The original price stated was way over the actual original price. I thought I was getting a bargain but actually paid the regular price. I was disappointed with the quality. Usually Plan toys are high quality. I haven't given it to a child to play with yet but I have doubts as to how long it will hold up. I also wonder if these may be Plan rejects as the paint quality is also poor.

This is my first experience with your company, and will probably be my last. I ordered 2 Modern vehicles; listed price of $6.49 (on sale) from the original price of $43.00.....there is NO way this item could have sold for that amount! It is miniscule and poorly made....I will NOT give this toy to either of my grandchildren for whom I ordered them. Actually, they are not worth the price I paid. I ordered 6 kaleidesopes also....they are worth the sale price. I will give your company credit for great communication.

The idea of this pull-back car is nice, with the big wheel's design painted on it to look cool while it is spinning, but the car is built cheaply. It is much too delicate for a toddler boy. When mine arrived, one was bent at the axle and wouldn't pull backbroken before the kids even got to it. They were going to be stocking stuffers, but I sent them back, they would never last(axle area made of really thin metal wire) and they are a bit pricey for that.

These vehicles were so cute when they came out of the box. My 3 wanted them instantly and began playing with them right away. For the first half hour he had a blast as initially they were easy to use. Just pull back and away they go. However within an hour or so one of the axles had bent rendering that toy virtually useless because although you could still wheel it around it would not pull back and go. Within two days the axles were bent on both of them and my son lost interest. I did manage to bend them back but the pullback doesn't work on one and the rubber came off of the tires on the other. If I had it to do over I wouldn't have purchased these.

Fisher-Price Apptivity Gym for iPhone & iPod Touch Devices

1) Works only with iPhone 4 and 4S. Not iPhone 5... then again, if you're sticking an iPhone 5 in here, I'll volunteer to be your beneficiary. Highly recommend using a "spare" iPhone/iPod. My God, did I just write that? Seriously. I just recommended that you have access to a two-year-old $300 phone that you don't use anymore. You probably have it though, we did.

2) QR Code on back doesn't work. Deadlinks to something on the Fisher-Price mobile site. Maybe it will get fixed. Too easy to just go to the App Store/iTunes and search for "apptivity." There are two apps for the gym. One is titled "Peek 'n Play" the other is "Black & White."

3) Touchscreen works while locked in place. Good to switch between apps, maybe even put on a movie or something else? Can turn sound on or off while in cradle, but cannot simply turn down. The phone isn't too hard to get in there, but definitely takes surgical precision.

4) The toy works as a stand-alone (mirror on back-side of iPhone cradle), but significantly increases in value with the addition of the apps. They were designed for this thing, no doubt about it. The two apps were not an afterthought.

5) For fun, place your kid in it and sit facing them. Who is the creepy-creepster staring at you?! (See pic)

The best word I have for this is simple. It's simple to fold, simple to carry, simple to put together, and simple to operate. You don't have to use your iPod/iPhone in it but if you do, just search for the Fisher Price apps in the App Store, pop it in it's secure spot and voila! You can also situate your Apple device so that the baby can't or can press the home button. If you don't want to use that function, just switch it around and use the mirror it comes with. I have twins and I found this is also a good tool for tummy time exercises as they can stretch their necks to look up into the mirror and reach up to get the toys. Good buy! Especially if it's on sale!

This is a very simple design and it can fold so you can take it anywhere, which is great for storage and ease. It's a very light product so anyone can move it. I know this shows a baby on the back but that's not always the case. The little toys that are attached to the apptivity gym has been really amusing for my 1 year old. She would sit there and play with all the toys and stare at them.

I think the iPhone portion is just an added plus. You can either put your phone in there, which was pretty easy to fit in or turn it so it faces the mirror. I did find when I initially turned the phone holder over to the mirror, it was a little bit difficult. I also found that even with the mirror, my baby would play with this. It kept her amused since it allows her to tug on the toys attached.

Setup-wise, this was a little bit more difficult to put together. I really had to push some of the legs in and took me a little longer. It is easy to figure out how it goes, it is just that it takes a little bit of strength to make sure it is secured properly. To fold up the gym, it's just done by pressing the button. It was a little sticky at first but has gotten better with each use.

Overall, we do like the apptivity gym and even if you don't have a baby lying on their back, they can still play with it sitting up.

This is a great baby present. The Apptivity Gym works with many iPhones and iTouches but not with the new iPhone 5 because it does not have the new electricity adaptor in it. This means that if mom or dad didn't have an iPhone or didn't have an iPhone prior to the iPhone 5, then the "app" part of the gym would not work.

That being said, the gym does not require apps to be used with it, as there is a mirror inserted in the place where an iPhone/iTouch is meant to be inserted. I actually prefer the gym without the iPhone/iTouch and appreciate that without these mobile objects, the gym is quiet. Kids still seem to enjoy the gym and it doesn't make any noise, unlike all the other battery-powered kids' toys that seem to continuously make noise.

This gym is best for kids that are still laying on their backs. It is also fun for kids that can sit up but not very useful for walking children, so it has a limited, but important, lifespan. I highly recommend this toy.

Taggies Classic Take A Long Plush

These "Little Taggies" are just such a great idea for babies! My grandson who received it when he was just 5 months old, and is now 8 months loves taking his naps with this. He will just lay for the first few minutes of naptime looking, and feeling and chewing on all of the different textured little ribbons. I've always watched little ones find the tag on any blanket and rub and chew.......how great to have a whole blankie of tags! I would recommend this item to ANYONE who has children or grandchildren in their care.

I have not played with this particular doll as it is a Christmas Gift for my new neice. My family always prided themselves on picking out the best dolls, Madame Alexander, and by the time my sister was born, they had come out with this type doll one that you could actually play with and not sit on a shelf and just look at. My sister carried her Baby with her everywhere. It's cloth all the way up to the head which is plastic and washes clean with a little soap and water. But I do remember, since she was so loved, her taking a few baths in the washing machine to get her looking just as new as she ever was. The clothes are removable and so is the hat so your older little girl can play "dress up" with her. She is a tiny Baby not more than 12" long with small enough arms for an older infant or toddler can easily latch on and take her wherever she is going. In my opinion, Madame Alexander is a name you can trust for the best dolls ever and has made a great baby doll here. I hope my new neice will love her and treat her as well as my sister!

Battat Electronic Keychain

My 18 month old likes these key for the four distinct noises. We like them because the keys are rounded so there are no sharp edges if he shoud fall on them and that they are too big to stick in a light socket. The build seems nice enough for a kid toy. There is no volume control, but I think that would have been a frustration point for my son. He seems pretty happy with these. Sometimes I don't have them with us and I will end up giving him my keys. When we come home I tell him to get his own keys and he is happy enough to give me mine back. I would recommend these keys.

This is my 2nd time buying this product. The first one I bought years ago for my own daughter at about 1 years old and she is now almost 3 and still plays with them. I recently just bought them for my almost 1 year old niece. They were a hit and my niece loves them and her mom loves them so her daughter will stop stealing her keys. These are great because they have a flash light on them (its a BRIGHT one so i watched to make sure kids don't point it in their eyes) and 4 sound buttons. The keys are the part I love the most. They are actually metal (no sharp points they are more rectangle like you see in the picture so safer than real key shape) so they are cold so they can chew on them to sooth gums when teething and have more of a realistic sound and feel so they leave your own keys alone. They are also a smaller toy so you can throw them in the diaper bag for the stores or car rides. love love these keys!!!

Stacking Sensations Cups by Sassy

We have had these for at least a year and they are very durable and have been washed many times. Our toddler never really stacked them as they are all too close to the same size. We found other stackers more fun, but these are pretty so we use them for snacks or as play kitchen cups.

My son was chewing on the "teethable rim" and was able to bite off little pieces of plastic. He could have choked on them or swallowed them. I would not recommend this product.

It's an alright quality costume, great for the price. Fit my 15 month old boy great. easy to get on and off.

Great costume for a toddler. The fit depends on the size of your child. My 16-month old has a long torso with broad shoulders, so the crotch (plastic snaps along the inseams) comes up a bit high and it can be a struggle to get her arms in the sleeves, but it looks great on her. It's comfortable and easy to move in, but it can get hot since its 100% polyester. The booties can stretch but don't expect them to fit over most shoes. The little hat has elastic on the back so it stretches easily. Mom stuff aside, this is such a cute costume!! I liken this to what a pirate captain would wear -no tears or frayed edges, but some velvet touches, leather shoulder "epaulettes" and a nice frilly collar. Great playtime piece.

I bought this costume as a gift for a friend for her grandson. She loved the costume. He was super cute in it and it's really true to size. It fit him perfectly. I was looking for a pirate costume for an infant everywhere and I was glad I found this on Amazon. I really don't have any complaints however, my friend had a hard time putting it on her grandson because she didn't see there were button on the pants besides the opening in the back. I had to show her there were snaps on the pants since it wasn't very apparent unless you were looking for them. I only knew because my son's lion costume was the same way. Also, I would mention that it was thin so it wouldn't be a good costume to wear without a coat if your Halloween's are like the Midwest where it's typically very cold on Halloween.

I got his for 5 month old boy and it is adorable. I love the all in one aspect so we aren't struggling with tons of layers and the snap at the bottom is perfect. We bought this for our 17 month old son to wear to My Nieces Themed Birthday party and it was super cute, fit him well, I even drew a mustache and beard on him, it was cute and he seemed comfortable in it. GOOD: I just purchased this item for my daughter and she loves it. I have only had this item for about 3 days now and she gets excited every time she sees me pick up the lamb. She is not quiet 3 months, yet she kicks her legs, waves her arms, and giggles the entire time the DVD OR the CD is playing. It really does manage to keep her attention the entire time it is playing. I especially like how the good-bye song at the end is so soothing. It puts her to sleep every time, so it is perfect for right before nap time. I would recommend this to any parent with a little one who needs just a few minutes to distract them. Gives you enough time to actually have some lunch yourself or even prepare dinner.

BAD: Although my daughter seems to adore it, a friend of mine's son is really frightened of the lamb. He likes the DVD just fine. However, ever since the lamb talked for the first time, he is really freaked out by it. He can not even look at it when it is turned off and not talking to or blinking at him. If possible, you may want to expose your child to the animal before you buy it, just in case.

This is my first review so bare with me...I bought this for my 8 month old and she drags it everywhere!! She laughs when the doll laughs its soo cute. She tries to have little conversations with the doll. When we are in the car she just holds on, talks, and squeezes until she fall asleep. I have not had any problems with this toy yet, but will try and keep you up to date. For now I recommend it. We will be buying the dog and cow for Christmas.

I was so excited to get this new product for my 3 1/2 month old after reading so much about it. After we put in the batteries and played the DVD, I saw the "magic" happen. Of course, it was cute with the interaction between the stuffed animal and the DVD while it was playing, but here's the bad part. All the animals have a bellybutton where it transmits/receives the audio for it to interact with the DVD, but it is this very annoying, even blinding LED blue light. How can we even stare at the animal without getting blinded by the light? Not to mention, a baby's sensitive eye. The animal only says a few phrases that correspond to parts of the DVD, which I understand is all that is necessary for a 3-12 month old. The voice of the animal is rather frightful motherese tone, which was not soothing for babies. Don't get me wrong, my baby was staring at her new "friend", but she did wail at the beginning. Overall, I thought the product was not bad, but the reason I gave it such a low score was because of the bright LED light that makes it impossible to stare at the toy and the DVD content. After finishing the entire DVD the first time, I boxed the product back up and returned it the next day. For a product that is geared for babies starting at 3+ months, it needs more music. I think I'll be sticking to the Baby Einstein series because they actually get it right the first time. Don't waste your money on this product unless you want your baby to be blinded by the adorable little lamb.

This was given to my daughter as a Christmas gift when she was 4 months old. She absolutely loves this DVD. The only bad or annoying thing about the doll is that I can't always get it to work. You have to hold the doll in front of the TV speakers and it's supposed to sync up. Our doll just blinks instead of syncing so my daughter watches the video without the doll and enjoys it just as much. She especially loves when her adorable friends play "peek-a-boo" with her. She giggles the whole time.

The doll is definitely a great interactive toy but the DVD by itself is amazing too. My daughter holds onto the lamb while she watches and pushes his belly button.

I highly recommend this toy.

Baby Self-feeding Bottle Straw - Stainless, 8oz

I don't understand why these starws aren't everywhere! My 8-month-old refused to hold her bottle up herself and we tried 3 different kinds of sippy cups with no luck. My mother remembered using "bottle straws" when I was a kid (30+ yrs ago) but I'd never heard of them until I found these. The only thing you should know before getting them is that the ring (top) of the straw must make a seal around the bottle neck. I ordered the regular straw (I had only Playtex bottles) and they were too wide for the straw. I then bought some Gerber bottles and the straw fits fine. I think they have a wide necked bottle straw but I wasn't paying attention when I ordered :) My kid LOVES it nad so do I cause now I have my hands back!

I had something similar to these for my now 25 year old when he was a baby. I purchased them for my 11 month old twin grandbabies. Unfortunately, they have become so used to tilting the bottle that when I tried the straws they became very frustrated, because they couldn't get any thing to drink.

I can't return the products because I used them. That is the only drawback.

I wasn't sure that these books would go over well since Leap isn't a super popular character (not on Nick Jr or Disney Jr that I know of), but since they cover some good topics for toddlers we got them anyway. Our son likes them, and they were discussion starters/teaching tools especially the one about emotions.

I sent these books and the tag reader to my boyfriends grandparents as a gift for his nephew. They were so amazed with the technology. Furthermore, they were amazed by their 1.5 year old grandchild's ability to interact with the books. He was so engaged and excited by the littlest things the book did. I purchased the preschool tag reader a few years ago for a birthday and that child still loves it!

Little Tikes Adjust N Draw Table

I bought this table because it seemed reasonalby priced for my needs. I have a 2 and a 4 year old who use it. The problem is that keep falling off it. The benches seem too small and too close tothe table so when they are getting on and off the seat they fall backwards. So not too safe for them to use .

I was searching high and low for a craft/eating/play table for my 17 month old boy. Found this and was very excited. Got it out of the box and realized that bench had to be screwed on. Doesn't give you much space to screw in either! Once hubby and I put it together it looked so much smaller than expected. My son was literally falling off the seat. Very uncomfortable looking too! It wasn't sturdy either. He would move his feet and the whole table went backwards. Ages 1/2 years to 5 years old? How in the world can a five year fit on this? Not impressed with this Little Tikes piece.

I bought this for my 20 month old daughter and she loves it! I put hers in the living room so she can have her snacks and watch tv.

It is not hard to put together but it does take screws to go into the plastic. She has sat on top of the table and my son who is 10 sat on top and it held his weight. I wouldn't recommend that all the time though.

So far it is used as a craft/eating table. When she is older I will convert to the drawing side.

I recommend this to all parents with toddlers! :)

This is easy to put together. It took me about 15 min. Pretty good size for my 16 mo old dtr. She eats, drinks, has a tea party w/stuffed animals and draws at this table. I'm not sure how durable this is though. It's so light that she can drag it around the room, but if it was heavy duty, I guess I can't get it for this price. As my dtr is very tiny, I'm guessing she can use it for the next 2 yrs or so. The reason I didn't give 5 star rating is that from the very first piece that I pulled out of the box, everything was dirty. I was able to just wipe them w/office whips relatively easy, but it was anoying as you got excited opening the box. A kid can fall back as there's no back to the chairs, but as any other toys for little toddlers, you have to be there and watch the child closely. My dtr fell once, but she got up right away and sat on the chair like nothing happened. So far, my dtr loves it and I am happy with it. I've had it for almost 2 wks now.

I just received this as a baby shower gift for my daughter (we are having a Dr Seuss theme). I think it's a wonderful toy. Haba Mouse In The House Clutching Figure

I purchased this for my son when he was around 5 months old. The mouse makes a cute squeaking sound. He LOVED it then and now, at 10 months still loves the mouse. Would have given 5 stars, but I had to shorten the mouse's tail because it was a choking hazard.

I wanted to comment on the reviewer who said the tail is not a choking hazard. This is not a theory my son tried to swallow the tail and was literally choking on it. I caught it quickly and shortened the tail to about 2 in. long and this was never a problem again.

I still recommend the toy because he loved it and the issue is an easy fix.

The product is interesting, but the rat seems a bit too small and can be detached from the house. Prefer it to have a string secured to the house.

I bought this for my son when he was probably two months old. His older brothers (2 and 3 at the time) took it over. It's something that is loved by all the boys. A good sturdy toy, well made like all haba toys. I like haba toys because they last through lots of rough boy play.

The tail isn't a choking hazard. It'd made to strict European standards. We are getting another one because our puppy liked it. I guess the mouse was too much of a temptation for him. You can also purchase an extra mouse one jingles and one squeaks.

Bright Starts Clack and Slide Activity Ball

Pros:

My 9-month-old still plays with it at least briefly every day.

He loves the spinning ball at one end.

A good variety of shapes to spin and chew on.

Cons:

The ribbed rings are not in contrasting colors, as pictured.

The paint on the caterpillar's body has begun to chip/scrape off.

My baby has never been able to make the squeaker at one end squeak, and doesn't seem amused by the squeaky sound that it makes. (He loves every other squeaker out there.)

He's never seemed overly interested in this toy.

Update: At 10 months, my baby is not interested in this toy any longer.

Love this toy. My 6 month old daughter will play with this while she is laying down, sitting up, or in her chair. It is easy for her to grab & swing around, the colors are very vibrant to attract her interest, & there is plenty to do & enough different sounds that happen (when is playing with it) to make her want to keep checking it out. Very impressed. :)

My son LOVES to slide things and spin them so I thought he would LOVE this ball. I purchased it to put in his Easter basket when he was 12 months old. I honestly think that I missed the optimal window for this. He plays with it occasionally but doesn't love it like I thought he would.

My recommendation is to purchase this for a younger baby...they will LOVE it! It does have a lot to do and is very durable.

I was looking for a toy that is not a teether, a rattle or a teddy bear, that my 3-month old baby girl would be able to use on her own at her young age. After looking around I decided to give this activity ball a try. Well, I was so right to do so! She immediately started grasping, shaking and putting this toy in her mouth, and a few days later she started pushing the frog up and down and trying to make the ball on top turn. Simply amazing! The ball offers lots of amusement for baby without the hassle of electronics, loud noises and annoying songs. She just didn't want to put it down and actually held on to it even when I was taking her to her room for a nap.

She stopped playing with it around the time she got 10 months old, but hey, that's a toy for young babies, not toddlers, so I don't agree with reviewers who complain about the short life time of it, especially when I think how much it was loved and used for these months! And even if it is not used anymore, it is still in such a good shape that her siblings will be able to use it, too. And for sure, they'll love it!

I watched the Teletubbies when I was younger & I wanted my Po Teletubbie back that I had when I was younger. It's a great toy!! She says all the things she says on the TV show & she is a great toy for kids all ages!! A must buy!!

Fisher-Price Growing Baby: Rainbow Snail Stacker

We got this toy for my 9 month old daughter for Christmas and I wish I would have saved the packaging so I could return it. The stacks of rainbows are not steady at all and fall off with the slightest touch. The way my daughter "plays" with this toy is this: I set the rainbow stack up for her, she touches it (barely), the pieces all fall off, she picks one up for a second or two, drops it, and moves on. I'm left with a big ol' snail and four random arches scattered on the floor. Definitely not worth the bulk that this toy takes up. We also got my daughter a set of TOMY stacking cups and they are a much better toy for this purpose. They stack nicely and nest nicely, and they are compact when stored. They're cheaper too! See my photo.

This is different and one of many toys my granddaughter has. It is not the first thing she goes for I will say, but it is unique.

We received this as a gift for my LO. She is 7mo and really seems to enjoy smacking the toy around. She is still too young to actually stack the pieces, but I'm sure she will continue to like this toy as she gets older.

Rubie's Costume My First Halloween Lil Monster Jumper Costume

I love this costume it is so cute. But it runs really small. I bought a size 6-12 for my 8 month old son and its too small for him. He's average size actually weighs a little less than normal and its still too small. I wish there was a 12-18 month in this but I can't find one.

We bought this costume for a 1 month old afraid it would be a little big it was a great fit and super cute to boot.
