I ordered this costume for my 16 month old, petite, little girl. When I received it, it was very small. Although the description says "12 18 mo", the packaging clearly says 12 months. It is so short her bottom hangs out! I had to send it back. As I said, she is small and still wears size 12 mo clothing. There is no way this would work!

This dress was bought for my daughters birthday, an she will not even wear it, it maybe fit one of her dolls, since it's too damn small, also, I don't have an eye to assess the tailoring, but the materials and finish of this dress are very very cheap looking, and the quelity is poor, to say the least. I don't recommend this to anyone over 8 months, since even trying to get my baby on it was a nightmare.

In general love Haba toys! I gave this one 4 stars because I intended it for a 6 month old. He liked it, but the ring and figures are difficult to mouth. When pincer grasp develops around 9-10 months, the baby will get more out of it, manipulating each figure.

Really cute, And my daughter does like to play with it. The ring fits in her hand very well. My 2 reservations are that the toys are to close together. Maybe if it only had 2 protruding toys. Then she could chew on them more easily. I also don't like that it is a little heavy, which I think taking off 2 of the toys would help also. However, it is a really cute teether / clutching toy and it is made very well. Love the bright colors!

Piro is great. A very sturdy toy, and a very cute clown. I'm reassured that it passed German quality control as being nontoxic, because my daughter has diligently chewed on it, and undoubtedly consumed some of the paint.

Have you noticed the recent press about lead in the vinyl that the US testing agents feel is "safe" for our kids? Really? Lead is safe? Oh well, that is why I avoid Chinese and American toys now. European standards are much more strict.

Anyway, a great, bendy little clown. Thumbs up from this dad.

I discovered Haba toys while shopping in our local Natural Grocery store and decided to search online since the selection there was limited.

When I first saw this toy, I thought there may be a potential for pinching to occur as the baby played, but eventually decided to trust that the toy maker knew what they were doing and bought it from one of Amazon's sellers. I have tried to pinch myself with this toy (I know, may seem silly) before giving it to my son and it is almost impossible. What little pinching that may happen is not painful in the slightest. This is due to the toy's construction: it is made from individual beads strung on a cord or rope of some kindingenious!

My son is four and a half months old, and while the toy may be a little difficult for him to grab as of yet(good, IMHO because he gets more practice!), he absolutely loves the bright colors and most of all, the face on the clown. The clicking noise the toy makes as it moves back and forth is also very interesting to my baby and sometimes I even find it soothing to click during "quiet time". I am extremely happy with this toy and feel at ease knowing there is NO plastic on it and the paints are all water based and non toxic. Even though the toy is made from hardwood, he really loves to chew on it (Who needs those soft rubbery teethers??!)

Some may think the price is a bit high, but I do not agree. If you look at comparable toys in your local big-box store, the price difference really isn't that much and you are getting a lot higher quality. This is truly an heirloom toy and worth it.

We were frightened and educated by the recent toy issues. We discovered these toys made by Haba and feel in love with them. We ordered sight unseen 4 different baby toys from Haba and this little guy was the first my 7 month old reached for. He is so darn cuteyou just can't find toys like this at the big baby chain stores.

When he bends the wood makes a soft satisfying clanky sound from the wood. He holds his shape with the tension on 2 bungee style cords you don't see so he can stand up straight on his own. He is also top heavy so when you bend him he will fall over. By watching my daughter I've come to the conclusion he is very nice to munch on, insert here contented coos as he is nibbled on. Happily, he is bigger than I thought he'd be and the perfect handful for baby.

These Haba products are what I would imagine the old fashioned Santa and his elves would have given away. They are extremely well crafted and the simple details have made them instantly cherished by our family.

Ok. At first I regretted how much money I had spent on this toy. I mean it is a teether and it is small. The reason I bought it is because my 6 month old grabbed it and would not let it go. This toy is an award winner. It is also beautiful. I could see it on my son's shelf as he grows older. None of those plastic toys will be as attractive as this one is. Wooden toys are great teethers and this toy is worth the money. My baby like it a lot.

I purchased several Haba toys for my first grandson when he was about 3 months old, after reading the great reviews they received. He's now 11 months old, and still likes to play with this toy it keeps him busy while he's being changed, and is just the right size for his little hands. Haba Olli Grabbing Toy

...it's quite heavy. My nine month old loves to pick it up by its hat. However, when she waves it around she comes very close to smacking herself in the head with it. I think it's only a mater of time before it happens, so I supervise her play. I'm not sure I would buy this again.

Cute toy--would reccommend as a high chair toy. Bought for 6 month old and he enjoyed it. Would buy again for a gift. Enjoy.

This toy does not resist ANY amount of saliva. It's pretty to look at but don't give it to a teething baby. The first time my baby played with it, the wood cracked (the red part). So the toy was set aside for a while. The second time we took it out of the toy box the fabric hat, which is glued on with something in two places, came off. I'm not going to wait and see what else is going to fall off this unfortunate toy into the bin it goes.

I Love this sweet little toy. While it is heavy it reminds me of weeble wooble eggs just made of natural products. My son is almost 7 months old and loves to play with Olli. The toy sure knows how to take a beating too! It gets pushed and tossed of my sons highchair over and over and lands on the hardwood floors and you would never know! Today I watched my son play with all the balls. Of course he threw them out of the dragon, hug the dragon around the neck, pull on the ring, and touch all the scales. My son is not even 9 months and he loves it.

Its great for kids who don't yet know how to sit on their own. The tail provides a soft place to land. The balls provide additional stability. He can fall forward, back, side to side with out hurting himself. In the first 2 days he played 40m each time in it.

Plus the pictures of your kid in it are fantastic.

Baby Parrot Infant Costume

1. The "infant" 6-12m size should definitely be labeled 12-24months. Even with clothes underneath, no child that fits in a 6-12m size would be long enough for this.

2. It says this has "non-skid soles". Each pant leg is completely open at the bottom so its only non-skid if your kid is wearing his own shoes.

3. The sleeves, if the costume was put on a child who actually fit in it, would be 3/4. It'll be fine for my baby but it's something to be aware of.

4. The underarm flaps are not as big as they seem in the picture.

5. The center yellow flap should be rounded and come to a point. Mine looks like the edge was cut with scissors making a strange angle.

I bought this (as others did) for my 5 month old to match my 2 year olds pirate Halloween costume. My 5 month old wears 9-12m clothes is about 18lbs and nearly 27in tall so I figured I would have to buy the larger size. HAH! I will definitely be cutting off the yellow bottom portion of this costume so he swims in it just a little less. It's actually a pretty easy cut to make sinced the bottom of the blue part and the very bottom (yellow) is exactly the same. I doubt anyone will notice I changed it.

For this amount of money I wasn't expecting it to be perfect. But an accurate description would've been nice.

For the cost of the item (I paid around $15) I was pleased. The quality isn't amazing, but you can't expect it to be. It was really cute on, though it did leave fuzzies everywhere.

I bought two of these name puzzles for my grandchildren. One was in the pastel colors, and one in the primary colors. Both were very sturdy and smooth. The cut outs are easily handled by kids...raised a bit so that they can get their fingers around the pieces. The wood was nicely finished. I would buy them again if I am blessed with more grandchildren!

My 20-month old has a hard time unbuckling the buckles. They seem very stiff. Even I have a hard time pressing the buttons on the buckles to open them. First let me say I hate this toy but my grandson spends hours playing with it. I still have to unbuckle it for him but he loves to buckle them back up. We have the lion at my house and the monkey at his house. He is 22 months and I'm hoping he will be able to unbuckle soon himself. Little Tikes Handle Haulers Haul and Ride

My son received this ride-on/walker dump truck three years ago for his first birthday. He loved it immediately. He could ride around the house, beeping the horn for hours. He also loved to fill it up with toys and dump them out (all over the house!). My only complaint is that the clips to convert it from a riding toy to a dump truck are too difficult for him to do. I should also add that because he could walk by the time he received this, he never used it as a walker, so I don't know if that function is useful. My son is four now and even though he is too big to ride it, he still keeps it around and plays with it as a dump truck. I don't think we have another toy in our house that has been loved and played with for three and a half years.

We bought this toy when our son was 6 months old. He learned how to walk with this car. He is 2.5 years old now. And he still play with it everyday. It is still in good condition in spite of abuse it took from our boy. I honestly believe that it was best money we spend for toy.

My husband and I gave this as a 1st birthday present for our grandson. The look on his face and the bright smile and laughter accompying it, was worth the purchase alone. My husband said that putting the truck together was not hard, but some of the screw placements were kind of hard to put in because of the tight locations. Other than that, it did not take him long to finish what our son had started. Also, as far as durability, our grandson just received it this month, so time will tell. Our daughter said that he loves this truck. As she was pushing him around in it, he was smiling.

Since he has already been walking, there is no need for him to hold on for walking purposes. The sounds from the three buttons are fun to hear. It makes starting the truck sounds along with the sounds of backing it up and so on. He loves pushing the buttons. The wheel turns a bit, which makes it easier to go around instead of just straight. It has quite a bit of room to store some of his toys as he plays with the truck. He also likes for the wheel to be pulled out for playing and pushing the truck.

When changing the truck from a walking position to a sitting position, there are two clips which locks unto the truck to keep in place so the child can sit down. Be careful, especially if this is their first time riding on something like this. Our grandson slid off, but he was okay and not hurt.

Overall, I think this is a great truck even as a child grows a little older. Some kids may still want to play with it because it is a truck.

I investigated several similar products before buying this truck. Principally I liked his great size, because I want that my baby enjoys it for a long time, also I liked his design with 6 wheels for more stability, in addition the front wheels can turn. You can find sounds more entertained in other products, but this was not a priority for my. It is possible that you feel overwhelmed when you open the box and finds so many parts to assemble, but the process is very easy and everything assembles perfectly.

Its also extremely durable, and the balls are made out of a hard plastic. A plus when you have a ball obsessed dog :)

Being a new Grandma I decided to try out a few teethers for my new granddaughter. After trying several I finally hit upon this winner! As soon as she sees me go to the freezer she starts getting excited. I hold the Flutterby up and she reaches out for it and yells, which is her new trick to let me know she wants something, and grabs onto the black & white ring. Although she does like staring at the big black eyes she won't stop chewing on the frozen wings. I'm so glad I finally found a teether that she enjoys. Highly recommend this teether!

I was excited to buy this teether as a Christmas gift for my 10 month old. Sassy products have traditionally held up and been a good experience in the past. This is not the case with this teether. The black and white handle FALLS APART after being munched on by a teething baby after a couple of weeks of gnawing on it, there were little black pieces falling off of it in to her mouth. NOT GOOD! I would not buy this product unless Sassy redesigns that handle, otherwise, you're going to have a tot mouth full of black plastic/rubber bits.

Plan Toy Baby Walker

This is a good walker for babies who have strong balance already and who are very close to walking or already walking. Otherwise the bar being in the back can cause it to flip back when baby puts too much weight on the bar. The walker does not turn w/out tilting it back and using the rear wheels, so I have to help my baby turn it. The product makers needed to include two screw end cap things (don't know what they're called) that are set inside the wood in order to rotate the bar to the lower height.

I think it is actually helping my baby to develop the right muscles for walking, unlike what they say about the round walkers (the kind that surround the baby). I like that it has a knob to tighten so the walker slows down.

It's bright and pretty to look at, better than those big plastic things. The blocks are of good quality.

My baby likes it !

This is one of the best and affordable walkers on the market for the high quality it is. It's solid and sturdy wood with non-slip wheels (good for tile and wooden floors). It's well balanced and has an adjustable handle-bar for two heights, as well as a tension wheel to adjust the speed that your little one is walking. Forget the plastic ones--the wheel base is usually too small so they kick the wheels as they walk, they're too light-weight so topple easily, and the plastic wheels are inefficient and slippery on anything other than carpet (which has to be thin or the wheels will get bogged down). My daughter has used this walker since 10 months of age and she loves it! She could have used it earlier, but it took me some time to find the right one (we had borrowed an awful plastic one and learned our lesson when she toppled over while pushing it). We'll get years of use out of it as it's also fun to put things in and push around.

This is a wonderfully well-made, durable wooden walker. The option to adjust the rear wheel resistance is excellent, except when a young child attempts to pull it backward to walk with it again. In that case, the front of the walker tips upward and often falls. Also, if my one-year-old son put a little too much weight on the handle either from behind or attempting to reach it from the front of the walker, or tried to pull up on it, it toppled over with him or sideways onto him. (The handle of the walker is what would actually fall on him, as the base is too low to the ground to do so.) He hurt his lip pretty badly on the handle one of the times he fell. I understand this is "user error" but how can you explain proper use to a one-year-old? I think Plan Baby could compensate for this by weighting the base a little more to help prevent it from tipping so easily. As much as my son enjoyed pushing this toy around and playing with the wooden blocks, I had to return it because I couldn't stand to see him fall over any more.

The overall idea and design of the walker is great, but it needs modifications. I wanted to offer other moms (especially those with rambunctious little boys) an honest review of my experience. I'm truly disappointed that it didn't work out for us.

My 11month old daughter loves this walker. we looked everywhere for a wooden walker and are really pleased with the Plan Toys quality. The wheels can be tightened so that less confident walkers do not go too fast, even on a wood floor. As they get more confident the wheels can be loosened. The bricks are very durable and although she is too small to build with them yet she loves to bash them together they even stand up to some chewing! I am sure this is toy that will last great purchase!

We got this for my 11 month-old daughter for Easter. She was already pulling up and cruising at the time, so we thought it was time for a walker. I love Plan Toys, so I jumped for this. Well, it ended up being a very bad idea. As much as this toy is adorable and all the things you're used to getting from Plan Toys, it is NOT a walker. Walkers are for babies who still need a little help walking. This thing feels like it weighs about 1 lb. Not only did it fall over constantly when she tried pulling up on it we also had the experience of it toppling sideways if she tried to turn it. I know it's meant for walking in a straight line, but any kid will try to turn it. She is not a heavy baby (6th percentile in weight) or an exceptionally strong baby, so that was just unacceptable. The only thing we let her use were the blocks that came with it (which are excellent) and we ended up returning it and buying the Radio Flyer Classic Walker Wagon instead. Much heavier, sturdier, and has a bumper on the front so they don't ruin your walls and furniture while walking. We have had no problems with the new product.

I gave this product 2 stars only because I think it would be fun for a child who is already walking and running very well on their own and who wouldn't fall over when the product topples on turns. Also, the blocks were excellent quality, so I bought a set separately.

Tamina Classic

We just purchased this costume in a small (4-6X) for my small framed daughter for Halloween. It is a new costume and so there were not any reviews. Don't waste your money! The arm holes at the wrist are so small (about 1 1/2") that only an infant could fit their hands through! The material does not stretch so although a tiny wrist may fit in the hole, the hand will not. In order for my daughter to wear this costume that other wise fits perfectly, I have to cut off the sleeves about 6 inches. I will be sending this back for a refund.

My daughter wanted to be someone adventerous and this costume fit the bill perfectly. I have no idea what the person who said the arm holes were too small were talking about -the arm holes are very large and billowy, I can't imagine this costume not fitting if a parent buys the appropriate size. We also bought Tamina's amulet and it's a nice addition. While the costume hasn't been put through the rigors of numerous Halloween parties and trick or treating excursions yet, I've been satisfied with the quality thus far.

I bought this costume for my 9 year old daughter. She loved it. She wanted to be a princess, but refused to be Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, or Mulan. "Asian girls don't have blonde or red hair," she told me. Princess Tamina was perfect. She had black hair, and all we had to do was add boots that she already had. The large fit her well, even though she is four foot ten. Highly recommended.

Sassy Pull and Go Boat Bath Toy

I agree that this toy does not "zoom" in the water, but it does go a little ways. My one year old loves it. One of his favorite toys, and we haven't had any problems with it sinking or the string coming loose. I even gave it as a gift. We have the penguin, not sure if that make a difference.

The toy floats but doesn't "swim" well in water. Not as good as other bath toys purchased. I would pass on this one.

Not a good toy. Used it once in the tub and my son hated the high pitched squeal. The boat went relatively nowhere with a lot of effort from the tiny propellers.

We bought this for our 7 month old daughter thinking it would make a fun bath toy. The description says it "zips through the water" and all I can say is... yeah right. Basically you can pull the string and watch the string go back in. When in the water, the boat half sinks and barely moves at all. The only thing our daughter does with this is chew on it. What a waste!

My daughter really wanted this bath toy when she saw it in a store. Package states "Pull string and watch me zoom!" Zoom? This silly thing barely moved at all. Worse still, it took on water and began listing to one side. I can't get it to right itself, either; I have tried hard to get the water out of it, but I can't get it all out. This toy is a huge disappointment. Don't waste your money.
