I bought this soft cradle in pink to go along with my daughter's nikki baby and we are both big fans of it. It is brightly colored and matches her baby. She still takes the cradle-carrier and the baby to sleep with her and she is 4 years old. It is washable, and stands up to everyday play and it is awesomely priced for a Kathe Kruse item. I would definately purchase this product again if the need ever arose. I love it!!

I was a little hesitant to purchase sewing patterns on-line, fearing that pieces or a whole section might be missing. Nope!

This is an old pattern and is probably discontinued. So, if you like the looks of the clothing, as I do, get it while you can. As a bonus, the coat and skirt pattern (lower left in the picture) has a pattern with good directions for Ice Skates! This will save me some $6.50's! Upper left is a dress and cape, upper right a dress-up dress, and lower right a nightgown. Each outfit includes footwear and there is a pattern for undies.

By the way, the pattern did come early and in perfect condition. Thank you!

Gund Lion Booties 3" Infant Accessory

The lion slippers were very cute, but too large. States size is 0-6 months... but from my perspective, looks like they will fit a toddler better. I set these booties next the ones by Gerber and the size difference is quite a lot. THey are very cute though so I don't regret my purchase, I am sure the baby will be able to wear them when he is older.

Very cute, I'm giving them to my nephew and his wife for their new baby as part of their Christmas gift.

Edushape Corrugated Blocks, Set of 52 toys

our Grandson who is one loves these blocks and we do not have to worry about his safety. He does like to climb on them. Our 6 year grand daughter plays with them to make our grandson laugh. Well worth the money.

My grandson (3 yoa) wanted blocks so he could build a *tower* I looked all over, researching blocks, wanting something that he could build with, knock down, walk on, throw, kick, etc. He's, hmmmm, very active. All boy. I found a recommendation for these blocks written by a woman who'd purchased them for her now adult son said they'd held up over the years, and that even now he would come home and occasionally build something with them. She said that they were rigid enough, once put together, that they could be stood on and not collapse. That was good enough for me.

She was correct. I purchased a couple different types of these blocks; spent a couple of hours one night before Christmas putting them together and gave them to him in great big gift bags. He loves them. He builds towers and forts and walls, and knocks them down and puts them back up!! They are as nice today as they were over a year ago when I purchased them.

Chicco Sleep and Play Musical Puppy Crib Toy

Like that it plays pieces like Ave Maria and others and it doesn't just run for 30 sec and stops. The tune goes on for some time and then moves on to the next piece so I don't have to keep pressing it to get it going again. Easy to install using tie-strings, runs on 3x AA. Can't adjust the volume on this one so that's the one thing I'd ask to change on it.

I was looking at the Fisher-Price Kick and Play vs this one and decided to go with this Chicco version since some of the reviews for the Fisherr-Price were about volume and sound problems. So far baby girl enjoys it and even with the hard back and her kicking, she's not scratching up her crib or I'm not able to notice since her crib is white. The music and sound quality is great.

I bought this for my daughter to play with in her crib. She loves to kick at things so I thought this would be perfect. I usually like Chicco products but this one was not designed very well. The on/off and low/high switches are in the back and the toy ties onto crib. The buttons stagger from the bottom to the top making it a little difficult to find the right area to make music. But it's still fun for her to kick at.

VTech - Paint and Learn Art Easel

My son received this toy for his first birthday. We set it up and were shocked at the poor quality. The easel is very, very short (even though it has two height adjustments). It also tips over fairly easily. It wouldn't tip over so easily if the string that attaches the "paint brush" to the easel was a little longer. The string is so short that it's nearly impossible to maneuver the paintbrush and touch the colors and shapes. Once we were finally able to do so, we were very disappointed when we discovered that something else was wrong. When we touched the paintbrush to the number 2 it would say 3, and when we touched it to the green it would say yellow. It's a major problem when an educational toy is teaching your child the wrong thing, so we returned it. I recommend you spend your money on something else.

The picture given is the amazon page is slightly different from how it looks actually. I think this is due to Vtech constantly improving their toys. My one year old got this as a gift. She loves it. she keeps spinning the spinner and plays with the pen a lot.

Also this toy has a lot of potential to carry the interest up to 3 or 4 years. It has music and lights, piano, 1 learning card. One side teaches numbers, the other side teaches letters. When you do not use the card, it has shapes by default. My daughter has not explored even 50% of this toy. So she is going to have even more fun playing and learning with it in the coming months..

Last thing to add, it works perfectly (unlike what other reviewer said). It does not tip over easily unless you push it down.

My then 9 month old got this toy for Christmas. I had to have this for her because it looked like so much fun. I admit that I expected a little more from this toy, but I still really like it. It is set up like an easel, and has an interactive page that "clips" onto the easel. It teaches letters A-E, colors, etc.

There is a "paintbrush" that is used for touching the different colors, etc. to hear the talking and singing based on that particular item. It is a cute toy. I wish my baby liked it a little more, though. It does seem to be a durable toy, as she likes to bang the paintbrush against the easel repeatedly, especially when mad. I do like this toy, the only thing I wish it had is more letters and numbers to learn. I also bought this for a cousin, and plan to buy one for my nephew, so I do recommend it!

I have not had the same issues as the other reviewer of this product. My son is 17 months and seems to like this toy quite a bit. He is not able to interchange the easle pages on his own yet though. He also quickly learned that you don't need to use the wand to make the toy work.

The animals used to represent the ABC's are strange in my opinion. For "A" they use Ant, "C"caterpillar, "D" dragonfly. The only animal my son recognizes is the "B"Bee. I think Cat and Dog would be more appropriate for this age group. Nonetheless, this toy been a source of entertainment for my son. If you can find it on sale, I would recommend this toy.

Great for little kids and educational, materials are great too. I use them mainly for children photography but also my baby girl loves them!

My son didn't take an interest in just about any toy we gave him until we found these blocks. They are soft, colorful, and make delightful rattling noises. He picked one up immediately and started chewing on it at 5 months old. He rolled over just to get closer to one of them and we knew it was a new favorite. I wish there were some little tabs or texture around the edges to make it easier for the little ones to grasp. I know these blocks will be fun for a while not a throwaway toy, for sure.

A little cheap looking up close, but hey, it was < $20. It did run small too, our boy was wearing 18-24m clothes so we looked only at costumes that size. The pants stopped above his ankles, sleeves a tad short too. I'd go up one size for your little one.

Haba Tiny Town Stacking Game

I bought this toy for my daughter while on a work trip to Germany almost exactly 2 years ago (so I had the joy of not really knowing what I was paying thought in hindsight it truly is worth the money). She was about 14 months at the time so I put away a few of the smaller pieces and let her play with the other larger pieces/shapes. She is now 3 and has continued to play with this toy in various ways as she has grown. Now she seems to really understand how to fit the shapes against each other in different ways. Note that it helps to hang onto the box because 1) the box shows a few different ways to fit the pieces together and 2) it helps me keep track of which pieces are missing (as a few inevitably end up separated into other toy bins). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the middle of the 3 sticks pulled out very soon after buying it (and I had to glue it back in). It still pops out occasionally but doesn't seem do diminish my daughter's continued enjoyment.

We got this when our boy was around 14 months, or so, and it has been great watching him go from doing nothing with this, to learning how to dump all the pieces on the ground, to slowly but surely learning how to put each piece back on the frame!

These are ultra high-quality wooden pieces, smooth to touch, with paint that does not flake or chip. The colors are bright, and the variety of shapes holds the child's interest.

There are several different ways to put the pieces on the frame, and several different designs you can make.

My son and I have had lots of fun with this, and he often points at the box on the shelf, asking me to take it down for him. Yes, the price is high, but you do get quality for the price, and at least for us, or son has really enjoyed this toy!

it is a cute toy and there are lots of things to do. but there are a couple of negatives which make me wish we didn't spend the money. first, the ramps for the balls always pop out and they are not simple to get back in. second, although it is fairly easy to fold up, it still takes up A LOT of space when folded at least half the amount of space as the dome when fully assembled. and you can't pop it back into the box at that point, because it won't fit. you have to lean it against a wall and it is always falling over (even when you use the plastic piece they suggest to clip it together).

my 3 and 7 year old kids were more interested in the toy than my 1 year old.

just thought I would provide this alternate view, since all the other reviews seemed so glowing.

Santa brought this for my 1 year old for Christmas this past year. We immediately put it together and the thing is CONSTANTLY falling apart. The walls come out from the bottom where they connect to the feet by pressing a cloth covered bar into a slot. The ramps for the ball drop fall off all the time and if they aren't pushed in all the way the ball does not run through the ramps correctly. The keys don't always work to lock the door so the balls fall out when you want them to stay in and they are also very difficult to use. No way a young toddler can handle the task of inserting and turning a key no matter how big it is. Overall, I am very disappointed in this product and am considering trying to see if I can still send it back 4 months later. I would not recommend buying this at all.

My 14 month old twins recieved this for Christmas and it is amazing! They love to play in it together (they both ift inside well) or peek through it and giggle at each other. The balls rattle which they love and there are so many differnet ways to playball rollercoasters and tunnels, spinning toys, mirrorthey are ative and love to chase each other inside and out. I also feel that thsi toy is safe for 12 months or even younger. There are no sharp or small pieces and it is very sturdy. They can use it to pull to stand and cruise itit will slide a little but does not fall or collapse, even with two babies pulling on it. This is an a amazing toy!

As another reviewer stated, I want to love this toy so badly, but don't. It is great conceptually, but falls short when it comes to quality and usability. The roller coaster ramps not only fall off easily, they are absolutely impossible to put on. By the time I get one on, three others have popped off. I am not sure that I have ever had all of them attached at the same time. What frustrates me the most is that when my kids try to play with the dome, they never feel successful b/c it falls apart and makes it completely unusable. They move on quickly, now never showing interest in playing with this toy b/c it is so frustrating to them. It really makes me wonder how this product ever made it through a test phase. Not only does it not stand up to play by kids, it can't even be put together in the first place by an adult. Watching the video on the International Playthings website about how to fold it up amazes me. They must have shot that video 50 times before it happened that easily! I really think that this could be an awesome product, but they need some serious work on quality of construction. My kids did enjoy the other aspects of the toy, especially the peek-a-boo aspect of it. However, as another reviewer put it, a regular play tent serves the same purpose and can easily be taken down, rolled up, and easily stored on a small shelf! Sorry International Playthings, but this was a big disappointment!

I do a ton of research before buying anything for my 11 month old twins, especially when it costs $100. So many people seemed to love this so I thought I'd give it a try. I thought the quality of the product was poor. The plastic ball shoots are always coming undone and have to be snapped back in. My kids seem to like crawling in and out of it but it is rather small. They can both fit in it now but I don't know for how much longer they would really be able to. Overall, it is definitely not worth the money and I think a carboard playhouse for $25 would have been a better buy.

Learning Curve Spinning Rattle

This rattle is absolutely wonderful. It is the perfect size and weight for little hands learning to grasp things. I would recommend it for any baby.

This rattle was one of the few that my son could actually grasp and keep ahold of when he was just a couple months old. Most of the others we tried were too large or too heavy for his little hands.

I would definitely recommend for 1-3 month old babies. However my 4 month old has little to no interest in it anymore. That's the only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars. But, since there are few toys out there geared towards tiny babies, this one was a good 2 month investment!

We bought this costume for my daughter this past Halloween and we weren't all that impressed. Overall the costume is cute, but we did have a few problems. The neckline seemed rather large compared to the rest of the costume. In order to keep my daughter from "flashing" everyone, she had to wear a black t-shirt underneath it. In addition,the hat seemed rather small and kept falling off (my daughter has a petite head too, so that was a little frustrating) Also the lights stopped working after the second time she wore it. After closer inspection it looked like one of the wires got pulled out of the battery compartment. I don't think my daughter was rough with it or did anything out of the ordinary to cause that to happen. As a result, we were unable to light up the skirt for Halloween. My daughter was really looking forward to that part. I definitely would NOT recommend this costume to anyone.

She got a ton of compliments on this costume. The only complaint I have it that it looks like the lights are throughout the skirt, they are only in a small section. I was happy that it had an on/off switch so we didn't have to spend a ton on new batteries. We live in cold country, it stretched over three layers of clothing. I liked this one more than any of the ones in the stores.

I mistakenly thought that all Haba toys were made in Germany. Some are... but this one came with a "Made in China" label on it. To be fair, it does say this on the product page but I didn't notice that when ordering. Otherwise very cute. I detached the teething ring that came with it (snap allows for this) and replaced it with a safer silicone teething ring.

My 4-month-old loves her little Marit and she falls asleep clutching her almost every night. I've thrown it in the washer once so far and laid flat to dry; it held up great!

Bright Starts Teethe and Read Teether Book

My son loves this toy! I purchased it for him when he was 3 months old and he still grabs for it at 7 months of age. We have two since he loves it so much. I keep one in the car seat so he can play and crinkle it while we are on the move and the other one is kept at home. When he was first learning to kick his legs I would place the book under his feet while on his play gym. The crinkle sound encouraged him to move his little feet. Now that he is teething he likes to gnaw on the handle and book edges as well as the pages. A very good buy in my opinion!
