Tonka Wheel Pals Triple Track Tower

The cars seem very durable. They are a softer plastic (but not too squishy) and have nice big wheels. They're a perfect size for 2 year old hands to hold onto and push around.
You can turn the sound off, which is a nice feature a lot of toys seem to forget to add these days. The tracks also seem durable. They are "connected" at the top and the bottom of the ramps so we have not had any ramps coming loose and frustrating my son.
Overall, a very simple toy but it has bright cheery colors and it's very toddler friendly. Even my 4 and 8 year olds are trying to take it over to play it and have races. I think it's a sure hit for any child and it has a very attractive price.Cute concept just a little boring. My son is 22 months old and plays with it for about 2 minutes and then is done. The race is over almost as quickly as pushing the button.
ON A AGGRAVATING NOTE: This is the Wheel Pals race track and NOT ONE of the WHEEL PALS work on it. Hasbro/Tonka has made the race cars smaller than the little wheel pals so when your child tries to race the other Wheel pals he or she has on this track they won't work. What a racquet!!

I bought this for my son hoping and praying I wouldn't waste the money because he gets more enjoyment out of movies and household objects. Well, it was money worth spent. He has played with it everyday and loves to watch the cars race down the track. He also loves the fact that he is the one who makes them go. He is tickled by the noises it makes.Read Best Reviews of Tonka Wheel Pals Triple Track Tower Here
to your nearest Wal-mart and purchase this for your toddler. There is a $5.00 coupon on every box that expires this summer. This toy is in the must have category. I have so much fun racing cars on this tower with my son. We have had it for a month and he still loves it. The cars roll super easy and you can even buy another set of cars for variety. Just a great little set for 10 bucks.Want Tonka Wheel Pals Triple Track Tower Discount?
My son really enjoys this toy. I've also found the Hot Wheels/Matchbox style cars work superbly on the tracks. Smaller car lengths work better than longer styles. Some of them really zoom across hard wood floors (much farther than the included cars). My boy gets a hoot out of that.Actually purchased at Kmart for $12.99. I'm happy with my purchase.

Listen-Up Rounds

This set includes 6 clear plastic balls with interesting colors, shapes, and different "noisemakers" in them. Don't worry they are not obnoxiously loud (unless you have wood floors and your child enjoys throwing the balls, like mine does!). The noises include a jingly bell, clanging cymbals, a slide whistle, rattles, and kind of clinking plastic noise (they're easier to listen to than describe!). The great thing is that baby's slightest movements are rewarded with a sound, and they're the perfect size for little hands to grasp. As baby gets older, you can talk about cause & effect, different sounds, learn to roll back & forth, and all sorts of other things. I did rate this as a 5 for educational value, but as with most toys, I think that it is only a great educational tool if an adult is involved in some of the playtime.
Another bonus with this toy is that they are compatible with all of the other Fisher Price Roll-A-Rounds playsets. My baby loves these toys, and I would suggest them (and other Roll-A-Rounds toys) for exploring babies of all ages!I have a 5 1/2 month old daughter and her aunt bought her these balls when she was born. She hasn't been interested in them until now when she has finally learned to pick them up. She loves them. I think it's because they are the perfect size for her to hold onto now. She thinks they are great, so I think they are great.I wish they had these before Christmas. I purchased this set for my 9 month old son and he loves them. I started with this set to see if he would like them before buying the tree house or more blocks and he LOVES them. He loves to roll them and chase them and he loves to hit them together. They all make a different noise so it keeps him interested. His birthday is only a month away now he will be getting the whole set. I purchased the peek-a-blocks at Christmas and I wish I had the balls instead. The blocks are ok but the balls are much better. From the second we opened these roll-a-rounds up for our 12 month old, he plays with them non-stop! Each one is so colorful and he loves to shake them up to hear the fun sounds they make. Definately the best "rounds" yet!!!My daughter loves these. She is a hard one to please, but she sits for hours with these, she loves shaking each one, one at a time, she now understands the "rolling" aspect of them, and is rolling them all over the house. I actually had given her these when she was 5 months old. I wish I would have known about them sooner, the touch and feel ones are just as great!

Fisher-Price Little Superstar Sing-Along Stage

I saw this toy on television and bought it that day for my 12 month old. As soon as I got it home and set up, not only my one year old, but also my 3 year old began to play with it. They love it! Through pressing different buttons, my little one has learned more about cause and effect, and which button makes which sound. My oldest is learning to share more, and to help his brother when he can't figure something out. They pass the microphone between them, and dance and laugh for at least half and hour at a time. The only problem I had was setting it up. The screws would not fit into the hind legs, so it is missing 2 of the 4 it requires. Other than that, I cannot recommend this toy enough!Read Best Reviews of Fisher-Price Little Superstar Sing-Along Stage Here
I bought this for my 6 month old daughter, who is now almost 9 months. She loved it immediately, and still plays with it for long periods of time. The buttons are easy to bang and push, and the mirror is a big hit. The songs are cute and I don't find them annoying.Want Fisher-Price Little Superstar Sing-Along Stage Discount?
My son got this for his 1 year old birthday and loved it. He especially likes to shake the microphone and bang on the keys on the front. This is very durable as he is rough with it and it still works perfect after 3 weeks. I also like that he can stand up holding onto it and the legs totally hold him. It has not tipped once!Tuesday, April 22, 2014
Pop Along Baby Pooh

It is very cute and Winnie talks through the music as he walks with his pop along toy. One negative is that he head is a bit heavy and he ends up on it pretty often. Joshy did get a kick out of it the first few times and then forgot it. I thought it was cute, but I don't think I will be playing with it! LOL If you find it cheap, then snatch it up. had purchased for 8 dollars; it was worth that much.So much fun! First he walks and next time you press his ear he runs ! Singing! My 2 toddlers loved this pooh. They love squeezing the ear and seeing pooh go. Unfortunately our 1st pooh only lasted 6 months. But they loved it so much that we bought them another one.

Bought this for my six month old grandaughter. She LOVES it. The bells and jingles catch her attention. Since it moves on its own power, she is adament about chasing it...even if she is dong a commando crawl rather than a true crawl movement. Makes for some fun! In adddition, I plan to ge one for the new puppy!!!!Read Best Reviews of Bright Starts Having a Ball Giggables - (Colors/Styles Vary) Here
Balls (2) received without battery protectors and barely worked for 15 minutes. I ordered new items; however I believe I received used ones. My daughters purchased ones from unknown locations and they worked and are still working fine as they had the battery protectors upon unpackaging. Luck of the draw? Make sure you are ordering new units and return immediately before you trash original packaging.Want Bright Starts Having a Ball Giggables - (Colors/Styles Vary) Discount?
The seller was not clear about how many balls you get. I thought for the price you'd get a few of them, just as the picture shows. Wrong!! Only one, and it doesn't work. I looked further into the details of the item and cleverly the very last sentence was color of the one ball randomly chosen at shipment. And..when I open the box to see the actual receipt from Toys R Us for $7.99 and I paid double that!! The shipping info was me and it said bill to Elrad Z Prime Sale. So these people are taking your $15, and buying the item for half that price from Toys R Us. Scammers! I will definitely be more careful to spot these people. Beware!!Sunday, March 23, 2014

Sassy Sensory Symphony

My 7 month old daughter loves this and gets super excited when she hears it. That's the part I don't like...the sound! I'm so sad that I don't like this product, but I wish each fish played a different tune. Our version was also missing the fish rattle, which I noticed many people wrote in their reviews. My babies loved this from the time I gave it to them. Received it at the baby shower but they got to play with it at about 4-5 months. My twins still love playing with it at nearly 8 months. Keeps them engaged and as they develop they tend to find it more and more interesting. I give it 4 stars because I feel the music is too loud and does not sound soothing in my opinion. There's no way to strap it on to anything. It is heavy and is not flimsy. Overall, very pleased. My son said this was his daughters favorite toy that had been purchased at a garage sale, and was now broken. I love that Amazon is so user friendly that I could just pop in the serial number or brand and the toy was so easy to find. Mind you, we had no idea what this toy was actaully named. Thank you Amazon, you are a Soldiers best friend. You have supported me for seven years in Germany, three deployments and now in Korea. I love AMAZON PRIME.Friday, February 28, 2014

I bought this for a friend's daughter before reading any reviews. I put in the batteries and it didn't work. Then I read reviews about it not working in a lot of cases. Upon further inspection I noticed that the reason the toy didn't work was because of the plastic parts that are in the battery cavity. The bottom battery slot was fine, but the 2 slots on the top have plastic to keep the batteries locked in place. If you look closely, you will see that the plastic is too thick and it is preventing the positive terminal of the battery from making contact to the tab. I simply used a small flathead screwdriver to crack the plastic away from the terminal on either end. I put the batteries back in and boom, the thing works.Cool toy, bad design. If you don't mind taking the time to "fix" it, they toy is great. Not only was it ridiculous to get the backing off with a screwdriver (the screws acted stripped), but the fountain wouldn't even work! What a rip off -great idea that I hope they get to work, but needs improvement!

LeapFrog LeapStart® Learning Table

I agonized over the purchase, for it was going to be the first big toy I bought for our small house. I looked at the Microsoft Intelli-table, but it looked a little Atari-ish with it's flashing lights in the middle. I looked at the Fisher Price models with the blocks (which were cheaper), but I figured that Legos would be the block of choice soon enough.
I was sold on the LeapStart b/c of the musical theme. It has a banjo that plays bluegrass, a compartment that scats when you open it, it has shapes that plays the drums, a bass that plays the bass, etc. But here is the best part, it is all real music, not some electronic rendition of good music, the real stuff. For parents, it is a godsend, b/c it is not offensive to listen to over and over again (but it does have volume control for those times when you need it).
My child was actually squealing with delight when I gave it to him. It is now his favorite thing to play with, and he has finally found something more interesting than crawling after our old dog. I would have paid much more for this toy.

I could not wait until Christmas to let my 8 month old play with this toy. It was incredibly easy to assemble. It has detatchable legs for those babies who can sit up but cannot stand or just prefer to sit, it has two modes: one is learning numbers, colors letters, and more, and the other mode is a musical mode, the child can change the modes simply by fliping the page of the book. The music is great it is not your standard old mac donald. It has an upbeat jazzy sound. There are grippers on the bottom of the legs so that when baby leans against the table it doesn't move away from her/him. Emily loves this table, in fact when I held her up and faced her toward it her little feet couldn't move fast enough for me to help her over to it. The makers of this table have definately put serious thought into it. So far it is well worth the money!!Read Best Reviews of LeapFrog LeapStart® Learning Table Here
My son just turned a year old and although he had a ton of learning toys, lap toys, and musical toys, I wanted to invest in a "stand-up" toy. I was sure I wanted an activity table--but which one?? There are so many to choose from!! After studying the tops of endless tables, I came to the conclusion that this was the best one--this was obvious, but was it worth the money? I could get other activity tables for less, even half the price, but they didn't seem as inviting and exciting. I hesitate on spending too much on one item at his age, but after lengthy consideration, I decided to purchase this activity table. I must say, that I never once regretted by decision because it is well worth every penny. Not only is it educational, it also provides tons of entertainment. It took about 30 seconds for me to assemble it, and the fun began right away. This table has 2 settings; words (letters/numbers) and music/song. There is a "book" in the middle of the table, and the page the book is on determines what mode it is in. When the page is turned, bright lights around the table light up and a mystical sound is heard which is sure to mesmerize your little one. This table has EVERYTHING--shapes, colors, the alphabet, numbers, a piano, several other musical instruments and noisemakers--and my son's favorite part--a small compartment to open and close and to keep busy putting small objects in and out of. There are so many different activities on this table that a child never seems to get bored, especially since each activity serves two functions. For instance, there are 3 shapes to push. In talk mode, it speaks "red square", "yellow triangle", etc. In song mode, different drums are heard when each is pressed. This is just one corner of the table--I couldn't possibly go into everything this table has to offer.
I take great comfort and knowing that when my child is playing with something and is so involved in it, that he is learning his abc's or how to count to ten or learning his colors or shapes at the same time. The look on his face as he dances to the music is priceless. I bought this item for my son's first birthday and it is still a huge hit to this day. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. I recommend that as soon as your child starts pulling himself up, that you buy this toy. My child hasn't lost interest and I haven't needed to replace the batteries, oddly enough. The legs are sturdy and just the right size. It keeps my child busy for a long block of time, which, of course, is very nice for Mom!! You may pay a little more for this than the other activity tables, but you will not regret it. This is a quality item, with many educational and stimulating aspects, and I recommend it highly.I bought this for my one year old last christmas, she is now almost 2 and it is still a favorite toy.. Ir really grows with your child and is not too loud. Great toy for the money!!

Downfall

RULES: move one wheel one direction. Get all of your disks to the bottom. Easy, right? Even my two year old likes to turn the wheels and watch the disks fall into their slots. With her, I just use one side and let her turn the wheels until they reach the bottom. My 4 and 6 yr old can play the full version of the game easily, with me on one side and them on the other, both of us trying to get our disks to the bottom first. They delight in watching their disks drop and move as I turn the wheel on my side. It is especially educational for young children, as they have to use the key to turn the wheels and line up the disks, thinking through how to get them all to the bottom. And for adults, its just simple FUN! You never know where your opponent is at with their disks, and as you move your wheel, you might be helping or hindering their progress. FUN FUN FUN FOR ANY AGE!!!!
I was wondering if the new version would be as sturdy as the old, and I have to admit, it is NOT. I wish the stand was sturdier. They keys and disks and wheels themselves work great, my only complaint is that the tower itself needs a stronger base; it feels like it will tip if my kids push on it too hard. So I hold it for them. Adults shouldnt have problems though.
