This is absolutely the best pull toy ever! My daughter was given several others, but she loved this one the best. She was fascinated by how he moves his arms up and down and that that plays the xlyophone. I think because she could see HOW the music was being played instead of just some electrical sounds coming out of it like they are on the other pull toys.

This little xylophone is very cute and has a vintage-inspired look. It is unique because the bright, cheery sound that it makes is what you would expect to hear from a truly vintage toy. It is not annoying, but brings back fond memories of yesteryear.

We had given our baby a wooden rattle when she was about 3 months old. She would hold it and chew on it and shake it. Based on that experience, we figured that she would enjoy something more advanced when her grip was a bit better. We gave her these maracas when she was about six months old. She LOVES them. She gets so excited when we take them out and shake them before handing them to her (usually one at a time for now). She does chew them at times so I hope the plastic covers are sturdy enough, but mostly she shakes and boogies to the noise they make. A great toy for a little girl that seems to love making her own music.

we love this costume! The dress and cape fit so nicely...only thing is the cuffs are loose and the shoe cover thingys are really high...grandma's fixing the cuffs for us, and I just found some real boots. It's good quality too, nothing seems as if it's going to fall apart. The mask however, is thin black plastic...I thought it was maybe made out of the same leather-looking material as the costume when I viewed it online...no biggie though.

My three year old daughter loved her costume and didn't complain about the head piece. She looked adorable! I loved the pieces it comes with, it really adds to the costume making it for a great look. The yellow belt was hard to adjust and was sort of bent and faded. Since it was dark when we were out, it was not noticable. Overall my daughter was comfortable and it looked great.

My daughter loved this costume but the black suit left some black on her clothes. She wore clothes underneath it for Halloween and when we returned there was black on the clothing. As I recall, the black did come off her clothes in the wash, but was not happy to see that at first because I did not expect that to happen.

My daughter wanted to be Batgirl for Halloween, so I got her costume here. There are a few reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. One was the quality of the item. I had to cut off a TON of loose strings inside, the stitching was very poor. Also I had to tape her armbands with black electrical tape so they'd stay on. She's a tiny 4 yr old, so maybe they'd fit an average kid better, but they slid right off of her. The mask is hard plastic and a bit uncomfortable, so she wore it for pictures and took it off the rest of the time.

She loved her costume though, and it looked really cute. Everything else was fine. I mean we all know most Halloween costumes like this aren't exactly quality material, but this one was still cute and most importantly, my daughter really liked it.

My 4 year old received this costume as a birthday present and she loves it! She won't take the costume off. It fits her perfectly. I must say that I think that this teether is wonderful. My 5mo son loves this. It is the perfect size for him. He can grasp and hold it easily. The rattle noise is more of a rain stick rattle (not too loud) which is nice. Each of the rubber handles has different textures on them as well as different rubber densities. Some are more chewy and others more dense. The other reviewer mentioned a rubber smell. I honestly didn't smell anything when I opened it. Plan on getting this for a friend of mine as it is my son's favorite teether.

My 4 month old is teething and i bought this thinking it would be just great for him with the different textures and different colors and the rattle. When i opened it, it had a plastic smell to it but I thought the smell would go away after washing it but it didnt. The smell is like burning rubber, pretty gross. Immediately after opening the package I noticed a smell like car tires?! And our 7-months-old son doesn't dare to play with it or chew on it. Not that I'm too sad about that because I'm convinced that nothing good can be in that product if it smells so terrible. How the heck can you manufacture a teething ring which babies have in their mouth all the time with minor quality rubber?! The quality of this product is NOT AT ALL like the usual quality you can expect from MAM-products. I believe it's because this teething ring wasn't made in Europe, but in China. Munchkin Fun Ice Soothing Ring Teether, Colors May Vary

Almost every teether says that you cannot put it in the freezer (although most just ignore this and do it anyway) This is because they have water inside and when the water freezes hard, it expands and can damage the teether and/or cause leaking. I have just now found this teether and it has gel inside so it doesn't freeze hard. you can put it in the freezer and it gets super cold for your babies gums but not hard. And the box actually recommends use in the freezer. A "must have"---My little guy already has 6 teeth but he carries this thing around anyway.

We have the Munchkin Fun Ice hand shaped teether and my friend has this ring teether. It's a bit big yet for my 4 month old but I plan on getting one. Her one year old LOVES hers.

I have this fantasy though, that somewhere out there is a teether you can freeze but that has a detachable handle that's not frozen so they can hold it without getting too cold. Of course both parts would have to be safe (not choke hazards) on their own, thus clicking together in some clever way.

Jellycat Bashful Lamb Medium

If you are looking for a special stuffed animal for your little love, look no further than the Jellycat line of stuffed animals. My daughter had NEVER attached to any toy, blanket, etc, had never shown any special interest UNTIL I bought her this beautiful lamb. I thought it would be yet another toy lost in her toy basket but I was very wrong. From day one she has loved this stuffed animal.

OVERVIEW:

This stuffed animal is VERY soft and very cute. Some complain about the size of the stuffed animals compared to cost, but they seem to be perfect size for my 16 mo old. Plus, the amazing quality, softness, design of these stuffed animals make them worth every penny to me.

CARE:

It was hard for me to find washing instructions for the Jellycat line, so I took a chance, stuck the little lamb in a washing bag, washed it on "hand wash" cycle, with woolite, and it came out fine! I have since washed it a couple times, and it is fine.

CONS:

I really wouldn't say it's a con, but after all the love my daughter gives her Jellycat stuffed animals they aren't as super silky soft as they were the day we got them, but they are still very soft.

FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS/SUGGESTIONS: We have bought the Jellycat bashful lamb 12", Sherbet kitten 12", and woodland bunny 12". My daughter loves them all, but by far her favorite is the woodland bunny, and it's mine too. It's so beautiful, the colors are great. I can say that the following Jellycat lines are super soft: Sherbet, Woodland, and Bashful, I can't speak for the other lines. The only one we were disappointed in was the truffle line. We bought the pig, and my daughter didn't like it at all, so it was returned. Just not the super soft feel of the other lines we had purchased.

BOTTOM LINE: Amazing, you can't find a cuter, softer little lamb :)

Every baby needs a lamb...well that is my belief...and Bashful is the softest, sweetest lamb I have seen in a long time. My 4 year old daughter received this as a gift for her birthday 3 months ago. Her favorite doll is the Corolle Tidoo. She loves to be able to change her baby's clothes and this outfit is so cute! My only complaint at this point is the quality of the white fabric. After 3 months, the white clothing has pills all over it and it really detracts from the cuteness. I bought this for my 2 year old daughter for Christmas. I wasn't sure she would even like it but ever since we opened it she keep asking for her "Mr. tater head!" This is definitely a classic...been around for years. I would have given it a 5 start rating except some of the pieces, especially the arms can be tough to put in.

The back door compartment falls off easily and it is difficult for my son (18 months) to get the features in & out. He does like playing with it though but gets frustrated a lot with the door & pieces.

Chicco Toys Smart Driver (Spanish / English)

My son got this gift from Santa when he was a little over one year old. Now he's a little over two years and still plays with this. We are a bilingual family and so need toys that are versatile, and this toy is very durable as well. I have no complaints and can see this toy will make it through at least a couple of kids and then some! A winner!

I had high hopes for this toy based on the reviews, so I bought it for my 15 month old son for Christmas. He loves all things car-related, so he was interested in the steering wheel and seemed to enjoy the noises and lights.

There were two major problems with this toy. First, there are two settings for volume, but both settings were equally loud (and I mean LOUD). This could just be a problem with our individual unit, but it was quite annoying.

Second, and more importantly, within 2 months this toy's audio gave out altogether. The lights still work, but there is no sound at all. Granted, it has taken a lot of abuse from two young children, but given that it is made for young kids I would have expected more durability.

Overall, I was very disappointed in the longevity of this product and would not recommend it for younger children who may be too rough with it, as it doesn't appear to be very durable. My children have lost interest in it since it stopped making noise, so for the short time they played with it, it was not worth the price.

My son loves this toy! We got it for him when he was 4 months old and could only kick the buttons and chew on the key, and now that he's 10 months, he loves to pretend he's driving. He's pushed this toy off his highchair and out of his carseat several times and it hasn't broken at all. The rear-view mirror comes off and he's strong enough to take it off but he just likes to carry it around with him. Not necesarily made for the carseat, but you could put velcro on it and the carseat and attach it that way. Great toy!

This was a very cute item. I received it pretty quick. The delivery time was over exaggerated. You will need some under clothes for this item. So, get a black turtle neck or long sleeve undershirt. We took many pics and she was adorable. It is very LIGHT IN COLOR. It is not a "rich" orange or "rich" green. The picture gives it more color. But it is not bad. So, if you want a more richer and thicker colored costume, you may not want this one. But if you are indifferent and it looks good. As I had seen in various other reviews this outfit is way too small for an 18 months old child and will never fit a 24 months old child. The product description needs to be revised...but as usual Amazon and vendors are not doing so great with accurate product descriptions.....

I bought the 18 month size in this costume for my 16 mo. niece. While she was tall for her age, she was wearing 18 mo. clothes with room to grow. The hat didn't fit at all (not even close). Another review compared it to a beanie. I would almost call it a beret a completely flat one. The pumpkin itself was a little short. If she raised her arms at all, it rose above her diaper. It was still cute, just a lot smaller than I had expected.

Additionally, the costume is a good price, but know that unless you have them already, you will need to purchase a turtle neck and tights to wear under the pumpkin. Once all of that is figured in, the price becomes a little less attractive. My niece was still adorable, but I probably wouldn't buy this costume if I had it to do over again.

First of all let me say, I only kept this item because I got it on sale for $25, it is not worth $50! We have alot of Haba toys & this is was a disappointment. All of the wheels don't even turn on the first car with the driver the back wheels are put on so that the car will bounce when driving, well, it doesn't. Also, the squeeker button on the front only squeeks if you push it just right, basically if the parent does it. It's a cute train just not worth the price & the craftsmanship is shoddy.

but most of haba stuff is adorable. well made. durable non chip paint. they are kind of heavy but that isn't really a bad thing. it was just hard for our son to pick them all up at once for awhile. they roll reallllly well on carpet.

Baby Parrot Infant Costume

1. The "infant" 6-12m size should definitely be labeled 12-24months. Even with clothes underneath, no child that fits in a 6-12m size would be long enough for this.

2. It says this has "non-skid soles". Each pant leg is completely open at the bottom so its only non-skid if your kid is wearing his own shoes.

3. The sleeves, if the costume was put on a child who actually fit in it, would be 3/4. It'll be fine for my baby but it's something to be aware of.

4. The underarm flaps are not as big as they seem in the picture.

5. The center yellow flap should be rounded and come to a point. Mine looks like the edge was cut with scissors making a strange angle.

I bought this (as others did) for my 5 month old to match my 2 year olds pirate Halloween costume. My 5 month old wears 9-12m clothes is about 18lbs and nearly 27in tall so I figured I would have to buy the larger size. HAH! I will definitely be cutting off the yellow bottom portion of this costume so he swims in it just a little less. It's actually a pretty easy cut to make sinced the bottom of the blue part and the very bottom (yellow) is exactly the same. I doubt anyone will notice I changed it.

For this amount of money I wasn't expecting it to be perfect. But an accurate description would've been nice.

For the cost of the item (I paid around $15) I was pleased. The quality isn't amazing, but you can't expect it to be. It was really cute on, though it did leave fuzzies everywhere.

We have this and Sophie the giraffe, and our son loves both.

This one is made of thinner/softer rubber than Sophie, and is a simpler shape, so it's easier for him to get a nice big hunk in his mouth and bear down when his gums are hurting.

I also like the handle on the head of the yellow one. It is very easy for my 5.5 month old to grasp and play with. The small loop handle also makes it simple to attach the toy to the stroller or carrier we're using with a pacifier clip, so that it's not dropped/lost.

We bought this item first because Sophie was too expensive and we weren't sure we were going to love it. First off, our daughter LOVED Chan. He's easy for young babies to grip and has that ever-so-familiar head for all the nursing babies. Our daughter used it all the time while teething; it was so effective that we didn't know she was teething until her teeth popped out! Well, needless to say, we loved it so much that we splurged on Sophie too! Sophie was welcomed, but not as much as Chan. This toy is too soft for my teether. My baby is really looking for something that they can "sink their gums into". This toy is a soft, thin, rubber, squeaky toy, there really isn't a lot to it. Yes it is light weight, but we need a harder surface since my baby still prefers to munch on my thumb knuckles,(which is starting to be a bit much) than this toy. If your baby is really looking for something to really chomp on, this toy is way too flimsy, and NOT the toy for you, keep looking.

This little guy we call him "blue man" is odd looking but my 7 m.o. daughter loves him. She got him when she was 2 months old and has loved him more and more. He's made out of the same soft but sturdy rubber that Sophie the Giraffe is made out of. He squeaks when you squeeze him and the air going in and out makes his head bob up and down. The knob on the top of his head is kind of like a nipple and my daughter sucks on it like it is it's a toy, a squeaker, a pacifier, etc. We take "blue man" everywhere. Taggies Developmental Baby Animal

This tiger is very cute, and seems to be well made. The fabric is a soft, low plush and overall it seems very cuddly. However, I was disappointed to find that all four feet contain plastic pellets. This fact was not mentioned in the product description as of the date of this review. As my older child has "beanie" toys that have developed holes and leak the beans, I am reluctant to give this to my baby for fear that it could become a choking hazard. Another reviewer stated that the toy is machine washable, but according to the tag on the toy, it is to be surface washed only.

We love this little lion, we were given him as a Christmas present and my son has loved him ever since. He is so soft to snuggle and my son loves to hold the tags too, and this little lion also helps my son go to sleep! I can machine wash him also, which is a big plus. We just purchased a second one just in case anything ever happens to the first one, we have a spare, that's how much we love him!

I also gave him as a baby shower gift, so I highly recommend him!

After much research and shopping around for a good quality tricycle for my two-year-old, I found this Roadmaster and am very pleased! My main criteria for choosing a tricycle were:

(1) The trike should not be tippy. Several popular models (like the Radio Flyer Fold 2 Go) seem to tip over with the slightest nudge.

(2) The tires should be made of rubber, not hard plastic. Plastic tires provide a rough ride, are loud on rough pavement, and show their wear much moreso than rubber tires.

(3) Value While I don't mind spending more for better quality/features, some models seem overpriced for what they offer.

My 3-year-old son has a Schwinn Roadster 12-Inch Trike (Red) (also highly recommended), but I had been considering the Radio Flyer classic red dual-deck tricycle for my 2-year-old, until finding this Roadmaster model. The quality and features seem comparable to the Radio Flyer (minus the streamers on the handlebars). It has nice solid metal construction, and rubber tires. The trike is nice and stable. Assembly was required, but was straightforward. At the lowest adjustable seat position, my 2-year-old can reach the pedals nicely, and should be able to grow with the trike for some time. And, of course, the ultimate test my daughter loves it! This Roadmaster trike is a great unit, especially at its price point.

We got this bike for our 2 year son for his birthday. It's a great bike all around. You won't be disappointed with this bike.

We have twin 2.5 year old girls. So we got 2 trikes. The Girls are still a little young for it even at the lowest setting. They are very slightly on the tall side for their age. Probably in another 3 months they will be peddling around.

Quality is only so-so.

As the label on the bike says: "designed in USA, made in China".

The design for this bike is pretty good. But every every effort has been made to save money on the parts. There are little things that indicate a lack of attention to detail: low quality hardware, washers that are the wrong size, I had to use some of my own washers in order to properly bolt the main frame to the step otherwise the supplied screws just pass through.

You have to really crank on the steering wheel screw in order to get it to stay in place. Also, the steering wheel on one of the bikes won't go perfectly straight.

The tires that were supplied are not true on the wheel. They are a little warped.

All that said, when this trike is on sale it is worth it. They do seem solid enough. And I like the old school design.

I'm very happy we selected this tricyle. Our daughter is two and a half, and on the shorter side, and she was able reach the pedals and ride the trike without any problem. It seems very sturdy and our daughter loves riding it. We love the retro look of the trike and feel the price was very reasonable. We did have one problem but it was resolved to our satisfaction. When we received the product one of the pieces was damaged (from shipping I presume). The seller (JPL Goods) responded very quickly to our issue and we had a replacement part in a matter of days.

Maybe I'm the only person so far that thought this trike is just OK. I purchased it for a toddler as part of a charity Christmas toy drive. I had high expectations for it because of the prior reviews and hope that this makes the little boy happy. But I am a little disappointed with it and wonder if I would buy it again for my son. First off, the bolt that holds the seat in took a lot of effort to screw in-ok, way too much effort. The seat install took about 30 minutes, the majority of the time I spent assembling the trike. Obviously the hole wasn't tapped correctly. Also, the back wheels are a bit wobbly-not enough to be a real problem or dangerous but it bothered me. Worst part in my opinion is the tires. They smell horrible. I just hope the air out soon. To put this in perspective, I have a 3000 square foot house and could smell them everywhere I went. I had to put it in the garage immediately-the trip to work tomorrow with it in the car is going to be a long one. Bottom line, love the retro look, the price was right, but there are enough issues that I may think twice before buying this when my son is old enough.
