Paper Magic Group Lobster Costume, Red, 12 - 18 Months

My son was 9 months old at Halloween this year, but he was in teh 98th percentile, so we bought him this 12-18mo lobster costume. It was FANTASTIC. We received SO much praise for the creativity & cool-factor of his costume. Many people asked me if I made it myself. It doesn't look cheap or flimsy lime many costumes, but it is fleecy, so I suspct if you wore it many times, the fabric might pill. We only wore it a few times, so it was perfect. He just started crawling, so the 8 appendages were hilarious. It was comfortable for him, easy to get him in and out, and just downright adorable. Did I mention that we have fantastic photos that will last a lifetime?

I bought this for my nephew, it was so cute. The material was very thick, it gets too hot if they wear it too long, but if you put on a onesie underneath you can unzip it so they won't be too hot in the costume. The cost is expensive to wear it twice, for Halloween day and for pictures, but then again all costumes run about the same price. The antenna and the eyes was soft and just loppy and falls down weird, maybe the company had it on purpose. But overall, it was a good buy.

CASHFLOW 202

Ok I know this is in the product description but it is worth repeating: you must have Cashflow 101 to be able to play Cashflow 202. I say this with a double meaning. You need the board, game pieces, and score cards from 101 but also and more important you need the knowledge and foundation from 101 before you try 202. Get 101 first and play through it until you can consistently escape the Rat Race within a couple of hours. Then when you are ready for a challenge get 202.

The basic game play is the same but 202 introduces many new concepts and some twists that make for a challenging game. I have had 202 for about a year and a half now and whenever we play Cashflow (my wife and I play once a month) we always want to play 202. At first it was extremely challenging but now I am to the point where I can usually escape the Rat Race fairly quickly in 202.

Big Deal and Small Deal cards have been replaced by Cashflow Deal and Capital Gains cards.

New Capital Gains concepts include: starter houses, vacant land, put options, call options, short sale of stocks.

New Cash Flow concepts include: network marketing, royalty income, REIT shares, 1031 real estate exchanges.

The Market is MUCH MORE VOLATILE in Cashflow 202.

Stocks: The ON2U and MYT4U companies will go BANKRUPT and all shares become worthless. The stocks will SPLIT. The stocks will REVERSE SPLIT.

Real Estate: Your rents per unit can INCREASE or DECREASE by $50 per month PER UNIT depending on what the market does. You can LOSE your property due to LANDSLIDES or maybe the Airport wants to take over your land.

The game teaches you how to make money in spite of (or because of) this volatility!

The Doodads are BRUTAL in 202.

You could draw a Doodad that requires you to pay $10K down PLUS make monthly payment PLUS increase your OTHER expenses.

There are a few new concepts on the Fast Track such as franchising your business or being forced to sell your business but for the most part the big changes are it is much more of a challenge to escape the Rat Race.

If you enjoy playing Cashflow 101 and are up for a challenge definitely try Cashflow 202.

Have fun, and good luck!

Great way to learn about technical stock trading, ie puts, calls, and shorts. Just to focus on that, for one game we took out all the cards that weren't related to stock trading. That play round really made the stock trading make more sense. Great way to learn about obtaining capital gains and increasing cash flow.

There is not much more to say but it's a great reference and information that'll help me and mine move ahead.

This is a very educational game that teaches you how to invest and the world of finances. Robert and his team did an outstanding job creating a game such as this one.

The game was purchased for family and friends. It was a hit. The games requires some accounting skills that most investors would find necessary going forward in their financial independence. The game is colorful enough to attract both young and old players. It may be considered more of an educational tool and everyone seems to learn from it.

I would highly recommend it.

My First Scribbler, Pink

My 1.5 yr old baby likes to scribble with a pen so we got her this to practice in a more safe (and clean) way. The product looked good on website, but when we got it the figures were very cute but very hard for her to figure out how to use them as drawing instruments!

She bangs them on the board but it does not leave a mark unless the instruments bottoms are pressed directly against the board. They also require quite a bit of pressure for leave a decent mark.

My granddaughters had an Etch-a-Sketch, so I bought this as a second one to avoid arguments. It is not nearly as good as the one they already had. The drawing is not dark and requires lots of pressure, and the screen does not clear completely. Very disappointed.

I purchased this for my daughter, who is 15 months old. The characters are easy for her to grip as she scribbles away on the board. They are difficult to get in and out of their holders though, even for me. Also the board seems to be very cheaply made, with thin plastic and a screen that doesn't entirely erase the magnetic sand unless you slide the erasing piece (heart) over several times until the screen clears. I think there must be similiar products made that are of better quality. I know my daughter is young, but I used it myself and am a little disappointed in the quality.

Infantino Baby Bugs

My son is 2 months and already captivated by these little bugs AND they are BPA-free, PVC-free, phthalate-free.

My son is three months old and we got these little bugs as a gift. He loves the bee with the orange face the best. The wings make a crinkle noise and my son loves grabbing them. He also picks up the little bee and waves it around in the air to make the rattle noise. This one little bee gives him hours of entertainment. I can see that maybe these toys would be too boring for older babies, but for a three month old they are perfect.

My daughter loves these bugs! They are a little larger than I thought (maybe 6" long), but are a good value at 3 for under ten bucks for what's packed in them. 2 of them have crinkly wings and rattles inside; all 3 have a little teether plastic piece and a place to attach to links. I keep one in her diaper bag and it's a good way to distract her in a pinch.

I gave these bees to my baby when she was 3 month old, They are light enough for her to practice lifting, plus the bright color and rattle sounds keep her interested. I also love that these are teether toys although my baby didn't use them much. But at 7-8 month old, She will have nothing to do with them.

I purchased this for my nephew when he was 5 months old and started teething. As I write this review, he is 6 months old now. I initially purchased this item because the description says it has a "teething" section on the toy that helps babies who are teething.

I'm giving this item a 5-star review because not only does he like these toys, but the fact that you get 3 of them for the price. So what that means is for you finicky parents, you can just give your child one at a time and toss them away as they get dirty or what not.

My nephew likes them I assume because because they crinkle, rattle, are visually stimulating, and help him teeth.

Again, given the price on Amazon and the amount you get for that price, I can give this 5 stars.

Skwish Color Burst (Boxed)

I love the soft swishing sound that the beads make when my baby shakes this and it is really easy for her to hold with her little hands. She loves chewing on the beads and I love that this is completly made of wood so there is none of that PVC controversy.

This has been my baby's favorite toy for almost 3 months now (which is almost a record). I don't think any toybox is complete without this.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for a 1 yr. old that I nannied after watching her choose this toy time and time again at playgroups. It kept her interested for a long time and she never tired of it! The beads and strings are a favorite for little ones just learning to use their "pincher grasp" skills... I plan to buy it for my own little one!

I thought this toy was going to be a great hit but it has just been an average toy in a large collection of toys. As my daughter has grown, she has played with it infrequently for the past two and a half years. My youngest is now starting to infrequently play with it too. It is very well made and still looks new after some abuse. All in all, a good toy but not a giant hit at my house.

We all love this toy! I thought it looked cool after youtubing some videos of it, so decided to go ahead and buy one. Me and my husband played with it for a little while before even giving it to our daughter. She was about 4months when we gave it to her, and the first day she was amazed, spent the whole day playing with it.

This toy is awesome because theres so many places she can easily grab it, and theres tons of wooden knobs, so it's easy for her to find one and get it in her mouth. She loves chewing on the knobs! It also makes lots of click clacking noises as it's being tossed around. She loves playing fetch with us with this thing, and she can toss it FAR! Now she smiles and kicks her feet in excitement when we're handing the toy to her.

Great simple toy!

This was the first toy that my newborn son could really enjoy. He was three months old when I purchased this for him. The elastic bands are easy for him to grab and the toy is lightweight enough for him to pick up easily. The sound of the four beads sliding back and forth keeps him interested, and he loves putting the round knob ends in his mouth. The bright, cheerful colors are really modern looking and beautiful. This toy is also very well made. I use linking rings to tether this toy to his car seat and stroller so he can play with it wherever he goes. This is my baby's first favorite toy!

Kushies Zolo Beanstax

I ordered these cute stackers as a gift for a one year old's birthday. They arrived and as I was wrapping them I realized that my kids need these as well. Each piece is so cute and cuddly. I love how imaginative they are. I love that they're not the standard square blocks we're all used to seeing kids stack time and time again.

Easily tossed around the house, into bowls or to each other. Very fun and inspiring patterns...Not sure about 'stacking' them, (not sure if the 3 yr old i have in the house will do that with these & maybe I'm not creative but I couldnt stack 'em to make characters) but who cares. they are really unique and so far the kiddos Ive had in my home are drawn to 'em. My 10 mo. old likes to touch them too. They are a little pricey, but when I looked at Etsy for bean bags they were a greater value. Plus, Im banking on the longevity of this item. They can be used for anything with a little imagination! They can be easily stored & grab one or two to make a great travel toy.

These little guys rate five stars for being adorable. But I'm not sure how much they retain the interest for kids. I gave a set to my grandkids almost 2yo, and 5yo. The 5yo stacked them for a few minutes, then went off to play with other things (puzzles, etc.). The 2yo played with them for a few minutes, and also went off to do other things. I am not with my grandkids alot, so they may have found other things to do with the Beanstax since I saw them. Maybe the adults can help them find other things to do with them. I wouldn't buy them again. Pretty expensive, and I would rather spend the money on books for the kids.

Melissa & Doug Princess Soft Toys 10" Plush Checkers Cow

This is an adorable little cow, definitely made of the quality and style that we expect from Melissa and Doug toys. It was a lot more sturdy than I expected it to be.

This was small enough to fit in an Easter beach bucket with candy bars, a big Hershey's kiss, Matchbox cars, and a set of LEGO Toy Story Army Men on Patrol (7595) and a bubble sword. It was the perfect touch for a little boy who likes cars and trucks and might not want to admit to liking a stuffed animal. This one left him with his pride intact.

It's a medium sized cute animal. It has a friendly smiley face and is pleasant to touch. I intentionally have been buying non-usual animals (i.e. cats, dogs) so my kid could learn more. I like the cow very much and highly recommend it.

Educo Rock and Ride Rocking Horse

I purchased this little horse for my 16 month old after originally seeing it for much more in a catalog. It was very easy to put together. It's very sturdy and a good size for little ones. The little end piece on the seat helps keep tushies on the horse. My son played with a rocking horse without a piece like that and kept sliding off the back of the horse so I was happy to see this feature. This horse is also very stable and doesn't tip too far in either direction. This is important to me as my son is a bit of a stunt rider and really gets into rocking on his horse. Style wise the horse is simple and modern and fits in perfectly with our decor. Beyond being a rocking horse my son also loves to roll his cars under the horse like it's a tunnel. Overall this horse has great play value and is awesome quality for the price.

We finally used our gift card to buy few new toys for our children and the rocking horse was one of our choices. As soon as I opened the box I realized how easy was to assemble it, it took me just a few minutes and how simple and beautiful is the design. My 17 months daughter love it and and I think the price is very reasonable. GREAT TOY !!!

Little girl loves this toy. Does not play with it all day or every day, but she gets on it and rocks surprisingly often, even after a year. Construction is solid and we've had not issues.

Purchased for my 10 month old and on the box it's listed 10M+ which was perfect. It was pretty easy to set up. Took my husband less than 10 minutes. There are only 6 screws which are connected with an Allen Key. Instructions aren't even needed but included. The stability on this product is great. I was a bit scared that she would fall over but to our surprise she took to it very easily and stayed on. The attached piece on the back also prevents her from sliding off. She just started walking so enjoys the "galloping" motion. The gets on and off by herself but I don't worry since it's pretty low to the floor.

If you're thinking about getting this as a gift, don't worry about it shipping in a box that will be seen by the person receiving the gift. It does come in an Amazon brown box and can be easily gift wrapped. Also not heavy at all. Totally recommend purchasing.

Flamingo Toddler Costume

The outside parts of the costume are soft and the design is good but the quality of the lining is pathetic. The feet have velcro for ankle straps and if any of the velcro touches the lining then the lining immediately begins to unravel. The same sorry lining is in the head piece and it too unravels and tears easily. It's like working with spider webbing it is so fragile. Thought maybe it was just this costume but I purchased another one from another seller and it was just as sorry as the first one. Also the head piece must be made for adults because even the 18-24 months size was way too big for my 2.5 yo. We ditched the head piece and shoes and just let her wear the body suit. So far that part has not fallen apart. Would not buy again and would not recommend it unless you are going to completely redesign or sew it up yourself.

This costume is super cute. However, the head is huge! My daughter wore it for school and for some reason you can't adjust the head to fit tighter and so I only had a chip clip to help. That didn't work so well so the head kept falling around her head as it stays in place by Velcro under the chin. Have no idea how anyone would have such an enormous head but that should be better made.

Fisher-Price Sesame Street Elmo's Mailbox Sorter

My 21-month old enjoys playing with this but because of the curves of the mailbox a few of the shapes are more challenging to get in. The cavity is also small so if you get a few pieces in, and don't shake to have them settle, you can't get in the envelopes or other pieces. Frustrating for my daughter, from that aspect.

Awesome toy for learning shapes, colors, and great for any kid who likes Elmo.

We should of bought two as my toddlers fight over it all of the time!

This toy is WAY overpriced. I payed $11.00 for this (new on EBay) and would not pay much more. Sure, it's a fun and educational toy for my son, but he has another plain shape sorter and it is just as great and only 10.99. I agree with another reviewer that there is a major design flaw too. My son walks away or hits it because he gets a little frustrated that he can't get all of the shapes and envelopes into the box-it gets too full and you have to shake it around. Overall, it's cute, fun and educational for my son but I never would have purchased this at its original price.

Mickey Mouse and Friends Squeeze Toy Set - 5-Pc

I love this toy set because the characters are so vivid and smiley. They are actually big, not like some sets that you can barely see the figure. Also the colors are great. It is overall a beautiful classic toy set that any age child can enjoy. Best Mikey product in my opinion.

blufadoodle ganz webkinz plush animal

Webkinz are always fun! This one is a bird so you will have the limitations of a treetop house. They just don't let you have all the normal fun stuff in a tree house.

Not sure what it is supposed to be maybe a bird or a really fat peacock. Either way it is cute pretty and well made and the sparkle effect is a nice touch.

Be careful. We ordered this item through Amazon (via Go Hastings) and it did not come with a code. I called and they refunded our money and my daughter gets to keep the stuffed animal. It's a new product so I don't know why the code didn't come with it.

Want blufadoodle ganz webkinz plush animal Discount?

I purchased this product for my daughter, who enjoys Webkinz. Not for playing with the animals but for the code you get to play online. The online platform is the entire draw for these toys.

Toys which are now found on the bottom shelf of the check-out lane at Wal-mart with all the code tags stolen. The same was true for the Halmark store in town and several other florist shops. Without the codes, they are uninteresting to my lot.

So we ordered this one online.

The online area is child-friendly with a lot of things to do that don't cost extra real money, like several other sites charge. While you can buy additional items (we don't) there are plenty of other areas to play.

I like that the characters can do jobs (play games) to earn webkinz money to use online. I also like that jobs and other things are only available ONCE during a 24 period. It's self limiting, so you have to wait and come back later to do more.

2-in-1 Giggle Guitar

This "guitar" is simply a noise maker. There is no volume control. There is no off button. There are no strings. All kids have to do is hit one of four buttons to start loud, annoying music. It is unreliable. Sometimes the buttons start the music, sometimes they don't. Do not buy this toy.

Rich Frog Scrubby Puppy

It is a good toy for tub time, but doesn't really do cleaning job.

It doesn't give a lot of foam.

North American Bear Company Satin Ears Bear Musical, Ivory

Yes, this bear is cute and appears to be well made, but I expected something a bit larger... it's only 9-1/4" tall. Also, in order to wind the music box in the velcro-closed pocket, you need to clutch it through the fabric so it doesn't spin around. I think this could have been designed better. I just got it, so I don't know how long the music box will last -hopefully for years!

This is a very cute teddy bear. The outer material is soft and velvety and the ears are smooth satin. The bear's face is sweet and calm. The wind-up music box sits in an opening in the bear's back that closes with velcro. It looks adorable sitting on a baby's dresser or shelf, and the music box can be easily removed so the bear can be used for cuddling or play.

Pieces (Circle,Square, Star, Triangle) to go into Minnie are to small and fit into the mouth of my 1yr old granddaughter. They fit into all the different holes. Interchangeable so I feel this completely defeats the purpose of teaching children their shapes and comparing them to fit into assigned slot, for me. When opening Minnie Mouse to take out the pieces, the clasp that holds it shut feels very flimsy. I am anticipating it to break sooner than later. I thought that Minnie would say something when pieces where put into slots, but unfortunately you have to press her button noise for her to talk.. I am simply unimpressed with it to say the least... I got this toy for my then 20 mth old daughter for Christmas (2012). This is the most cheaply made toy I have ever come across... and my kids have a lot of toys, including other "Disney" toys. It is so flimsy, I was scared to have my daughter handle it. The toy splits open so the child can retrieve the shapes that have been place in, however, from the moment we got the toy (brand new), it has never closed properly. In other words, the top half does not sit well over the bottom half. The plastic is the cheapest piece of plastic that you can make a toy with and the pictures on the shapes are just stickers. Suffice to say, within a couple of weeks my daughter had chewed off all of the stickers/pictures of the Disney characters on the shapes, and the toy itself is completely damaged. The bottom half of Minnie now serves as a boat in my kids bathtub, and Minnie's head gets pushed around as a grocery item in my daughter's toy shopping cart. LOL... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Mud Pie Baby Little Princess Pink Woobie

I was so excited when I received this woobie. The first time I washed it got stuck on something and now there are several pulls in the satin, which left a bunch of strings hanging out. And I am concerned they could cause a choking hazard. Although this woobie is super soft and light weight it was ruined in the wash and now I am going to have to throw it away. I would not recommend this blanket to someone who is looking for something to last.
