I received this exactly 4 days before my daughter's first tooth actually cut at 4 months, 1 week old. I can't say for sure that it works, but it's been on her ankle since then (it's too big for her wrist, and getting it close to her mouth scares me) and she has only had one or two fussy days in the week where she cut both of her first two teeth, so I'm not going to take it off to test it's helpfulness!

I bought it for my 4 month old Granddaughter she seemed to have temper issues when we were not quick enough getting a bottle, or changing a wet diaper. It could have just been a stage she was going through, but I personally don't think so. She wears it all the time and she is just such a happy and good natured baby now. I wish I knew about the amber when her aunt was a baby!

This was too big for a bracelet or anklet on my daugher. It did not work at all. I had both a necklace & bracelt on her (necklace doubled up) hoping it would help her sleep with teething. I purchased the amber bracelet for my daughter who is 14 mo and has been miserable due to teething. So far she has been wearing the bracelet for 3 days and I have noticed no difference whatsoever. It was a little big for my daughter's wrist and would slip off (and I chose the bracelet option to avoid possible choking scenarios) so I figured I could put it on her ankle until she grew a bit more. It lasted just over 24 hours before it broke -I cannot attest to any healing powers since it didn't stay on. I will say, that at least they knotted between each bead, so the beads did not scatter everyone. Luckily I make jewelry, so I have supplies and craft skills to fix it.

The teething area is very responsive to pressure from the baby's gums, but if the baby does not bare down hard enough on the teether to activate the vibration, it is easy for an adult to hold and apply the pressure for the baby. Don't get tempted by the cutesy little pictures of the grape/strawberry vibrating teethers sold by another website, because you will be disappointed. Stick with good ole "Winnie the Pooh" and watch a fussy baby find quick relief!

I have three kids under five and I have run the gamut for finding baby toys. You can't beat this toy for baby girls. My one year old loves it and my three year old wants to take it from her. It's durable, cute, they can slobber on it as much as they want and there's alot to play with. I highly reccomend it. Plus, it's not a cheap plastic toy with a disney princess on it, which is hard to find.

My 22-month-old daughter was really excited when first received this toy but had a hard time taking the items out of the purse the opening is too narrow. Even I am having a hard time taking the items out, also the wallet is too small to fit all 4 coins again problem pushing things in. Other than that the purse is very pretty and of a good quality.

As previous reviewers have indicated, you cannot dump the contents of this little purse. The opening, although somewhat small, is a fine size for small hands. I didn't feel that the fact you can't dump out the contents detracted from the fun at all. My 16 mos old loves this little purse. She is at the age where she enjoys emptying and refilling containers. Really cute toy, a little pricey, but a sweet gift for a toddler girl.

The opening is too narrow to fill or spill. My daughter received this as a gift for her 1st birthday, she is 17 months old now. She has tried playing with it a few times, but gets bored quickly, it can't be used as intended. Mommy has a hard time using it too. The only part of this she likes is the phone, she likes to walk around pretending to talk on it. But she'll do that with just about anything, so it's not a great selling point.

Dont be fooled by this bugs cute smile. The framework that holds the bug to the rocker is faulty and potnetially dangerous. We returned the first one because it came unattached inside the bug and could not be fixed since there is no access to interior. Our replacement is starting to come apart now as well and our 8 month old has hardly used it. For the price you should be getting a quality made product which this is not. Dont expect to get more than a few months of wear from this. I would never recommend.

I have no complains about this product my son loves it! But he did grow out of it quick, he really enjoyed it dough :)

Lamaze Crib Soother

My three-month old loves this toy!

It's really easy to use. There are several options on this toy. You can play the music only, lights only, or music and lights together. There are three songs and one nature sound option. The three songs are: "Bach's Minuet in G", "Hush Little Baby" and "Soothing Spa".

My girl likes the nature sounds the most, and, as a parent, they are easier to listen to then a repeating song :) She does like the songs as long as I turn on the lights with it. I also found that if I turn on her musical mobile over the crib and turn on the lights-only option on this product, she is easily soothed and falls asleep quickly! I love it!

The lights respond to the songs, so they are flickering on the "screen". The "screen" is plastic, and it looks like some of the animals are made of a felt-like material, while others are painted on the "screen". There are no moving parts, but the lights make it look like there is movement. It's really a cool effect.

It uses a buckle and snap to attach to the crib, so it seems very secure. The nylon straps allow the toy to hang off the crib at an angle, so an infant that is still too young to sit up can still see everything. The toy has a fabric cover and the purple edge is padded, so it is soft to the touch for curious baby hands.

The lady bug button is padded too, but my girl isn't sitting up yet, so she can't reach it yet. If you press the ladybug, it plays nature sounds and lights that match the sounds for 5 minutes. The regular music settings go for 20 minutes.

It takes three AA batteries, which are beneath a cover that is screwed in. There is a pouch in the back of the toy so you could plug in an mp3 player, which I think it a pretty cool idea, but I haven't tried it yet.

There is an "on/off" switch for battery conservation and two volume settings, which is a nice touch. The instructions are listed in numerous languages and are very simple to follow; however there is a typo in them that says that the "lights will breathe slowly". LOL I think they mean "blink" :) Oh, and from an environmental view, I like the fact that there is minimal packaging for this toy.

Overall, I really like this product, and my girl does too!

I just wanted to say that my daughter used this item during bedtime and nap time until she was about 16 months old. She enjoyed it for a long time. She liked using just the lights for a while, and not the music too. I loved that you could use those options separately. Oh, and we took it with us on a two week road trip with her, strapped it on her pack-n-play at night, and it seemed to help her feel more at ease sleeping away from home. Anyway, I have taken out the batteries and stored it away now that she had outgrown it, and I will definitely use this with my future babies!

this product is adorable. im not a fan of big bulky products or over stimulating my children with electronics. so this seemed perfect! simple,nature theme and soothing lights. really a cute idea! i was so excited when it came. now that ive used it im a bit annoyed. and heres why...

1. when you turn on the machine its BURSTS flashing lights and NOT soothing music. so if you turn it off to save batteries and are about to lay baby down with a desire that she can be "soothed" the rest of the way to sleep she will suddenly be startled by trying to even turn the thing on for her to enjoy. why there has to be any sound and lights just to turn it on is beyond me.

2.they just didnt fully think this thing through for baby use. when you press the lady bug the lights go to flash mode and not "breathe"/calmy rotation of the lights. so if you r baby wants to be soothed while waking or going to bed your outa luck. its in their face FAST FLASH FLASH FLASH lights. seriously???

3.also, you cant just skip to the calm nature sounds when you want to use it.the SECOND option is the nature. so, when you want to sooth your baby you have to play atleast two loud notes of first song before it will let you "skip" to the nature sounds. YOU CANNOT BYPASS the first song all together. the nature song should be first and then the 3 annoying songs after. my baby is startled everytime i try and get to the nature.

all in all there is a bunch of noise and flashing lights before you can get to the basic "breathe" lights motion and nature sounds. its so sad cause with a few tweaks this thing would have been AMAZING. im kind confused as what to do right now. i dont really want to ship it back to amazon. how annoying. so my hubby is gonna try and get a cheap mp3 for it in hopes it may help the music situation. but other reviews state that the mp3 broke fast. so i dont have high hopes for this. crap. with my other kids ive been through every type of mobile and soother. i wish actual moms would be hired to help with designs of baby products cause these mistakes are so dumb.

I was very excited for this crib soother when I ordered it. I loved that I could use my MP3 player with it. After we recieved it, I was not impressed by this product. The lights and sound are a little too bright and loud if you are trying to use it at bedtime. My daughter only liked it for a few minutes at a time.

It works for both my 2 month old and 2 year old! I was able to put them both to sleep in their own beds in their own room!! and that lately has been a challenge. The plus has been the mp3 player. I was able to plug in my iPhone and use the iPod as well as all the music apps I have (pandora, radio Disney, etc.) I love the ease of moving it onto the crib or the toddler bed. Unlike the other ones I had, you just buckle it on and pull the strap! Both my kids love the lights. They're nice and bright. The music and lights stays on for 20 minutes (I think), I've never had to use it for more than 5 minutes. All in all, I'm a happy mama! I will defineitely be purchasing another one.

I was so excited to buy the Phil Harmonic when I was still pregnant and the first stage is really soothing with beautiful music. And I still used it with my baby for the first few months. But then as the stages progressed the less soothing and interesting it became. To be honest the games in the fourth stage don't even make sense! It fact it's really annoying! Rather then let the child explore the sounds and music while pushing and sliding the buttons at a normal pace, the child hears "hit the lit button" over and over and over. Sad to say this one is collecting dust somewhere in my garage.

I bought this product for my granddaughter as she loves lights, sounds, music and shapes. I do not know how children of any age could learn how to use this toy because my daughter-in-law and I both had a very difficult time trying to figure it out. My granddaughter does love the lights and the sounds. I cannot see how educational this toy could possibly be for anyone younger than 14 or older.

It seems like a great toy, and it does deliver with lights, sounds, and nice renditions of kids songs. It has a nice concept of growing with your child, too, offering new functionalities based on age.

Unfortunately, where it falls very short is the repetitive voice that says to press a button. Most other electronic toys have an automatic shut off, rather than use a voice to remind you to push a button over and over again. It's unfortunate, but it's a significant design flaw that's annoying to parents and kids. Ours is gathering dust.

For its high price, I cannot recommend this item.

When she is crying just because she is overtired or her gums hurt from teething I can just show her one of our remotes and she'll stop crying instantly. So, I knew this toy would be a hit and it is. My only complaint is that the buttons are made of the same hard plastic as the rest of the remote and it would've been nice if they had been made of silicone or natural rubber to give a similar tactile experience to a real remote. But, what can you expect from a ten-dollar toy? So I still give it 5 stars.

Attached very well to a Graco crib. Music ("Adon Olam")is very sweet and delicate. Music box have a button and batteries included. It have a motor that rotates the mobile. Very sweet toys. Tzedakkah (charity) box have a coin, you can pull it out and it's goes back inside. A mobile made well and have bright colors.

The only thingmobile gets too low when fully assembled if baby's mattress in it's most upper position. This why I hanging the mobile straight to a hook without a music box for now. It's works fine for me, not a big deal.

When we will lower a bit baby's mattress, we'll assemble the toy as it meant to be.

Maple Teethers - Singles

My 7.5 month old son loves this teether. He hasn't liked any of the water filled ones I have bought. He prefers to chew on board books so I thought hey, this might work. Since it's wood you don't have to worry about plastic chemicals. Great! Highly recommend.

My six month old son likes this teether quite a bit. We got it for him at about 4 months, even though he isn't truely teathing yet. Nice wood, no splinters, paint or other such worry. He does sometimes hit himself in the head with it when he is holding it and flailing his arms arounds, a habit that started at 5 months.

Hape Butterfly Push and Pull

I got this toy as one of my daughter's first birthday presents. She turned one in January (2013) and this toy is already broken (May 2013). The wood is very durable, but the elastic string connecting the wings is not. Perhaps we just had a bad accident where the toy landed just the wrong way and the toy won't break for anyone else, but this was just my experience. I'm sad and I'm not sure if I should buy another one or not. My daughter did like the toy a lot.

I purchased this for my twin nephews who had just turned 1 and learning to walk. It was easy to put together, seemed be made of durable wood, and was brightly painted. Overall, it was a good purchase.

My granddaughter loved her Silly Buddy we had to order extras so she'd have one when the other was being washed (they hold up great in both washer and dryer)! Loved that the design was not obnoxious like some.. very subdued and attractive but more importantly my baby likes it. My two month old has been using it since she was two weeks very comfortably. Perfect for when I need to take a shower and I'm home alone, I just bring it into the bathroom so she is right outside the shower.. gives me a few moments of hands free time! Baby is starting to really love and interact with the cute toys. She can now bounce herself by kicking.. sometimes to sleep for her morning nap. This is an attractive and affordable bouncer. (So many are in garish colors.) It is light weight and functional. The picture does make it look as if the head pillow is plusher than it really is, though. So if you want a bouncer for a small baby, the head support might not be enough. The bouncer back leans back a bit far for reaching the toys and for baby to see much other than the ceiling. The padding on the toy bar is a good feature, though. I guess I'd give it a B.

My husband and I purchased this for our baby that has not made an appearance yet. I was looking for a bouncer with a cute print and fun toys. I fell in love with the fun, yet neutral colors on this bouncer. I was worried that it wasn't comfy enough for a newborn, since some of the other bouncers seem to be more circular with padding, but after assembling, this is going to be great for a newborn. I was looking for something that our child wouldn't grow out of and would still find entertaining at 4 months old. The toys on this bouncer are what sold me. They are much more fun than the plush toys that come attached to most other bouncers. They rattle and spin...something I would find very fun if I were a little one. The vibration is exactly what I was looking for; soothing without felling like the entire bouncer would vibrate all over the floor.

The bouncer was very easy to assemble (would have been easier if my husband had read the directions to begin with). During the assembling process, we felt that some of the pieces fit loosely together, however once it was completely set up, everything locked into place. The cushion seat slides on and off easily, which makes for great clean up!

My friend brought her two-week-old daughter over to test it out. She seemed just as satisfied with this bouncer as she was her Fisher Price Little Lamb Bouncer. She couldn't take her eyes off the toys!

The only con to this bouncer is that is does not fold up. Once assembled, the only way to store away is to unassembled and pack into a box. So if you're looking for a bouncer that can travel with you, you might want to consider selecting something else.

All in all, this was exactly what I was looking for! Once again, Fisher Price has not let me down! Next purchase: Fisher Price Cocoa Sorbet High Chair! Too cute!

I bought these for a frog-themed baby shower I was hosting. These were great, absolutely adorable, and the paper goods were sturdy and held up to the food. The plates are pretty sizeable and hold plenty of food I felt like they were bigger than normal dinner and dessert sized plates. I love that the frogs themselves are genderand party-theme neutral so they work equally well at a baby shower or birthday party, etc.

Carter's Jungle Jill Plush Doll, Giraffe

My baby is still on the way but I wanted to get her something she could play with. I wanted to check it out myself before I gave it to her (can never be too careful esp. when it's your first!). It's huggable and has soft material. It's exactly as the picture is darker pink for the hooves, horns, pink spots, and hair on its neck and tail; lighter pink for the nose and inner ears. I didn't buy the carter's bedding but I do have the wall decals and this toy goes well with the rest of our Jungle themed nursery. I hope our baby likes it as much as I do :) If anything changes after she comes and actually starts to use the doll, I will update the review.

My daughter loves it and has already assembles it!! Was a perfect match with the other items that it went with.

LeapFrog Learning Friends Popup

When we first got this toy, my daughter was 8 months old. She figured out how to use it right away and played with it all the time. It's been two months and the toy is broken. The sounds that play do not correspond to the activity taking place. For example, when she pops a door open it will say "Good Bye" and when she pops open the circle it will say "rectangle". I no longer have the receipt for this toy, so I doubt I could get a refund. I'm really disappointed because she loved this toy at first. She's not that interested in it now that I keep the volume turned off.

My daughter has played with this toy since she was 7 months old. She is now 12 months and loves to hear the characters speak and sing. It is not too loud, which can be a huge problem with electronic toys, and has stood the test of a 3 year old.

All of the dividers in the plate allow him to get his food on his utensil without sliding over the side of the plate (this keeps him from giving up on the utensils and just eating it via fingers). The rubber on the bottom does an excellent job keeping the plate from sliding around on the table.

This thing is just poorly laid out. The spoon will not stay on the plate. The fork does stay on the plate but takes up too much space the could otherwise be used for food. I'm thinking it should be square or rectangular to make better use of the shapes of the tool. Also, some play testing would have given a better product.

Do yourself a favor and just buy the utensils. Skip the plate.

My nephews are not into eating. They are 3 and haven't found anything they really love. I bought this and the placemat and the fork and spoon. They love them but it hasn't help in food selection. I will keep trying.
