Literally it's tons of giggles. It is initially triggered by a squeeze to the belly but after that, any little motion will set it off. It has to be still for a few minutes (5 or 10) for it to reset and no longer be triggered by motion. That means during a car ride (constant movement!) it will laugh and giggle the -entiretime. So I don't suggest long car rides or you'll have to open it up and turn it off manually. Yes, it does have a manual off which is great. It also allows you to remove the electronic parts entirely so it can be washed-I love that. It's a great toy, very fun to my 8 month old who laughs with it, and I would defently buy again!

My baby is very happy with this soft toy. Nice bright colors, It sounds like a little child giggling & making happy sounds. Come with batteries, Has a velcro opening on the back to adjust the volume or turn it off.

I first saw these toys in a store and fell in love with them because their bright colors and cute giggles just made me smile. You push the button on their belly but then you don't need to do more, they trigger each other to keep giggle, or if you touch or shake them a little, they're keep going.

So we bought 4 of them so far, two for me and my boyfriend, two for my sister and her boyfriend.

I highly recommend it as a fun gift to anybody you'd want to cheer up. The giggle machine inside has 3 positions, one to turn it off and two to select volume, which I found very useful. The machine is also removable so you can wash the toy itself.

It's about the size of a big pomegranet (maybe even a tiny bigger), so with the machine inside it's not really a sleeping toy though.

You can find them in many different colors, each with different giggles, I'm definately buying them all :)

Got this as a Christmas gift for my two month old and she LOVES IT!!! She is just starting to coo and every time I get this toy out, she just giggles along with it and melts my heart! I jus looked it up to buy it for a friend and I was a little surprised at the price, though. I feel that this toy will continue to bring my daughter joy for the months to come, though and even my 4 year old niece has one that she loves, so it's probably worth it. It has several different giggles and they are all soft in volume which is nice, and you don't really get overstimulated by it. It's a must-have for infants, in my opinion!

we found this toy at a friends house over christmas. my son was so upset when we had to put it down and leave without it. i immediately went on amazon to find it. he is fixated by this toy. we've tried the elmo remotes to try to get him to not play with the real remotes, but he can tell the difference. this is different. the only problem is that there is no volume control. this would be a bad problem if it were too loud, but the sound is quiet and isnt annoying like a lot of kid toys can be. i recommend this toy.

Just like others have stated, there is an issue with the volume. you can hardly hear it in a noise free room.

Other than that, my son enjoys playing with it.

As a parent of an 11 month old with tons of toys that light up, vibrate, sing songs, and generally drive adults crazy, do you know how quiet a toy has to be for me to say it's not loud enough? This toy phone is just not loud enough to hear by humans, sure it murmurs some Spanish phrases, but you have to put your ear up to the back of the phone just to hear anything. This would make sense if you had to put your head up to the front of the phone as you would a normal phone. You may be able to hear it if you're in a library or vacuum chamber, but in real life environments, not a chance. It's basically a toy that has a yellow light that blinks when you hit a button...sweet.

I was super excited about purchasing this bilingual toy for my son but after it arrived,I was somewhat disappointed. The Spanish function is limited to only the numbers and the toy is EXTREMELY low in volume. I love and hate that about the toy because it's low enough that it cannot harm my baby's ears/hearing but not loud enough to hold his attention. He doesn't play with it much but I will admit that the toy is very durable.

My toddler loves this toy so much. He carries the little creatures around the house, and he loves to play with them in the bath. This toy is so much fun. The creatures stick to the bathroom wall (via suction cups), and they're numbered (to teach numbers). They also squirt, and they're brightly colored (which helps to teach colors). I use the main creature in the middle of the set (acts like a shower head) to rinse my son's hair. I own three sets of these toys... they come everywhere with us! Great, great toy!!!!

This was one of our favorite bath toys. In addition to being bright, funny, and entertaining, it introduces a lot of important concepts like colors, shapes, counting, pattern recognition, and facial expressions. Octopals could be sorted by shapes, groups, organized by their sequential number, etc. It is also great for role playing every octopal could be made into a character. It is amazing that so many different ideas were incorporated in a very simple toy.

We purchased two sets of this product within a few weeks of each other. One set in the UK and one in the US. After a few months, we noticed that there was black mold inside the product. We cut open one of the balls and noticed the mold. This happened with both sets. We have not tried to return the product as it had been used for a few months.

Edushape Glow In The Dark Sensory Ball Green/Blue

Our family has owned quite a few of these spikey balls and they are a never ending source of fun! When I saw this glow-in-the-dark one, I thought we just had to have it. It is the perfect size for my 15 month old as well as my 5 & 6 year olds (I think I need to order 2 more so there isn't anymore fighting!). As with all glow-in-the-dark products, you have to "charge" it by holding it up to a light source for a few seconds (the longer the better) for it to glow....but when you do, it surely is bbbbrrriiiiggghhhhttt!!!! And it stays that way for quite some time, long enough for my little one to fall asleep comfortably (I keep it next to his bed at night and it slowly dims as he falls asleep). It is super bouncy and has a valve for you to deflate or inflate as needed. My only gripe about it is how spikey the tips are on it...they are getting softer the more we play with it, but when we first got it...ouchy if it bumped your face!!

We ordered this item for our 15 month-old daughter. My problem is not so much with the toy itself, but the image used to advertise it. Initially we received a package with a ball inside that only filled up about 1/2 the packaging and was haphazardly taped around the outside, center of the box with clear packing tape. I immediately assumed someone returned the wrong size ball in the packaging to Amazon. I called and the people at Amazon were great. They did everything I could ask for including shipping out a new ball overnight and paying for the return shipping of the initial item. When the second ball arrived, it too was significantly smaller than the circular openings on the package. However, instead of a poor tape job holding the ball in, the entire package was placed in a generic zip-loc bag. I still feel that this is the wrong item it is clearly smaller than the ball shown in the image but my daughter won't know the difference at her age and she will probably enjoy the smaller ball even more. However, I will not buy another Edushape toy online again since I feel I will never really know what I'm going to get.

I did read the reviews before purchasing this, so we did not expect it to be the size it is depicted. Yes, it did come in a ziploc bag and was fairly small, but ours was even smaller as it was mostly deflated when it arrived. I have no idea if it was deflated before they boxed, or if it was simply shoved in the very flat box it arrived in.

I was all ready to send this back when my husband suggested using a bike pump first. It worked like a charm. We were able to pump it up to the size it should have been to fit in the cardboard wrapper it arrived with. It still was not the size a child could sit on, but it seemed much more reasonable than what arrived. We ended up letting a bit of the air back out so it was spongier and easier to catch. In the 6 months we've had it, it has deflated somewhat again, but it seems to be the perfect kicking size for our toddler, so we've left it alone. Thankfully we know we can pump it up again when we need to.

It does glow in the dark for quite some time and if it weren't for the catching surface it could probably be used as a make shift night lite in bed for kids who just need it to fall asleep and not all night long. It might even work out of bed if it were close enough, as the glow is good but not so bright as to light from very far away.

I'm still not certain I could recommend this product, hence the three stars. Maybe if it was around seven or eight bucks it would be worth the hassle since the glow is fun and the nubbins on the outside make it so much easier for a toddler to catch.

Bought this for my 15 month old for Christmas and when it came in the ball was shipped in a gallon sized ziplock along with the package. The package was MUCH larger than the ball. I am not sure if the ball is supposed to be that small or if the package wasn't complete. The pictures on the side of the package has a 2 year old sitting on the ball. The ball we recieved couldn't even tolerate my normal sized 15 month sitting on it. Needless to say, I was VERY disappointed.

This pacifier chain is fantastic! It's wooden, well made and very colorful, I got so many compliments about it! As other reviewer said, it attaches super strongly so there is no way that you or your baby can pull it off. This pacifier chain is made in Germany for some it may be important news. Over all, I would highly recommend this item, I love all the Haba products because of their quality.

The reviews saying that the product slips off of fabric on the clip are not using the clip properly. It is VERY strong and I can't pull it off of anything it is clipped to. The fabric should be clipped inside the clip, not between the wood piece and the back of the metal clip. This pacifier chain is fantastic. My son loves to play with it and the quality is so nice. Instead of a pacifier, I've hooked a silicone toothbrush to the end and my son can chew it when he's in the carrier on my back and I don't have to worry about him dropping his toy. I'd love to have a few of these. They are super cute and of excellent quality.

OUr little guy won't take a paci but loves to chew on the edges of a Natursutten. So, I picked this clip up when he started teething. He loves playing with the shapes, exploring the texture, and chewing on the chain. It has stayed clipped without any issues, so the paci never ends up on the ground. We have a HABA stroller chain, as well, and have never had any trouble with the brand. They are darling.

I've just receievd this item and it looks adorable but one of the two pieces is missing -the cap isn't included in the package. Green Toys Shape Sorter Baby Toy

I think this is a new product, but we are already convinced it is the best affordable shape sorter out there. We have young twins and this is the fourth Green Toys toy we've gotten for them. I love that they are made from recycled plastic and made in the USA, not China! But that's not the only reason to get these toys.

We got the Fisher-Price Brilliant Basics Baby's First Blocks a little while ago and it is a similar concept to the Green Toys shape sorter. The problem with the Fisher Price model, at least for us, is that the lid just sits on top of the box. That means that our kids can easily pull the lid off and it even just falls off if the box is tipped. With the Green Toys sorter, the two pieces screw together and stay in place. This means that our 14-month-olds spend more time sorting shapes than just taking the lid off to fling the pieces around. This toy is also small enough that they can hold it and manipulate it better than the big fisher price box.

Off all the toys we have gotten for our kids, the Green Toys are consistently both our favorites and our kids. There may be a slight premium for them rather than the mass-produced toys from China, but they are still affordable and high quality!

I love Green Toys, and couldn't wait for this shape sorter to come out. My 12-month-old daughter doesn't quite know how to put the shapes in the correct holes, but she has fun trying! There are 8 shapes, and four holes on the top of the sorter as well as 4 holes on the bottom. The top screws off in order to dump the pieces out. This toy is nothing fancy, just a simple shape sorter, but I know it is a great, fun learning toy for my daughter that will last for years!

B. Hellophone - Mango/Solid

This has a button that lets you record a short message. My 7 year old plays with it more than the baby, but the baby likes it too. I like that the buttons are smaller and not really "kid looking" but more like something you'd see on a remote control. Babies seem to prefer those buttons over the comically large, cartoonish ones on other toys.

You can only record 1 message into this phone and there are only 2 prerecorded messages. One of the prerecorded messages is in a strange voice. My daughter likes that is rings when she closes it but it's not what I had expected at all and it provides very little entertainment.

Our 16-month-old grandson was constantly wanting to play with his parents' smartphones, so when they came to visit we had this waiting for him. He loved it! It opens and closes easily, pushing the buttons makes tones and plays songs, and (best of all) we were able to record a message for him on one of the buttons ourselves! They stayed with us for a week and this little play phone was carried around, talked to, and played with more than any of the other toys we had for him it was a real favorite! Highly recommended by this grandmother!

I bought this for my toddler, but my 7 year old niece seems to enjoy it more. She mainly uses it for the record feature. She likes to record a message privately and then give it to someone to see how they will respond. She thinks it's quite funnylike a watered down version of crank calling. My toddler rarely reaches for this toy.

Edushape Mini Stars, 36 Piece set

My son originally had the large size stars, but couldn't make much of anything with them because you only got 16 (by the way, the current product photo is of the large stars where you got 4 of each color in the package). When we received the mini-stars today I was disappointed. While they are small and easy for him to put together, the plastic isn't as rigid as the large stars, so they don't grip onto each other as well. We made a very simple crown and neither of my kids could put it on without it falling apart in their hands. I tried myself and they just wouldn't stick together if not resting on a solid surface. And even then (on a solid surface) once you start to build up, pressure on the lower part of the structure and the softer plastic just has the whole thing crashing in. I am pretty disappointed, but I'm sure my son will keep trying.

Just wanted people to be aware these were known to break apart and potentially be a choking hazard.

I'm sure newer versions have been modified, but buyer beware in case they are selling older versions.

Neat & Tidy Cottage

I have two daughters, ages 2 and 4 and they love playing house, having tea party's with the table and two seats included in the cottage, and talking on the phone (also included). Love how this playhouse has a floor. Easy to assemble (recommend an electric drill). You definitely can't beat the price. It is smaller than the other playhouses and would be difficult for an adult to sit in there. But the large windows make peaking in a breeze.

This house has all the features of the more expensive houses, for a better price. It was easy to put together (although the faucet doesn't connect to the sink as well as I'd like it to). The floor is wonderful, and after it rains or we hose it down, it drains very well-the only place any water collects is the sink and one of the seats. Don't leave the cordless phone in the house if it's outside though, ours got waterlogged and wouldn't stop ringing, I had to pull the batteries out and let it dry out again. The house isn't too big, no more than 2 kids can play very comfortably, but that wasn't a big deal for us. My son has been playing in it since he could cruise around, loves opening the door and shutters.

Our 18 month old daughter, Madilyn, absolutley adores her new house (BIG THANKS to Lolo and Lola who sent the $$$). My husband, his friend, and I put the house together in 30 minutes. We put it out in the backyard. It doesn't take up that much room at all (So if you have a small yard, this is perfect). She loves ringing the doorbell and going in and out (and in and out again). She likes to open and close the shutters to play peek-a-boo. She also loves the cordless phone that came with it...it looks like our real phone. She says, "Hel-lo" and hands it to me. The floor is very sturdy (I crawled in and sat in there with her). We live in an area that has A LOT of pollen. Yesterday we noticed that there was a layer of it on the floor. We just took the water hose and hosed it down. The drainage holes work great! She couldn't wait until it dried, so needless to say she came out with wet shorts. She fits perfect on the molded-in seats. If you have a larger toddler, it may pose a problem. There may not be enough space between your child and the table. She also loves to stick things through the mailbox. All-in-all this is an AWESOME buy. It keeps our daughter entertained for hours. We also bought the Step2 Water and Sand Table and the Step2 Big Folding Slide. Between all that, her two ride-on toys, and her sandbox, the backyard looks like a fun park! P.S. Be sure to have someone push against the table while you screw it in...the screw might not go in at all.

My daughter got this when she was three yrs old. She's 5 and half now and still has a ball playing in it with her girlfriends. They play house and sit at the table and eat lunch or play with Play Doh and just generally have a great time with it. We've had it over 2 yrs and it's holding up beautifully. We love the fact that we can see in and watch what the kids are doing and that it has a floor. I'd buy one again if I ever had a need for another playhouse.

We bought this house for our son's first birthday and he's having a blast exploring every inch of it. He loves to "talk" on the phone, open and close the shutters, and press the button on the faucet. It's keeping him very busy, and because it has a floor we've decided to keep it inside for now. That square patch of carpet won't get worn out from him constantly walking around in it.

The house was easy to put together. My husband had it set up in less than 30 minutes. As for the quality, I'd say it's excellent. I don't think a house like this was meant for big kids to play in, so it probably wouldn't hold up if your child is too old or heavy for their age. But it should be just fine for the average sized 1-4 year old, even a smaller 5 year old. Overall we're very happy with this purchase.

It's a cute toy -the child can pour water into either of the two cups at the top and the water will spin three very small dials on its way down to the base that has drain holes for futher fascination watching the water spill into the tub. However, the suction cups are very thin and don't stay attached to the wall very well. Still, when it is up, my 2 year old nephew enjoys pouring water into it. The toy came with two small cups the same size as the opening spouts but we don't use those. He'll fill an empty dish soap container or a measuring cup and dump the water into the spouts -longer-lasting action and more interesting that way.

Cute toy, but this seems very cheaply made. Was looking for a better quality bath toy, but didn't find much. This is ok.

My 6 month old son loves bath time so I was looking for something different than the little plastic bath squirties he plays with all the time. I'ts hard to find real bath toys for so young so I went with this. It suction cups to the wall and the colors are cute and bright. One of my main problems with it is that the middle wheel (the one with the starfish) doesn't spin. I don't know if mine is just defected or if that's how it's supposed to be. It's really not a big deal but for some reason it bothers me! Also, when the water comes out the bottom instead of coming out like a shower head (through each hole) it all goes together and comes out as one stream. Just something else I noticed. Overall it is cute though and my son does like to look at it for a minute. Maybe when hes older and can pour the water in himself he'll like it more :)

Lamaze Feel Me Fish Developmental Toy

I'm a huge fan of Lamaze toys because they offer great sensory stimulation. They are safe, colorful, textured and make great sounds. They're also very cute! My baby girl has been enjoying this fish since she was 3 months old. She is now 10 months and always makes "fish sounds" with her mouth when she wants to hold her fish. We have a few of them that we've hung on her stroller and car seat. I like its size, because you can toss it into your purse or diaper bag without adding bulk or weight...and of course, it just makes her so happy.

The only negative experience I've had has been when I purchased from "Buy 4 Less UK". Do not buy from them, even if the price is less than the regular price. I ordered 3 more fish and they sent only 1. When I contacted them, they said they would send the 2 missing ones. Nothing came. I contacted them again, and they asked if I wanted to cancel my order (I'm thinking now I should have). I told them I wanted my missing 2 fish. They sent me 1. Now I've had to contact them once again asking for the last one. I'm still waiting...and I've been waiting for 2 months now. Make sure to purchase from Amazon, not a third party seller.

This toy stimulated my 3 yr old b/c of the puzzle factor and my 11 mth old enjoyed taking the rings off and trying to put them back on.

The pieces are unfinished, we'll have to sand them down before giving it to the kids. The colors are very dull compared to the picture.

I purchased this toy for my one year old grandson. The quality is wonderful it's so difficult today to find toys as well made as the ones I bought for my own children years ago. The colors were just about as vivid as in the picture and the wood finish was very smooth. I especially like the fact that the rings can be stacked in any order. I am sure this toy will be passed down for many years to come. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

As a previous reviewer mentioned, the puzzle stacker we received does have numerous rough edges, unlike the Haba and Melissa and Doug etc toys we own. I haven't filed the edges down, and they don't bother my 2.5yrold at all (ours is not jagged enough to cause splinters or scrape her skin, more-so just rough). Our version's colours are vibrant as pictured though.

My 2.5yr old daughter enjoys manipulating this puzzle stacker at this point she is able to pair the correct sized colored/natural pieces together, but is not really interested in then stacking the pairs in correct size order. She also enjoys rolling the pairs across the floor and watching them wobble apart.

Because of how much she enjoys playing with it, I would buy it again. For the price it should be finished better though.

Fisher-Price Perfectly Pink Purse

I purchased this for my five month old daughter and she really likes it! The purse rattles and the handle serves as a teether too! The purse has a velcro closure which is good when all of the contents are inside. It comes with a lipstick that is a rattle which is really cute, although the handle is a little difficult to grasp. The money is soft material and crinkles and has a plastic coin attached. The little makeup compact is a ladybug with a mirror. Lastly, there are keys, but they are one solid piece and I wish they were seperate and jangly. Overall, it is an adorable first purse. I had to decide between this one and the Laugh and Learn Purse Fisher Price Laugh & Learn My Pretty Learning Purse and I chose this one because she already has so many toys that sing and count. This is just simple and sweet.

Love this set, very cute! My baby is too young to play with it yet, but I know itll be fun. Much better quality than I expected.

When I saw this on the web I fell in love and thought it was too cute. Once I received it I was not disappointed. I keep it in my diaper bag for my daughter to have toys on the road. I like that it is really cute but practical too for my daughter who is now 8 months old, teething and wanting to put everything in her mouth! All the items including the purse itself have a purpose, either being for teething or stimulating.

While in Dallas visiting our new 41/2 month old niece I never seen a baby play with a toy so much. She absolutely loved this toy. She was just starting to crawl and there were plenty of toys but she loved the money and the lipstick. They were so easy for her to grab and shake and rattle. I was so impressed I had to buy one for my co-workers grand-daughter. They are the cutest baby toy ever.

Sesame Street 1st - 1st Birthday Bib

This bib is super cute for a birthday, but not great as a bib. It is poor quality and show creases from packing... I don't think these will last 1 wash... it seems more like a disposable bib. I wouldn't waste your money...

The quality of the product is not worth the price.

The bib is only good for one use.

It is a thin, stiff plastic, and images wash right off.
