My 4month old son loves this toy. It is one of his favorites. He likes to put his arm through one of the loops so it does not fall out of his swing. He gnaws on the red loops all day. Great toy and hours of entertainment.

Fish In The Tub Windup

This bath toy is much bigger than I expected it to be (about the size of a baseball.) Not a bad thing, just something to keep in mind. The wind-up tail that paddles it through the water is a little noisy too, but not necessarily a bad thing either! It's cute and serves its purpose!

We bought this to replace a windup bath seal that barely works. Well this has a tail that flaps and that's about it. At least with the seal it would "swim". This just, uh, flaps, doesn't move in the water. Plus you have to keep winding it over and over and over...not worth the dough...

Lalaloopsy Deluxe Pillow Feather Bed Costume

I love the pajama part of the costume. The material is really thick, and it has a lot of details.

The wig on the other hand, is complete garbage.

It is made out of foam tubes, and then poorly wrapped in yarn. Then, the yarn wrapped tubes are badly glued together on a mesh wig cap thing. The glue is in large hard chunks on the inside of the wig, and you can see large spots of glue in between the "curls" on the outside of the wig. Also, the foam tubes are not glued on correctly at all, so instead of looking like the picture, one side is really short, and the other side is long. The back of it stands out at a weird angle, as if she is walking into a bad windstorm. If all that wasn't bad enough, it is too stiff and too heavy to actually stay on a childs head.

Seeing as the wig was the cutest part of the costume, and it is not even usuable, I wouldn't suggest that anyone buy this unless they already have a suitable wig replacement. My toddler was very sad when she saw how cheaply made and deformed the wig was.

This costume is just as explained in the other reviews. The actual costume is great but the wig is junk. Lucky for me my daughter does not want to wear the wig anyway.

It is really defective, it doesn't fit and it have silicon glue all over visible, the hair tears apart and you can see the poor quality on the product, it was really frustrating, since the costume is expensive I expected more, the only thing using here will be the pj, it is a shame... you should take care of feedbacks unfortunatelly I reed it until I noticed how defective and horrible it is, and I'm not alone... same with allcustomers who have been on this....

Fisher Price Pull & Pop Pelican

This is so cute and charming but is totally useless as a pull along. It's very narrow and top heavy and it falls over if not pulled very, very carefully and gently two words which don't enter into the average todller's vocabulary. The revolving balls and flappy beak are a great idea but don't work unless it's being pulled along upright. If FP remade it with a fat body and heavier bottom half it would be at least a four star but as it is, I'd say pass on it.

My boy really likes this toy, but he didn't take to it till he was almost two, probably because it isn't easy to pull along. It falls down a lot. Now he's old enough that he loves the challenge and he plays with it a lot. We both really enjoy the sounds it makes too--the chuckle is great. It would have been nice if this toy would have been easy enough to pull when my son was younger, but it's turning out to be great now. It's teaching him to focus more.

My son received this as a gift for his first birthday and right away he played with the balls in the pelican's mouth but that was about it. As he started walking, we would show him how to pull it, but it would tip over EVERY time. If we can't do it, how do they expect an unsteady toddler to pull it without it falling over? Aside from the colorful balls (which we have plenty of others), there was nothing useful about this toy. Don't waste your money.

Garanimals Wooden Stacking Rings

Terrible toy. I bought this for my child this weekend and already the toy looks like I've had it for years. It is not durable and the paint chips off. That can't be safe. My child will no longer be playing with this.

I was looking for a wooden ring stacker for my 13 month old, more as a decoration for his room than anything else. I searched on Amazon and saw this one, which I thought was adorable with the different colors, but I thought it was a little overpriced so I hesitated buying it. A few days later I was at Wal-Mart and glanced down a toy aisle and saw a "Garanimals" display. I decided to see if they had it because I thought I could at least save money on shipping by buying it in store. They did have it and it was not $22.99 as sold on Amazon...it was $5! Yes, $5. I bought one and I really like it, as does my son. It is a little on the small side, maybe about 10 inches tall, but the colors are very nice.

Save yourself nearly $20 and buy this from Wal-Mart. Amazon sometimes has wonderful prices, but this is not one of those times!

This elephant doll is absolutely wonderful. Its so soft and made of great quality so it doesn't fall apart. At first I wasn't happy with the packaging because it was rolled up in plastic and I had to fluff it out quite a bit until its form was normal. But its perfectly fine now. Its a great gift.

Purchased this for a baby shower towel cake topper. It was too big for the cake, however it's cute and fluffy.

My First Princess - Funtime Jasmine

I purchased the princesses in a hard plastic doll style. My little girl never plays with them hardly. She likes to hold and cuddle her toys, so I've slowly been purchasing them in their soft forms...they still have the plastic head, so the features more closely resemble the princesses over the dolls that are soft in their entirety. She tends to play with the soft dolls much more, and is able to sleep with them as well.

I bought this toy for my daughter, i was so excited since she LOVES animals & things that light up. Thought this was perfect, plus the price wasn't bad (or so i thought). Once i received it i was shocked at how small it was, then the pull string kept getting stuck, it barely moved across our hardwood flooring, and the overall quality seemed a bit cheaper than dollar store toys. =/

If you're looking for a toy that you don't care if it gets destroyed within a day or 2 then this is perfect BUT not worth more than $1. I'd recommend just going to the dollar store for a "okay to destroy" toy.

Haba Fairy Tale Dragon, Rug

My husband and I are expecting our first baby, and we thought that a "castle and dragon" theme would be perfect for a little boy. Alas, we've had such a hard time finding dragon baby items, especially those suitable for a pastel blue nursery, so we decided to invest in this rug despite its rather high price.

We received our rug yesterday (very fast shipping) and are overjoyed with it! The dragon is SO sweet and adorable. Just perfect for a baby's room. The rug is very high quality. The colors are a bit darker than shown online, but that's okay. We'll post pictures as soon as we finish decorating the nursery to give you an idea of how large the rug really is compared to the crib. It fills our nursery nicely.

We're not yet sure how well this rug is going to wear, but we're very pleased thus far!

We get so many compliments on this rug. We've had it for several months now. It gets tons of traffic and it still looks brand new. Very easy to maintain... I vacuum ours once a week and run a lint brush over it every few weeks. I know this rug will serve us well for years to come. We can't be more pleased with this purchase.

This rug looks even better in person. It is so thick and soft. Our son needed a rug in his room that has hard wood floors and this one matches perfectly. It was so hard to find a nice boy themed rug and we were a bit hesitant to order one from the internet so our son's Grandma decided to order it. It is wonderful and I can't believe we ever hesitated! If you like the picture of this rug then buy it because it is worth every penny!

As we prepared to move into our new house, I wanted to purchase something really special for my son's new room. With his love of all things dragon and dinosaur, I chose this rug for him. It is just gorgeous. The colors are beautiful, the pile is thick (feels wonderful on bare feet) and my son is found sitting on it, playing with legos, all the time. I've always trusted Haba toys, with their exceptional reputation and their eye on quality. For buyers, I would just say-be prepared for some blue dust bunnies, until the pile has settled-which I understand is normal for this type of wool rug. Flapsi Rattling figure

This is not our sons favorite toy, however it is the best toy for on the go. It's very sturdy, compact, and entertaining. The age he enjoyed it the most was from 12mo 14mo. But I still keep it in the diaper bag for emergency mall entertainment purposes, and it sill keeps him entertained (16 months). Good buy.

My kids love these toys, and they last forever... I'm planning on keeping all of my haba toys as heirlooms, because they are such amazing quality I want to pass them down to my grandkids, unlike all the other plastic junk out there... LOVE THEM!

Mary Meyer Print Pizzazz, Cocoa Horse, 12"

Purchased this little guy with high hopes as a gift for my 1yo niece.

It's soft and cute, but it's smaller than expectedthe 12" includes feet that dangle down longer than expected ...

The back "hooves" are filled with beanbag filling, and when held up, they turn around backwards due to the weight which kinda weirded me out a little...

Of course, I give this toy a one star for educational value, becasuse... lets face it... as realism goes, it misses the mark entirely.... Not it's fault at allit's supposed to just be a cute, whimsical little horse.

Vilac Fripouille the Pull Along Dog Baby Toy

The wood has a glossy finish and color is a deeper red than in the photo. The color of the wheels are also a brighter yellow than the photo and more lustrous looking. I like that it has rubber trim on the wheels to go easy on the floors. It came in a box with clear glassine on the top and sides which proudly displays the toy (securely fastened in its upright position). It is smaller than other pull toys I've seen, but the quality appears top notch. I am giving it as a gift for a one-year old, which the toy seems the perfect size for a new walker or a toddler.

Little Tikes Discover Sounds Camcorder Toy

I checked the box and this is not suppose to rattle so there is a broken piece somewhere in this camcorder. My son played with it for about a second and then lost interest. It doesn't really do anything. I would suggest buying the camera he still plays with it and it does a lot more.

I was asked by many of my friends if I was going to get a baby video camera for my little one (being that I am a filmmaker myself). So when I found this former Little Tikes model, I couldn't pass it up. Of course, my little one is still growing in me, so I can comment only on my perception of the product itself.

Pros:

Noises! There are two buttons on top of the camera that make a lot of different noises: clicking, tape rolling, musical sounds, etc. They just randomly select sounds in a loop, so there is no set tone per button. And there is no musical track per say.

Viewfinder. It has both a viewfinder (blue) at back of camera, which one can see through the lens at the front (though through hazy plastic). It has a side viewer as well (orange) that swings to the left of the camera.

Simulation. I imagine that this camera is the closest "toy" that simulates the handling of a consumer video camera. It doesn't do much beyond making noise and allowing a child to view through its lens, but I suppose that is enough for role-play

Cons:

It has not taken a beating yet, but I have doubts about the stability of the orange side viewfinder. It is only held to the camera by a little piece of swinging plastic, so my guess is that this part would be the first to break off with heavy use (and age of child depending).

The plastic is hard, but doesn't appear to be non-breakable. I can imagine a good crash out the car door onto pavement or a few tumbles down non-carpeted staircases will scratch, dent, or chip part of its construction.

Am I worried? Not in the least. It's a toy and if it's well-loved, I am sure it will get some solid playtime. Since the product is no longer on the market, you will probably expect to pay a little more to get it from a seller (as I did) on Amazon or something like Ebay.

I ordered these coins to replace the coins as they disappeared and I may have to order more to replace the replacements that have also disappeared.

How babies can squeeze these things into every nook and cranny around the house I have no idea but I find them in the wierdest places.

Good investment. You can review colors, pictures (on coins), touch (smooth/bumpy), and size.

my son loves the piggey bank and is learning well with these coins he can't choke on since they are so oversized.

This is the first I've purchased from North American Bear Company, and dare say it shall not be the last. These plush friends are very well constructed, and wash beautifully when done according to instructions.

As stated in the product description they are not a large, overstuffed plush. The near flat body gives them a unique characteristic, which makes them perfectly 'huggable' for little arms. Our little boy simply loves playing with them!

North American Bear Company got every detail right with the Flatso line, so I hope to see them expand it with other animal characters in future.

I bought this stuffed frog for my 4 month old son for Christmas for 2 reasons. 1. I wanted him to have a "special friend" he could cuddle and grow up with, and 2. Because it matched the theme for his room! He absolutely LOVES this frog! It's so easy for him to wrap his little arms around it, and he loves "knawing" on this frogs feet and eyes! It's very soft and I love the fact that I can just throw it into the washer/dryer when it gets a little dirty! There have been many times, where I have gone into his room, and caught him cuddling, knawing, or tossing it around! I couldn't have been happier with my purchase!

I ordered this plush because it coordinated with the theme to my Circo ABC 123 bedding set. The toy is very adorable, super soft, and seems well made.
