Kathe Kruse toys are great. My daughter loves the doll. It has a great clutching ring and must taste good because she seems to love holding it and chewing on it. Toy still looks new although a bit slimy. I bought a pink one as a gift. Great shower gift.

I was looking for some "green" toys shortly after my son was born and stumbled aross Kathe Kruse's Ring dolls. At first my son was not that interested in it, but as he got older he liked to chew on the ring and on the doll itself. Now that he is 14 mos. old, sometimes he grabs the doll by the head and brings him in the car or totes the doll other places. Very cute and durable first toy for a baby.

Thor Movie Classic Muscle Costume

This costume is a great fit for my tall 8-yr-old (Large). The costume is well-made and looks good. But...the helmet is SO horrible! It's super thin plastic that was warped when we received it, and would not straighten out. I bought a separate one at Target, where I discovered the excact same costume for $10 less (regular priced) with a better helmet included. I'll definitely look there first next time!

I had read many reviews before purchasing this costume for my 6 month old grandson. Many of those reviews were negative saying the neck was too tight or the face opening was too small or the lettering "bled" onto the fabric. I decided to take a chance and order the costume anyway. . . . and boy I'm glad I did! I found none of these were true! My grandson weighs almost 20 pounds and the costume fit perfectly! He even wore a hooded coat under it! (The costume would have, also, fit smaller infants just as nicely). I had no problems putting it over his head and the face hole was "stretchy" and fit very nicely around his face. The fabric was soft and comfortable and the lettering was clean. He looked so adorable! I am very pleased with this product! Love this costume!

The size says 0-6 months but it's HUGE! I intended to have my 2 month old wear it for her first Halloween and it was far too large. At the rate my LO is growing I don't think she'd be big enough for it by 6 months and I've never met a baby that would fit this costume at that age either.

I bought this costume for my 4-month old son who is around 30th percentile for height and weight. It fit him beautifully. We didn't have the head-fit issues that other reviewers noted. I'm not sure if they are making the head hole bigger now or if my son's head was smaller than other kids'. Overall this is a very cute costume and is very soft to the touch, unlike many of the cheap plastic costumes that are usually made for kids.

The product was great but the only thing I have to comment on is that the yellow confetti was actually gold (I guess because it's foil) but it caught me off guard. Despite this, it fit in with the theme very well and looked super cute on the table. Would definitely recommend.

Weebles Twins Girls & Boy Kids 2 Pack

This product is a two pack of boy and girl Hasbro Playskool Weebles in matching pink and blue pajamas. They were created as a compliment to the Christmas 2011 Weeble House Set. Like all Weebles products they should entertain a one year old or toddler well enough, but keep in mind that this set was only on sale for the 2011 year and as such was discontinued after Christmas 2011 along with all the newer Hasbro Playskool Weeble toys. I hope this does not discourage Hasbro Playskool from restarting the line sometime in the future because they are really cute, especially when you have a collection of all sorts of little Weeble people.

Bumkins Dr. Seuss Lunch Box

This is a very cute little child's lunch box but it is very small so check the dimensions prior to purchase. It is nice and deep and has sections that are removable but it fills up really quickly.

I agree with the other reviewers that it is very small. Obviously not for an older child.

However, the lunchbox is great for putting baby food jars in. The compartments fit them perfectly, and you don't have to worry about the jars knocking into each other.

This is obviously meant for a child, but I liked it so I thought I would give it a try. It is an ok size when the interior dividers are removed. I can fit an apple, yogurt and can of soup or sand which. The yellow fish fabric looks a little transparent and cheap in person which is why I didn't give it five stars. It is a good basic lunch bag though and has held up fine.

I thought that these toys were useless. I was wrong.

The problem was that we got them as a gift upon the birth of our first child. That is WAY too early for this toy. They're too long to hang from a cradle or car seat handle (babies don't like being hit in the face as they're carried, even with soft things). We took them out again when he was about 3-5 months old and just starting to sit in an exersaucer and play with both hands. Again, that was too early, because these are not small toys.

The right time to introduce these toys is when you have a free-sitting, (preferably) crawling baby. They'll be big enough that the baby wants to pick them up (babies love to pick big things up), but they're soft and light, so if they tip over onto them, there's no injury. The middle section is small enough to be grabbed easily. The rings on the handle clink together and each "weight" has a rattle inside. The bright, primary colors make for great teachable moments, as do the sun, star, moon, and mirror on the ends.

We made these available to our second child just as he started to crawl and he loves them. He usually doesn't play with them for long each time, unless someone's with him, talking about what he's seeing and doing, but he goes back to them over and over. He's now eight months old and still goes to them a couple of times a day.

I've noticed that toys like this are more interesting to babies if you take them out of the toy rotation for a few days or a week and then reintroduce them. It's like a whole new toy every time because your baby's a whole new baby. If you have a toy rotation, then you have less clutter on the floor and fewer choices to overwhelm the baby. It's also easier to see which toys really aren't interesting (instead of having the baby skip some toys just because there's so much going on visually that they get missed).

The only drawback that I've found is that my crawler would love to chew on them, but the edges are too thick to comfortably chew. But he has plenty of teethers and he has to learn sometime that not every toy is for chewing.

Bottom line: Once your baby is sitting solidly, almost crawling, introduce this toy.

These toys are small, overall height of perhaps 4", I was under the impression they were larger. Also, the strings that hold them together don't feel very strong, I am afraid one will give and my some will be stuck with a small wood block in his hand. They are cute and brightly colored, but my expectations were higher. Also, company ships UPS, so shipping was 3x more than cost of toys.

My 13 month old loves this chair. He plays with it on a daily basis. I would love to give it 5 stars across the board; however, I get a little worried when he plays with it. When he pulls up on the chair, it has turned over on him a few times. It's only if the pulls up on the part that has the lamp and book. It's sorta heavy on this side and him pulling up there makes it tumble. He hasn't gotten hurt, just a little frightened by falling backwards. Now when he goes near it, I always put my hand on the back of the chair to make sure it doesn't fall over. If they'd put a little more weight on the back of it, it would be more stable.

This was recalled because of the gap between chair and table. They say a child can choke or get their neck stuck. Once you get the recall piece it is just fine. My daugher had this since she was about 9 months and is now 2. From then until now she is still very interested. She says all the aminal names and noises. She likes to turn the clock. Very fun and also a nice chair to sit to watch cartoons or her shows. Very durable too.

I got this for my daughter for her first birthday. It did come with the repair piece for the recall. However, I am not sure how any child's head could get caught, unless they were younger than the recommended age of 12 months. The spot between the chair and table is large enough for an arm, but not for a head. My daughter likes to stand around it and play with everything. I'm sure she will decide to sit on it at some point. I have changed the batteries since I got it 1.5 months ago, but she uses it all day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I just have to start with how shocked I am at the price of this item. I mean SHOCKED. I own this, purchased from a yard sale for $5.00. Yep. $5.00. Brought it home, it looked as new as this picture does. Cleaned it for safety and set it down. My then 10 month old daughter went straight to it and sat on it. She started playing with it immediately. She has enjoyed in the several months since, very much. She finds it necessary to climb up in it, turn around and THEN sit down. But it hasn't flipped over yet. This is a great great toy if you can get for maybe $35.00 or less. I can't see paying $200.00 for this. It's great, but it isn't covered in gold. I can't believe this is the price. Still shocked.

My twin girls received this from grandma for their first birthday. At first I thought it was cheesy and wasn't sure how much they'd like it since they get bored with a lot of their toys very quickly. They loved all the sounds and singing that come from it when they play with the little lamp, flip the pages of the book or sit in the chair. At first they didn't really sit in it but just stood on it or played standing next to it. After a week or two they started sitting in it and they would fight over who got to sit in the chair. They are 16 months old now and still like to sit in it and play with it or sit in it to watch TV. I would definitely purchase this again and recommend it since it was one of the few toys they would play with everyday.

My grandmother gave this little sheep dog to my infant daughter for Christmas (a little stocking stuffer). The big kids received big stuffed animals, and she didn't want the littles girl to be left out. :) Who would have know this little puppy would be the lifesaver he is! The baby was instantly attached to this little guy. We think she found his somewhat course hair easy to hold onto... No matter the reason, Puppy has landed as "Top Dog" among her favorite toys! We have washed "Puppy" several times after having been spit up and drooled on, and he still looks just as great as the day we came home with him. I hate to admit I just purchased two more puppies as "Rescue Dogs" for when the original is not available (washing or at daycare)!

This is a cute book. My 12 month old daughter likes listening to the animal sounds. I only wish it was longer or had more substance to it. It has the cow on the front, and then a page each for a duck, a frog, a sheep, a chicken, birds, and the sun (which plays a short tune). Although in the future she should be able to figure out how to use the book by herself, in general I think this book best for younger infants.

I was really expecting my baby to have fun with this book. After 2 months of light use (Light Use = I do not run a daycare or have other babies in my house), the only sound we can hear now is the cow sound all the time. Currently, none of the other sounds are playing. I tried to contact the TYNI LOVE and they never responded to my emails. My daughter loves to book! I bought it when she was 6 months old and she loves it since then. The pages are easy to turn and all the pages are nice. I bought this for my 7 month old son based on the reviews of other parents who bought it for their babies. However, when I received it, I was VERY disappointed to find that this teddy bear has plastic eyes. I thought they were stitched. This is a choking hazard and should never be given to any baby. I am a pediatrician and would never recommend this bear for any baby or young toddler. I have seen many patients brought into the emergency room who need surgery to remove these types of parts from their tracheas. DO NOT give this to your baby. It is cute and soft so if you want to give it to an older school aged child, that would be fine. However, I bought this bear under the category of "baby" and did not see anywhere in the product description that it had plastic eyes. I also checked all the reviews and did not see any remarks about it so I wanted to post this review to warn other parents.

This toy teddy bear is the cutest thing ever. I actually bought several of them to use as baby gifts and for diaper cakes. I wish I'd known about these bibs when my daughter first started eating solids because I would've saved a lot of time cleaning up. They cover her shoulders and really are waterproof. She's even spilled soup down the front of her and her clothes stayed clean. I highly recommend them!

I like this style and brand the best. I have tried many and have a drawer full to prove it. This material is machine washable which is nice b/c some are not. dries quickly, hang/line dry. This also covers chest, belly, and shoulders. By putting the arms through the arm slots it prevents it from shifting. plus it has a longer front with a pocket so it catches most food and keeps the lap clean.

I wish I used these from the beginning. My daughter loves to eat and is a very messy eater. I used to have to put a burp cloth or kitchen towel in her lap and around her waist and then a bib on top of that. This bib covers her well onto her lap, her shoulder area and the pocket on the bottom catches crumbs. It's so easy to clean too. I just wipe it down after she eats and at the end of the day I quickly wash it with dish soap and hang it to dry. I only have two and it works out great. I used to have a basket full of bibs and go through about 3 or 4 a day.
