zoo, I immediately thought of his coming birthday and how much he would enjoy this toy.

Like other Fisher-Price products, the Zoo Talkers Animal Sounds Zoo is colorful and well-made. The plastic seams are smooth and pose little chance that a child will be scratched or cut themselves while playing. The animals are cute depictions of the real thing. The jungle environment/scene provides numerous opportunities for imaginative play; I particularly liked this feature. On the downside, the fact that the animals only make sounds adds little to the educational value of this product. Additionally, since little ones are likely to become enamoured of the one animal sound you find most annoying, you may live to regret your purchase!

I found the cost to purchase the add-ons which would "complete" this toy offputting. If one goes to the Fisher-Price website, the 8 figures and the three figure/book combinations offered total $43.99, including shipping. Tax is also charged. The Safari Truck, which Amazon offers, is more expensive at the Fisher-Price site since they charge shipping and tax.

This may appeal to the lower end of and to less mature children at the upper end of the recommended age range. However, I felt it had less educational value than the Learning Zoo and was less appealing overall. Further, the additional monies to "complete" the set and not something I feel is welcomed by parents and grandparents. It is for these reasons that I gave this product only four stars.

If you buy this toy, just be aware that there will be no monkey at the zoo. The picture on the box shows a monkey swinging from a tree but it will not be inside your box. This was unfortunate for me because I wanted it as a Christmas present for my monkey-loving 18 month old granddaughter. Good thing I read other reviews and found out about this little snafu before Christmas morning!

Fisher Price substituted a gorilla in its place. I wrote to the company and their response was that Yes, there is no monkey.

The company sells single, 'additional' animals to add to your zoo, since it only comes with three. Among these extra animals you can purchase is a gorilla. Why are they selling gorillas separately when one already comes with the zoo?

It is all very confusing and I have an ethical issue with the company's willingness to deceive buyers. I am busy looking for another play zoo that really does come with a monkey.

This set is first off much bigger than I expected from the box, but then not too big its obnoxious. It is about two feet by two feet and has a nice carrying handle to take it room to room or easily turn it around to play with it on the flip side. Once I opened the box I was worried it was going to be a project to put together but it pretty much all snaps together except for three screws. I had it together in about ten minutes, and I did have to install three batteries, which were not included.

The Little People Zoo Talkers Animal Sounds Zoo is for ages 1 ½ to 5 years old, and my 3 and 4-year-old sons love it. There is so much to do, both front and back that my boys didn't feel crowded with both of them playing. The set makes so many different noises, not including the music or speech about the animals. There are squeaks, twist noises, clicks and more. My boys are just so excited each time they play with it to make as much noise as they can! There is a slide, swing, twisting leaf, peek-a-boo door and little spots to put the animals.

The only thing I was disappointed with was that the set only comes with three animals and a zookeeper. It is enough for two-three kids to play with but I would like to have more animals. Luckily, there is a total of nine other animals you can purchase to play with in the set that I am sure I will be adding to ours.

Overall, the playset is very colorful, bright and is a great size. I was impressed with all the sounds and interactions you can make and my boys love it. They played with it for a good hour right when we set it up and then played with it again a few more times throughout the day and since then. They even found other random animals and figurines to play with and even put their cars on the waterslide! As far as educational aspects go, I like that my boys can see how the different animals live (North and South Poles, Jungle, and Water regions. I would recommend this playset for any child and it will definitely grow with your child as it is fun for all ages!

VTech Pour and Float Froggy Electronic Bath Toy

VTech Pour and Float Froggy Electronic Bath ToyI've been looking for a bath to that squirts water without me having to wind something up all of the time and this fits the bill. I like the music too; it plays several Caribbean steel drum tunes which I like as much as my 1 year old. Also, it squirts water pretty strongly which he likes too. His favorite part is the water wheel between the frog's feet though. It floats and doesn't hold water so no mold if you let it drain. Overall, I'd recommend this toy for about 9mo and up.

My son loves playing in the tub and loves when we squirt him with water, so I knew this toy would be a hit. He's only 9 months old and learned quickly how to hit the button on his belly to make the water come out. Definitely recommend this toy...it's great!

Love this bath toy, very entertaining and cute. My daughter got it for her 1st birthday, it was one of her best gifts. She loves it, and it is very durable. It sings cute songs and squirts water, the frog knows when its in water or out. Makes bath time fun!

My son received this toy as a gift for his first birthday. It is awesome! It pulls water from the back and sprays water in five jets. I will admit my daughter, who is four, enjoys it more. The jets of water made my son a little nervous at first, but now he enjoys them. The only major con I can think of is that it is larger than most bath toys, so make sure you've got adequate room to store it.

Sassy Caterpillar Mobile With Suction Arm

Sassy Caterpillar Mobile With Suction ArmI bought this toy to hang from my infant daughter's car seat the day after she screamed nonstop in that seat while we were eating in a restaurant. I really like the assortment of hanging toys. The turtle has a mirror in the belly, the snail is a rattle and the butterfly is filled with colorful beads to shake. I also like that I can hang the toy from the car seat handle in two ways one to keep the hanging toys up high and spread out, the other to keep them hanging lower and group close together. But, my favorite feature is the car-window hanger. I might be tempted to keep the car seat handle up while we're driving so my baby could look at the toy (which would be a safety hazard), but having the suction cup on the window lets me move the toy off the car seat but still let my baby play with it while we're driving. A great design and a great toy!

We suctioned this onto the window of our car. Within about 4 days, the suction part flattened out, losing the concave suction ability. This was a shame because our baby was so captivated by it. It's very multipurpose so not all is lost, but very disappointed about our defective suction.

My 3-1/2 month old would scream every time I put him in the car. I would have to drive with one hand on the steering wheel, and one hand keeping his pacifier in his mouth. I attached this mobile to his infant carrier and used it for the first time today. He was so mesmerized by the dangling bugs that I didn't hear a peep out of him the whole car ride!! Totally worth the ten dollars I paid for it.

Could it get any better? I don't think so. This is the best $10 I've spent so far. We take this mobile everywhere! It works in the car, either on the window or on the infant seat handle. Also, I hang it in my pack-n-play since the mobile that came with it is so boring. I have also used it on the window above the rocking chair for our son to look at during feedings! I love this product & so does our son; he never seems to tire of staring at it and as he gets older different parts interest him.

I researched this idea over and over. I could not decide which product to get as I knew I wanted something unique that would stimulate baby. THIS IS IT!!! The suction cup can stay on the window and the caterpillar and toys can come off and attach to your stroller or infant seat with magnets inside the fabric. WHen the car is in motion, so is the toy allowing baby fun for hours!!! I highly recommend this one Just be careful not to knock it off when the door is open!!! A++++++++++++

Sunni Clutching toy

Sunni Clutching toySunni was our introduction to HABA. We had a circumstance where Sunni needed to be repaired due to no fault of HABA's. We didn't want to lose the toy so I called their USA offices and asked about repair services. HABA replaced Sunni, no questions asked.

Sunni's "rays" are moveable. My 12 month old daugher likes to clutch one of her rays and shake Sunni. There is a tiny bell embedded on the back of Sunni so when my daugher shakes it, she hears the clacking of the wood and the ringing bell. This is a great toy that brings some sunshine to your toy basket and a smile to your noise-motivated child. So glad we were blessed to have it replaced.

I originally bought this wooden toy for my 1 year old little girl because we needed a new teething toy and it is just so cute! Also, it is made by Haba (always a reliable company). Now that we've had it a while, we love it for multiple reasons:

The tiny bell inside jingles, but it's just loud enough to hear if you are holding it --in other words, it's not at all annoying.

It's durable. We've had it for about 4 months now and it still looks like new. The paint has not chipped off despite my daughter's constant gnawing/gumming.

Non-toxic

The "sun beams" move around so she can twist them and pull on them.

When we put it on a hard surface, it spins around like a top would. She thinks this is hilarious.

Highly entertaining (for my baby at least). She will sit and play with it for 15-20 minutes at a time and she carries it all over the house.

I'd recommend Sunni to anyone!

Miracles & Milestones - Rhymes Go Round Mirror

Miracles & Milestones - Rhymes Go Round MirrorAs previous parents mentioned, this toy was not a big hit during tummy time; my son ignored it when he was really small. I then attached it to his crib figuring at least it looked cute. Then, once he got to be about 5 months old and strong enough to pull the cord, he loved it! He still plays with it all the time and he's a year old now. He loves it when my husband and I try to sing along with the songs.

Got this when my son was about 4 mos, because I wanted something to entertain him in his crib, and he was just getting into mirrors. He's enjoyed the mirror on this one, and he likes to smack the legs to make them swing. At first he liked watching the mouse go around when I pulled the cord, but he got bored with that pretty fast. His favorite thing to do is smack the mirror, I think because it flexes like a funhouse mirror,a lot more than his other mirrors. He hasn't figured out how to pull the cord himself yet, though he certainly pulls on other toys to make them "go". I don't know if it's the design of the handle, the tension on the cord, if he hasn't made the connection that the cord makes the mouse move, or if he just isn't interested. He enjoyed the lights & music for the first couple of months, but after that, didn't pay attention for more than half a minute or so. This toy does stand up on its own as advertised, but tips over easily.

This is just me, but I thought the mirror was fixed and the mouse moved around. Actually, the mouse is glued to the mirror, and the whole mirror turns. When he would try to grab the mouse, he'd hit the mirror, and the mouse would stop -so it's not really doing what I thought it would do (teach him eye-hand coordination). But it did amuse him for a little while, so I guess that's something.

Overall... it's OK. I feel like it's a bit expensive for the enjoyment my son has gotten out of it it's just not his thing, while I'd been hoping it would be the new big hit, so I'm a little disappointed. Maybe when he's a little older (he's 7.5 mo now), I'll reintroduce it and see if he'll pull the cord, and maybe that will ignite his interest again?

We lost this toy in a tornado and here I am to buy a replacement! We got this as a gift and I didn't think much of it, but put it in the crib anyway. Well, once my baby figured out how to pull the handle herself at about age 9 or 10 months, she LOVED it. Keeps her in the crib for a few quiet minutes after naptime. Now at age 15 months, she pulls the lever to make me sing the songs to her. Love it!

Radio Flyer Sport Coupe Red

Radio Flyer Sport Coupe RedMy son received this coupe for his 2nd birthday and I've been unable to get him out of it since then. The radio plays three short tunes, the blinkers (on the inside of the car) blink, and he has a horn. His favorite things, however, are the door and the steering wheel. The "floor board" slides forward if they want their feet up, or back if they want to "drive" themselves around. And, the handle extends to a nice height, even for tall parents, so you aren't forced to bend over in order to push them around. The only downside I see is the wheels are as with a lot of push/pull toys two pieces of plastic snapped together to form the wheel, so you can already see where much wear on them on outside surfaces would cause the wheels to crack in half. That is a downside, since, due to the nice handle in the back, it would be great to use outdoors when I go on walks, but I'm really afraid it will shorten the "life" of the toy.

My son just got this for his first birthday and it was the hit of the party! He obviously can't push himself around in it yet, but he LOVES to sit in in and have us push him around the house. The handle is adjustable, so his big brothers can push him around and then we can extend the handle and me or my husband can push him without breaking our backs. I am looking forward to using it on walks this summer! The only thing I wish was different, is that I wish there was a seatbelt inside. My little guy wants to stand on the seat all the time!

Buy Radio Flyer Sport Coupe Red Now

I bought the Radio Flyer Sport Coupe a couple of months ago when my son was about 7mths old. Honestly, I initially was going to purchase this car for looks! But after reading reviews and comparing prices. I decided that for the length of time that he could use this car, it's worth the extra $$. Plus it's way nicer looking than anything else out there. As soon as it arrived I started putting it together. Instructions are fairly easy and pretty fool proof. My son just sat in his walker waiting patiently, but the second I put him in he grabbed the wheel and had a huge smile on his face. Prior reviews mentioned the car not having a seatbelt, but it does now and yes you do need it! This car was a lifesaver over the Summer! I also have an 8 year old that plays softball and we are ALWAYS at the park. Now the baby gets to cruise around the fields in style and I don't have a fussy baby stuck in a stroller. PLUS! 8 & 9 year old girls love pushing little babies around! The reason I said you need the seatbelt is because of the side door that has the ability to open and close. He was not buckled in and leaned over the side trying to reach for something and kerplunk! He rolled out! Luckily onto carpet since we were indoors, so he was fine! Also, some people complained about the wheels. They are plastic and do not have any traction, but we've done just fine at parks over dirt, grass, hills, concrete..etc.

Now...my only complaint! And I'm not sure how this happened, but from one day to the next the left front wheel started to wobble. I noticed the part where the bearing is may be a little loose. Not sure if this just happened on it's own or if the older kids who thought it would be fun to push their 3 year old little sister a little too hard around the park did it. Either way, I need to see if I could tighten the wheel. All it does is wobble, the car still works fine and we are still using it.

So other than that! Love this car! As a matter of fact, I used it earlier this evening while my daughter took her dog for a walk. It gets "oohs and aahs" from onlookers everytime.

I bought this toy for my daughter at the beginning of summer, and she absolutely loved it. The problem is that you can only drive it on a hard surface. We took it camping with us and the front tire snapped when pushing our daughter through some tall grass. My other complaint is that the color faded to a dingy pink within two months. On the bright side, my daughter still loves it and sits in it all the time and my husband fixed the tire enough so we can push it on hard surfaces.

I bought this Push and ride car for my daughters first birthday. She loves it. We have a long lane and she enjoys riding out to get the mail. My biggest complaint about all the riding and push toys is the plastic wheels. They make a noisy ride. She likes to open and close door and the cute music. It does not have seat belts to keep her from standing up. Over all we have allot of fun and would highly recommend it.

NASA Jr. Astronaut Suit (Orange) Infant Costume

Jr. Astronaut Suit, size 6 to 12 MonthsMy son wore this costume for his first Halloween. We really enjoyed it.. we wished it came in more sizes it says 6-12 months and that is probably prefect for a smaller child. My son was wearing 12 month clothes at the time he was 11 months old so we had to cut the feet out of this suit to make it work. That was our own fault though. The material was nice and soft it was warm enough that we didn't have to worry about him getting cold. It was also very easy to put on and take off for diaper changes.

We just bought this for my son who is 6 months old-he's 90th percentile height and 75th weight--he JUST fits into it-it's actually pretty tight-so beware if you have a bigger child get the 18 months toddler version. it's a jumpsuit (my son as the size 2T) and it's awesome but this one is cuter for a baby-it's just a little on the smaller size!

This costume is super cute! The material for the costume we received was not the fleece as described or pictured, but was still very soft and light weight. The elastic belt helps the costume work for smaller and skinnier kiddos like my little man. We noticed one small flaw with one of the patches where the edging was somehow cut, but not enough of an issue to return it. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I bought this for halloween, I like that it's not like any costume out there, it's not tacky, clean looking and yet it's still cute to wear. it's very easy to wear since it's just like a onesie, very warm for cold halloween weather, don't buy this if you think your area is a little bit warm on halloween. you can also wear this outside halloween time.

Gund Baby Snoodle Puppy, Blue

Gund Baby Snoodle Puppy, BlueIt goes in the washing machine and comes out looking great! The colors are bright and cheerful, and the nose, eyes and red tail attract a baby's attention. This is not a soft animal, but it is still a winner. I bought a Snoodle Puppy for my granddaughter two years ago. She loved the texture of the fine wale corduroy, and she loved fingering and chewing on the smooth ears and tail. Now I plan to buy another puppy for my new granddaughter because her older sister does not want to share her much-loved stuffed animals.

Thomas the Train Bulstrode Bath Buddies

Thomas the Train Bulstrode Bath BuddiesI'm writting this strickly from my Grandson's reaction and he absolulty loved the Bath Buddies. The items were good quality construction and were fun in the tub.

The Bulstrode boat fills up with water very quickly, but also tips over very easily. My kids like the Thomas squirt toy OK, and the sieve provides some fun. On the whole, though, I'd say pick another bath toy for the price.

K's Kids Colorful Bowling Friends

K's Kids Colorful Bowling FriendsI got this set for my 1 and 3 year old daughters. It is extremely durable. The pins stay upright until knocked down. They pins also have a pleasant smell. The girls love playing with this set. I highly recommend it.

My daughter is 1 and got them for Christmas. They are so cute, durable, sturdy and yet soft. She is teething and like to chew onthe giraffe, so far it has handled that without ware.

I bought this for my Grandson's 3rd birthday. He has down syndrome and I hoped this would help with his motor skills. He hasn't quite gotten the concept of ROLLING the ball, but he likes to help set up the pins and throw the ball at them. The pins are beautiful, bright colors.

TY Beanie Baby - COASTLINE the Purple Elephant

TY Beanie Baby - COASTLINE the Purple ElephantI bought this toy about a week or two before Christmas and it arrived on Christmas Eve. It was in excellent condition. I bought it because my best friend said she wanted a purple elephant for Christmas. I had it shipped to my address so I could wrap it, and when I got it, it was in awesome condition, and it had a little poem inside the TY tag that basically described the state that I lived in which was awesome because I didn't know that TY beanie babies had little poems on their tags. I also liked that the little purple elephant was also a Leo, which is my astological sign, so I think my best friend will enjoy this little bundle of joy :) The tag reads as below:

Coastline TM

DATE OF BIRTH: August 7, 2006

I'm so glad I came to the coast

I can't decide what I like most

Although I like the sun, sand and breeze

I love to ride on water skis!

--

I hope she likes it :) I still haven't sent it her LOL. But then again she hasn't sent me my Christmas present yet either :P

Bought this for my 4 year old niece. She loves it! It is very soft, cuddley and purple.

My Hikes--Adjust kids pant legs! (Soccer Ball)

My Hikes--Adjust kids pant legs!I had the opportunity to review the My Hikes and absolutely loved it! I only wished these were invented years ago for my other two children! No more frustration when buying pants for my daughter.......too long no problem! adjust the pant length and slide the My Hikes and your child can be a kid without getting tangled in pants that go under their feet and shoes. I give this product the highest star possible and highly recommend to any parent who wants to make life a little easier. Way to go Dani! your product ROCKS!

My son (8-year-old) lost his pair (yes, both of them) at the first day.

$12!!! So expensive for the lesson.

Buy My Hikes--Adjust kids pant legs! (Soccer Ball) Now

I saw these interesting gadgets on one of the children's deal-a-day sites and thought I'd give them a try. I am so glad I did! After buying my first pair, I loved them so much I bought 2 more pairs!

My Hikes are the perfect solution for pants that are too long. My boys have always had a shorter leg length then the clothing industry seems to think they should. If it fits the waist, the legs are too long. This little gadget takes care of that! Instead of looking like a rolled up pants cuff, this makes it look like a fashion statement in itself! It also fixes the problem of rolled up pants cuffs falling down constantly.

This way you can also buy pants a few sizes too big (elastic band in the waist!) and let the kids grow into it without worrying the bottom of the pants will get destroyed by dragging on the ground!

These things are deceptively simple. They're almost like a giant plastic paper clip with a cool design. I've tried a paper clip and even those hair clips. None of them stay in. These actually stay in. The first day my toddler wore his "toot toot clips" I kept checking them throughout the day to make sure they stayed in. The first thing people notice about Bubba is that he's huge. Then they notice how active he is. The My Hikes didn't move! My husband even said that he's not so into them because now toddler can move faster since he's not tripping over his pants legs as much ;)

After the success with toddler, my 8 year old actually asked for his own pair! He is able to do them himself and does it automatically with all his pants when he wakes up.

A few days ago, we lost a pair of clilps. I couldn't find them anywhere and I was so sad. Then I found them when folding laundry! Apparently they hold up just fine in the washing machine ;)

I can't understand the previous review. Yes they are plastic cuff catchers. But they stay in place and look cute/cool at the same time! They are snazzy enough that kids WANT to wear them and don't fight you when you put them on. $12 is pricey, but when you consider how long they last, I think it's priced competitively! Chances are that your kids will outgrow them before they "die" and you'll be able to pass them down!

I received some of these for my son's birthday and they are not so cool. They are cheesy looking and at the end of the day are just plastic cuff catchers. Not worth $12 for such a generic product.

Baby Einstein Symphony Sounds Baby Newton Musical Pals Lion (Plush)

Baby Einstein Symphony Sounds Baby Newton Musical Pals LionWas not impressed with this at all, found out after I bought it that I paid way to much. It was small, the melody it plays is so short and is only one melody. Not worth $25 that I paid Amazon for. Looks like I paid about double the price that I could have got it for.

My five month-old son's face lights up whenever he sees this lion. He loves the song and he moves towards it whenever he hears it. I'm a happy mama!
