This item was pictured as being much larger...no sizes were identified as I recall in the description. For the price, I expected it to be at least 12"...instead, my grandson got a 4" little car! I seriously considered returning it but he loves Pororo and it is his first Christmas with us...so it's now in his toybox.

Imaginarium Push and Go Elephant

This toy is solid wood, so it is kind of heavy in weight. I worry that it will topple and crush my baby's fingers when he grabs it. However, he likes to watch it roll across the floor. I would recommend this for a child that is older than 9 months old.

Absolutely cute for a baby gift. It plays music, so it'll probably only last for a short amount of time in that respect. I don't thnk you can change the batteries. Overall, I think it'll be something that a baby likes.

BeginAgain Farm Buddy Blocks

You should know, this is a small puzzle, the dimensions are clearly stated above: 3.5 x 3.5 x 2.5 inches

However, once you expect it to be small, you will see that it is perfect! My 2.5 yo still sits rear facing in her carseat and this is the perfect thing to hold in her lap while we drive. It is several puzzles in one for more fun. Or, as your child gets older and develops a sense of humor, she can give the cow a pig foot or some other combination.

My child rarely plays with this in the house. In fact, we usually leave it in the car, where she will play with it for our entire 20 minute drive to town and then pick it back up for the drive home. We've had it for a year and all the pieces still look great.

I bought this as a gift for a 2 year old. It took the boy about 6 months to "get" it. Finally they sent me a photo of them at a restaurant playing with the blocks. The report was that he loves it! It is VERY small so it makes a great take along toy!

The blocks are smaller and the images not as vibrant as I expected. My two-year is not at all interested in these yet. I'll report back if/when she starts to play with these.

My daughter loves these clothes. She has her own overalls so she connects with this item very well. She is just two so she has trouble putting them on the doll by herself but with some help, she can do it. They are easy to put on and the quality is pretty nice but like real clothes, they are likely to deteriorate over time I suspect, especially the velcro to connect the straps. A good purchase nevertheless! It makes the doll much more fun!

I really like the fact that there are no sounds or flashing lights on this toy. The reward for completing a task is the joy of doing it not some funny noise or bright light. This toy really develops fine motor skills. There is a ton of stuff to do, a door to open, gears to turn, a little bee to pull which makes the circles spin, an apple to push, the spinning ball thing at the bottom, and a litlle slot at the side that you can push in and pull out. My 8 month old keeps discovering new things to do. This toy is great, especially for the price. And most importantly, the reward for the baby at the end of the day is that feeeling of... yeah I did it.

Its also great for parents when you need a break from all the noise that your baby's other other toys make. it will keep the baby entertained without giving you a headache.

I bought this for my 6 month old son, who's now 11 months old. He loves it and it has bought me extra time in the mornings after he wakes up! He will sit there and fiddle with all the little gadgets for about 20 minutes before he starts to get bored. It also makes putting him down for a nap a lot easier he's always got something to play with in his crib. The only issue that is has is that the back of it is hard and it bangs against the wooden crib, we just put a soft washcloth behind it and no noise or scratching!

This toy should NOT be used in a crib. My 8 month old today got his finger stuck in the door handle! It hurt him and he screamed in pain. It was jammed in there so good it was actually hard for me to get it out. My son loves this toy and I like that it has no electronic parts and is purely fine motor skill entertainment, but the fact that the door is so poorly designed out weighs the rest for me. I will be sending a letter to the company and based on prior users comments my son is not the first baby that has had this happen to them. They should pull these off the shelves and do a product recall.

I saw a couple other reviews mention that their little ones got their finger stuck in the door. But overall everyone seemed to like it so I gave my wife the go ahead...knowing that if there was a problem with it, I'm handy around the house and could fix it so it didn't hurt our daughter. Well, indeed, within a couple hours after it arrived and she started playing with it, she got her finger inserted through the hole in the door handle and couldn't get it out. The plastic isn't smooth there, either, so it kind of "bit" and grabbed tight. I immediately knew why the scathing comments from angry parents. Our daughter was fine, just a bit frustrated and worried. Mom was watching and intervened quickly. Otherwise, our daughter (10 months) loves the variety of things to do, and is quite engaged with it. I was surprised she found the little slide-out elephant near the bottom (it's pretty obscure), which quickly became one of her favorites.

I solved the hazard by hot gluing a 2" piece of wood into the handle hole in the door. This keeps her fingers from going all the way through the handle and getting stuck (see customer picture I uploaded). Now she loves it AND there's no hazard.

MANUFACTURER: Make note of my picture and make a simple design change. It would be very easy to fix!

Fun activity toy! My daughter loves it! The only wish I had would be that it would latch on better to the crib. It just has little ties and so it falls down and rests against the mattress. I wish t had clasps or something instead of strings.

Green Toys Dump Truck, Pink

My kids love all the Green Toys trucks. I got my daughter a pink on so it could be just hers because her brother steals them all. They're an awesome size, hard to lose and extremely durable. Can't wait to get more.

I purchased this dump truck for my 3-year old girl because it was the only pink one I could find. After receiving the shipment and playing with it for a week, I think the price is a little high for the quality (I paid thirty dollars).

Some of the wheels get stuck a lot and don't spin, causing the plastic to scrape off the tire treads when pushed across the floor/ concrete. The truck is also smaller than I expected for the price. I do appreciate that this toy is made of recycled material, but I think for this price, the wheels should rotate more smoothly.

Aside from above, the plastic does seem very durable and I don't expect it to crack or break with rough use. It survived a toss down the carpeted basement stairs just fine.

I bought this toy at a local TJ Maxx and I'm glad I didn't pay full priceeven the $6.99 I paid was too much though. The music and scenes are cute, but neither of my year old twins have ever enjoyed playing with it and we've had it since they were about 5 mos old. One problem is that the button to change scenes and play music requires a pretty strong push for a baby. I thought maybe it was just that my twins were too young to figure it out, but now at a year they have been pushing buttons on toys for a while and they can't get this one down. It could be cute if the scenes and music played more easily. I wouldn't waste my money; there are lots of other toys that are more fun. The Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes is much better.

This toy only plays a song for a few seconds and must be activated again, for a very young child/infant it is cast aside for similar toys that play music for a minute or more. More than three scenes would make it more interesting also.

Comotomo Silicone Baby Teether

My son got his first teeth at 3.5 months, so I have already been through about 18 different teethers. I found this one on Amazon at the 4 month mark and am so happy I tried it out. Easy to grab, easy to clean, and my son will munch on it until he falls asleep or needs to eat. The four little prongs do not gag him and have different textures on the end. He is almost 6 months now it is still, by far, his favorite thing to munch on (my finger is not an option anymore with those sharp little teeth). My son prefers silicone teethers and loves this one in particular.

The minute you see drool, get one of these. I have three!

I love this teether I just wish I'd found it, or it had existed, when my son was 3 months and started wanting to chew on things all the time. I had the hardest time finding anything small enough. The Lifefactory 2 Pack Multi Sensory Silicone Teether, Sky/Spring Green was what worked then, and was his favorite for months, but I think this Comotomo one would have been even better. It's smaller and would have been much easier for him to hold onto and put in his mouth.

As it is I found it when he was 7 months old and suddenly got bored of most of his teethers and wanted something that sticks into his mouth, and this is smaller than I had hoped. He will play with it for a while but not as big a hit as I'd thought it would be.

But for those of you with 3-4 month olds who are wanting to chew on things, this is the PERFECT size I'm not sure there are actually any others available nearly so good.

I purchased this teether for my 3 month old breastfed baby who would not take a pacifier and did not care for traditional teethers. The moment I gave it to her she began making all sorts of noises (as if it gave her pleasurable relief) and would not let me take it from her. It is very light weight, flexible, soft silicone. The end with the fingers can fit up to 2 "fingers" in her mouth at a time, reaching both sides of her mouth.

Although it's a perfect size and weight for small hands, it takes cordination to put the "fingers" in her mouth. I often have to turn it the right way for her. The handle is the same material and can be chewed as well, but the "finger" end is prefered.

I tried everything to calm my baby down when he suddenly became afraid of the bath. Ultimately, he was most calmed by these rubber car squirt toys, but he liked this toy, as well. However, it moved really slow in the water and started to sink. Also the string attached to the little fish constantly got wound up around the fin of the big fish. I wouldn't recommend this toy to someone, but it amused my son for a bit.

First things first, it is adorable. Love the idea, love the design...too cute. Okay, it works the way it's supposed to. The shapes fit nicely. It keeps my son engaged. I only have one thing..and really it's my fault because I didn't pay attention to the picture lol. I hate that the "circles" are balls. Thats a little confusing to my son. He doesn't see it as a circle. When were sorting shapes together, he always calls it a ball...and well, he's right lol. Like I said, that's my fault, but it would be cool if they were able to change that aspect.

This toy is an overall great toy to purchase for the infant learning stage; however the clear sorting blocks that come with it are tripping hazards for parents. It comes with 3 soft blocks, 4 colored hard ones, and then 3 clear rattle blocks. The rattle blocks are very difficult to see if your child doesn't always put them back and I've tripped many times. Additionally, the velcro latch doesn't hold the 'roof' down so the blocks fall out if the house is knocked over (causing the tripping hazards). Otherwise it is a great product and great to travel with.

We were looking for a toy that we could place in the crib but we would still be able to use when not in the crib.

It is mainly a book that comes apart into a strip that you can use attached strings so you can attach to a crib or playyard. The first section of the book you can choose if you want music, story, explore or lullaby. There is also an off and on switch. Then next section has a monkey with a ring. You can pull the monkey and depending on what you choose in the first section is what you will hear. He also has a little vibrating action as he rewinds the ring up. The next section is the elephant and you are pulling his trunk. The last section is the panda and you get him to yawn.

My son loves pulling the rings. His favorite is the monkey. There are no lights so it is not the best night time toy but I can still hear the animals sound off at night and I know that he is playing with them.

There is a test that EI (Early Intervention) and Physical Development Specialists do that test whether a child understands cause and effect. The test is very simple. They have a ring and tied to the ring is a string. The child must figure out if he pulls the string he will get the ring. They usually put a toy in the ring to get the child to do it. My little boy who has this toy in his crib was the only boy that got the concept. My other two boys were clueless. I think because my little boy knows that when he pulls on the rings on his crib toy something happens.

It is nice to know that when he is out of the crib he will still have this toy available to play with.

I purchased this book for my 6 year old disable grandson as he loves this toy. The problem is sometimes it goes on and sometimes it doesn't. I would have returned this book but it would has cost too much to return it.

This is not this first book that I have had, this is our 4th and this one was the worse.

Anyway it makes him Happy and that's what's important.

I think this is a cute toy and my son loves it but as someone else said, the thing won't shut up! It kinda has a mind of its own and the music will start playing at random times. I've even heard it in the middle of the night but as long as my 10 month old can sleep through it I don't care. He loves pulling on the rings, the monkey is his favorite. I think the concept for this toy is great. My son will be able to play with it for a long time, even after he's moved on from the crib. I wish there were more crib type toys like this. This toy has helped my little one fall asleep on many occasions (I have a picture of him after he fell asleep with the ring in his hand..too cute) I'm able to stay in bed a good 10 minutes longer sometimes because my son is in his crib pulling on the rings and listening to the animal sounds.

Overall it's a good toy, I would have rated it five stars if it weren't for the malfunction. I'm happy with it, considering I found it at Toys R Us for only $5. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a decent crib toy, even if it does turn on by itself.

I got this as a christmas present when my son was an infant. He loves it! I love it too, but the only problem is that it keeps malfunctioning, no matter how many times I change the batteries. I have been through 4 of these thinking it was just a defect but now I realize that they are all this way. The music won't turn off automatically like its supposed to and the monkey sounds keep repeating themselves over and over and over no matter what setting it is on. It is extremely annoying and very dissapointing. This would be perfect if its wasn't for these defects.
