I ordered this costume for my 16 month old, petite, little girl. When I received it, it was very small. Although the description says "12 18 mo", the packaging clearly says 12 months. It is so short her bottom hangs out! I had to send it back. As I said, she is small and still wears size 12 mo clothing. There is no way this would work!

This dress was bought for my daughters birthday, an she will not even wear it, it maybe fit one of her dolls, since it's too damn small, also, I don't have an eye to assess the tailoring, but the materials and finish of this dress are very very cheap looking, and the quelity is poor, to say the least. I don't recommend this to anyone over 8 months, since even trying to get my baby on it was a nightmare.

I learned about this product while watching Bethany Frankel's TV show. The creator, who is a professional photographer, was featured and I thought if Bethany felt comfortable to have her on there then there must be something to it. I'm a prof photographer in my own mind and made my husband get me all the gear. I figure a few great pics is worth more than a ton of eyes closed, heads turned etc. and this product has really helped me step-up my game. My 2-yr old loves this dog and it's one she can really relate to (we have 3)!! It's really great when her little friends are over and I can get 2/3 toddler's eyes all looking at me at the same time...which I had pretty much written off!!! Not sure why the previous reviewer claims it doesn't fit on the larger lenses, it fits mine just fine. I usually don't review items but this product has really helped me and I felt the previous reviewer was wrong about the limits of the product. Hope this helps!!

This little Giraffe, accomplishes the job of having the child's eyes on the camera!It's a little tough to put on the lens at times, and sometimes gets in way of the flash. Other than that, it's great!

It is functional in getting your child to look at the camera. That's what it's made to do! Well, I never thought of the fact that if I got down on my child's level that she was going to just grab at my lens now. This was really fun to use with kids. They responded really well to it. The only bad thing is if you are using the pop up flash on your camera, then the head blocks it.

I just have to say that I really think this is an awesome product and it really does help direct your kids' attention to the camera. I have a 1-year old and a 2 1/2-year old so you can imagine how all our family pictures look. I needed all the help I could get! These are so great and they're beautiful! The only thing I wish is that the pictures would correspond to the letters. But this is not something I've been able to find on any blocks! I can't wait until I can use these with my child.

Tolo Toys Tick Tock Musical Clock

I was so excited to find this clock for my son: it is cute, few parts, no batteries, sings a song and the hands move like a real clock, and it is sreamlined so there are no pieces to poke him when he wants to take it to bed. For five minutes at Christmas it was the gift, the song was cute, and everything else was great. Then the music stopped and it would not play anymore. From the sounds of it, the spring disconnected. Nice idea, but next time, especially for that kind of money, I hope Tolo makes another clock like this but keeps the springs attached. I haven't found out what customer service is like yet, at least I hope I get a full refund.

My 18 month old son has some other Tolo toys and they are great. This one however, is disappointing.

Bad points:

* Don't be fooled by the term "musical" it only plays Hickory Dickory Dock.....over and over and over again!

* It also arrived pretty scratched as there was some sand like powder in the box, but this was nothing compared to how scratched it got after my son played with it for 10 minutes.

* My other big complaint is that the hands don't line up, so when you put the minute hand on 12 O'clock, the hour hand is always inbetween two numbers. You can't teach telling the time if the hands won't show 2 O'clock, 3 O'clock etc.

The good points of the toy are:

* My son loves the handle and carries it around.

* The knobs are big and chunky, good for little hands.

* The musical part is wind-up, so no batteries required.

* The yellow and green parts next to the handle also twist and make a noise.

I really wanted to like this toy, but I just don't, its too basic and not carefully manufactured.

Little Tikes Princess Cozy Coupe

It's a perfect gift for any toddler girl. It's the famous Cozy Coupe that has been around for years and always a favorite for any toddler except this is aimed at girls with the purple and pink design and decals and a cell phone to boot. Purchased as gift for my 2 yr old niece and she absolutely loves it! Her mom says she stays in it for hours and even has to take it inside the house because Sara will not part with it.

We had gotten a regular cozy coupe from Freecycle, but when we moved I planned to get my daughter this one (hey, princess, who wouldn't want one?). I couldn't find it at any of the stores around here, so I bought it on amazon and while it was expensive with the shipping, my daughter was sitting in the coupe before we were even done putting it together. I think the age range for 18 months might be a little low as they don't know how to peddle with their feet at that time, but by 2 definitely perfect! (This was for her second birthday). Assembly was very easy, took about 15-20 minutes (with toddler wanting to get in before done) and then she was strolling through the house with the cozy coupe. I have to admit, I like this one much better then the original one, much more fancier and very much for a little princess (girl). The phone is a little cheaper looking, but it lights up and does some sounds when you press on the button. Very cute! She will play with this for a long time and with a second girl coming in two months, I know her sister will use it also! :)

This was a Christmas present for our 20 month old little girl. She loves it, although I don't feel the wheels turn all that well. It was easy to put together and seems relatively sturdy. Our 5 year old little boy loves to get in with her (definitely a tight squeeze) and they play great together with it! All in all I would buy this again...it's great for a range of ages.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 2 year old granddaughter. My husband put it together (fairly easy) and we brought it to her fully assembled. It was the hit of the holiday! She absolutely loved it and spent almost the entire day in it. Her baby sister with either get it in a couple of years or I would buy another one for her. With all the problems in recent times with foreign made products, I was very happy with this made in the USA toy.

I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. It is so flimsy and poorly made. the fabric wrapped around the arch keeps twisting no matter how much you keep straightening it and the worst part is that the arch doesnt stay erect at a 90-degree angel when locked in position. it limps to almost 45-degrees which is so frustrating. I am giving it 2 stars and not 1 because i can take the miniature snuggle pod from the arch itself and at least have my little one play with it as a separate toy in itself. What a waste!

Very good quality product, clips on to everything & is very secure. Good alternative compared to other lesser products where the clips are so weak they can't grasp anything.

Schylling Ugly Doll Jack in the Box

I think the reason why other reviewers are having issues with this not going pop has more to do with the Ugly Doll's ears than the popping mechanism. We haven't had any issues with it going pop when Mom puts the Ugly Doll back in just so. But it doesn't always go pop when Dad or toddler (two-years-old) do it because they tend to cram it in.

Made well and cool alternative to the traditional jack-in-the-box (clowns are creepy!).

One less star because Mom always has to help.

Thought it was cute looking & well made on the outside but every time we turned the handle, music played but it would never pop. The doll was constantly getting stuck. Shame, I will be returning for refund. But thank you to Amazon for making their return process so easy!!! Got give it a couple stars for that.

Toddler Toy Pop Up Crawling Worm Tunnel

This toy has metal wire in it. That is ok. The problem was in many areas the seams weren't sewn properly and the wire is exposed.

I could see maybe one seam with a problem. But I counted at least 7 exposed wires and open seams. Dangerous for a child.

My 8 month old loves to crawl back and forth in this tunnel. She loves when we roll a toy through and she can follow after or when we simply place a toy on either end of the tunnel. I really appreciate the way the tunnel folds up and is put away and stored so easily. We are really pleased with the purchase!

Sassy Phone Of My Own Developmental Toy

this toy phone is simple in nature but does the trick. the ring is great as a teething toy and the lights and sounds grab my 7 month old daughters interest. It also keeps her from trying to eat mommies phone. Great toy for the price.

This is a pretty simple toy but my 5 month old daughter loves it. She was always trying to reach for my phone, and my phone cover is almost the same color as this toy. She likes to chew on the ring, open and close the phone, and press the buttons. I like that the noises are not too loud (aka not too annoying for me). It also says hello and goodbye in English and Spanish. It is one of the few toys she likes enough to roll over for when she was learning. For the price you can't beat it!

Creative Peg Puzzle

This was a Christmas gift for a 1 year old baby. She seemed to like colors and noise that could made with this toy by shaking it. I think she will need to be older to operate it correctly. The posts are not rigid, they bend over when pushed so as not to cause an injury if the child falls on the toy.

I wanted something durable, attractive and something my 18 month old wouldn't get bored with in a day. This toy was it! It has several levels of challenge including the large puzzle base + the blocks that go onto the pegs like "keys" in a sense. So you have to figure out which way to twist the pieces to get them on and off. Then on top of that, the blocks only fit onto a particular base. Plus there's a color grouping level of learning too. My son has yet to figure it all out and it's been about a week. I think this'll keep him perplexed (and entertained) for a while which is a good thing for mommy.

Music & Lights Sit 'n Spin Rockin' Tunes (colors vary)

I recently purchased this toy for my daughter's third birthday. She has played with a regular sit'n spin in our church nursery for several months. The toy in our nursery has "survived" its original owner and many other children for several years. However, after only two days of play, the music & lights sit'n spin we purchased broke apart. The handle the child turns the sit'n spin by came out of the base while my daughter was riding. Though this toy is a great amount of fun for kids, the construction of this newer model does not appear to be as durable of the original model. If construction is not altered, perhaps the age guidelines should be readjusted to exclude older children.

We bought this toy for our toddler for Christmas, and she hasn't gotten it yet, but one of her friends has it and they fight over it. Her friend can't be still for more than 10 minutes, but will play on this for hours. It plays 9 different songs, and does the traditional sit and spin rotation. I think it is better than the old sit and spin.

My parents bought this for my 3 yr old son. We put it together and sat him on it. At first, we were all very irritated because it didn't spin well at all and looked like the 'wheel' would break right off. Then, the adults got a clue and took his off the thick carpet and onto to tile in the kitchen. He went to town on that thing and laughed until he fell off. Here's my dilemma; the tile is VERY hard. I'd recommend this toy, but you have to find the right surface for smaller children. Not too thick to frustrate them, and not too hard if they fall off from dizziness.

My 1 yr old son loves to stand on the carpet and push the song button. He holds onto the toy and dances like crazy. So, it fits a desire for both my 3 and 1 yr old.

House Of Marbles Push Along Frog

If you, like me, cringe at the thought of someone buying your child that AWFUL popcorn popper that makes all the noise in the world as they push it around the house, THIS is a great alternative. There are 3 little wooden beads on each wheel. These beads are held on by a very short piece of rope. As you push the little guy around, the beads go "clank clank clank" against the wooden wheel. It makes noise, it encourages your child to play with it, and it's cute and fun. However, it does not slowly steal your sanity along with it. The handle is the perfect length for my daughter to push around who is around 32 inches tall, and she's pushing it out in front of her. It would probably be a comfortable push for a child up to 37 to 40 inches. The handle is just a small wooden knob, again, perfect for my kid. She's just turning a year old in the next few days so her hands aren't huge, she's still a little clumsy, and things that force her to hold something a certain way just end up frustrating her. I initially bought this as an alternative to a pull along toy we have. She loves it, but it's a few ducks held together by some flimsy plastic and the string is short. When ends up happening is one tips over because she pulled the string up to high, the whole thing stops being cute and fun, and then she gets frustrated when she can't gets it back to working. Not this push along! The wooden handle keeps things simple with little coordination needed. The clacking sound makes her happy, and the quietness of it makes me happy. It's GREAT for an apartment building (which is what we live in) so it's not driving my neighbors up the wall. It's light weight and easy for her to pick up and carry around the house. And, while her stocking is certainly quite deep, it fits great upside down as a stocking stuffer. Finally! A fun stocking stuffer that doesn't double as a choking hazzard!

Disney Mini Aurora Sleeping Beauty Plush Doll -- 11'' H

My (3 year old) daughter loves this doll. Aurora is her favorite (mostly because of the pink dress!), and she has barely put this thing down since she got it. I love that it's smaller than the other line of Disney Princess dolls -takes up less space in her already crowded stuffed animal infestation! I will say that the light pink section around the top (the peplum, if you will!) has already started to fray after only a week of ownership. Definitely a design flaw because it had raw edges to begin with. My daughter doesn't seem to care, but I know that it will only get worse. That would be my only complaint. Other than that, it seems very well made.

I was recently looking through old photographs and came across a picture of my sister playing with these exact same blocks from when we were kids. It's really hard to find building blocks of this size and these shapes. I was so happy that I found these ones and ordered them. John Deere - 1:16 X748 Lawn Tractor With Cart

This little tractor is built like a tank. It feels like a brick in your hand, way heavier than you'd think. It has nice detail, too, like working steering and a flip up seat. I was very surprised to find that the cart is metal too, with a dumping action. The tiller is plastic though. My 4-year-old has been playing with this tractor almost daily. It's very cool to see it parked next to his 1:16 scale farm tractors, as they are the same scale.

This "toy" was actually purchased for my husband and he absolutely loves it. There are parts that come off and are interchangeable, so I would not advise for small children.

Haba Posy Wrist Rattle

This is a great idea. Our daughter loved it when she was four months old but she pulled it off of her wrist in a matter of seconds. This rather defeats the purpose of having a toy attached to you baby. She still plays with it four months later but it isn't her favorite thing. It did keep her interest well when we first got it but at the time she wasn't really able to retrieve it if she dropped it so we might as well have purchased another cloth toy with crinkly material and a rattle.

This wrist "rattle" is adorable but it doesn't make any noise, so my baby can only look at it. I ended up buying some bright stars rattles in a pack of two for about $5 from Walmart. Much less expensive than the haba wrist rattles.

Baby Vegetables (Set of 3)

My son loved these toys as an infanteach veggies makes different sounds. We took them on day trips and used them at restaurants...a nice way to keep him entertained and quiet and they gave him something to chew on. I also liked that they were soft so I didn't worry about giving them to him in the car if necessary, and they could be thrown in the wash. We now give these as a baby gift to expecting friends.

This is great for the newborn who is just learning to squeeze. Makes a wonderful crackling sound, and you can never be too soon, working on those vegetables!!!!!
