Infantino Tap and Go Musical Drum
Buy Infantino Tap and Go Musical Drum Now
Cute and Soft for my boys first drum. He can gently tap it and it makes a noise to his delight. It does get kind of annoying especially since it plays actual songs but obviously your baby isn't going to hit the drum in rhythm. But in MHO all toys that make noise are annoying.Excellent toy for babies. Smooth and the music is nice. The toy is small, but its price is good. Buy it!My son got this when he was about 6 months old and he liked it. The drum is all cushioned so it is soft and they won't bang their head on it. It is a good size to put in front of a baby learning how to sit up by themselves.Tuesday, July 22, 2014

The Farmer Says
This toy has a half ring that can be flipped back and forth to display different animals. There are 16 animals, which are named and make their individual sounds when the handle is pulled. There is also a song sticker that plays Old MacDonald had a Farm or The Farmer in the Dell. And there is a quiz sticker that asks you to find the animal based on the name of the animal or its sound. The farmer is on an arrow in the middle and you point it toward whichever sticker you want and then pull the handle.
I only have two minor complaints with this toy. The handle sometimes sticks on the way back up and makes a soft grinding sound. Also, the volume is a bit loud and there is no volume control button. Overall, it's a great toy. This is a bad replacement for the classic! It uses batteries so the lever is useless. It does nothing but make the sounds unaudible with extra rumbling. It doesnt need the extra page because the extra animals on the other page, the song, and the quiz are all unrecognizable. The reduced size is a plus, but the handle is hard to pull for my 2 year old. So no sounds come out since the handle didnt get pulled correctly. I remember the classic being a much better toy because it would play on all pulls, the sounds were great, and the size was perfect for laptop play. Blah, for $10 it was not worth it!I am not sure what is going on with this toy and the companies that are selling it through Amazon. This toy, made by Fisher-Price is a $10 item. You can get it from ToysRUs, Target, Walmart, etc. I don't know why it is selling for so much more ($80-$90 range). I have e-mailed the two companies selling this item, B&H Outlet and Wizard Entertainment to find out why it is so expensive. I am still awaiting a reply. I would hate for someone to pay so much for such a simple toy; although, I would like to think no one would. Was looking for the same toy I grew up with but this one was half in size and not loud at all. Hearing the sounds are a big problem. Did not hold the childs attention well at all. Very disappointing. F-P could have made this one better potentially taking safety too far and overiding the performance factor.I bought this for our grandson Ian a few months ago. Its so cute and really does teach a small child a lot about animals. Very clear, easy to handle and operate and bright colored which I think is important to small children. Its a great buy and will provide hours and hours of entertainment for a small child. A must have. I liked it so much that I pre-ordered the new ABC one for another grandson.

Whitney Brothers Birch Laminate Toddler Step And Ramp
The piece arrived today, and I couldn't be more pleased. It required assembly, which was quick and easy(all screws and hex wrench enclosed). It is a well made, stable, sturdy, nicely finished, piece of equipment, and just the right size for the babies and toddlers, to provide both safety, and a fun climbing, sliding, balancing challenge. It was carefully packed and there was no damage in shipping. It is small enough and lightweight enough to be moved to another room or location in my home, but solid and sturdy enough not to be moved around by toddlers climbing and playing on it(or be moved around by them pushing and pulling on it).
I will post some pictures and write more after "test driving" it in class next week, but I think this was a good investment, and again, I searched far and wide, and found nothing comparable in terms of quality and price.

Infantino Car Seat Buddies
I rated this item three stars because I really enjoyed the product but it didn't work for very long.
January 11, 2013 Two months later and absolutely no response from the company. Buy at your own risk. This is a great looking toy and I wish I didn't have to return it but when you press the dog's nose for music, nothing happens and you can hear a whirring sound like it's trying to work. Sad, because I'd love to attach this to his car seat!!
Buy Infantino Car Seat Buddies Now
The idea of the toy is good and the music does keep my baby entertained however, the toy wraps on to the car seat handle and it's really close to his face. I am not sure if bothers him or not but I do see that his eyes cross at times... I didn't return it because it would cost me $5 and it only cost $10 to purchase...My child hate the car seat. Keeps her attention and the middle dog thing plays music when you touch the nose. It's a button...didn't know. My 2 year old zoomed right to it and pushed it before I could even get it out of the box. So apparently 2 year olds like it too. This thing is cute and plays songs and thing for the baby, but to me it made it so much harder to put the carrier arm down and to get by baby out. She didnt really seem amused with it in general either.Wednesday, May 28, 2014

Radio Flyer 2700Z Pathfinder Wagon, Red
Buy Radio Flyer 2700Z Pathfinder Wagon, Red Now
This wagon is awesome! The only problem I had with it though, is that the seats are hard and uncomfortable for little passengers. If you take the seat cover off of your baby swing, it fits perfectly into the wagon seat....even the seatbelt holes match up! I just ordered two matching swing covers from Graco. Now my baby can ride in and even doze off in his seat without hurting his back and head. Problem solved!Read Best Reviews of Radio Flyer 2700Z Pathfinder Wagon, Red Here
My daughter received this wagon for Christmas and we've both loved using it! I love that the wagon comes with seatbacks & seatbeats, it has 4 cup holders that are also designed to hold juice boxes. I am 5 feet 11 inches tall & the wagon's handle is just right height for pulling the wagon. What is also nice is that the 2 front wheels are on casters so that you can move the wagon around VERY easily. You can have your child sit in the wagon with the setbacks up which gives your 1 year old & older a nice place to sit with room for their legs. You can fold down the seatbacks & have the regular old fashion type of wagon that we grew up with. This is just the coolest wagon around!
Oh, the instructions where easy to read too! If you purchase this wagon you won't be disappointed, because when your children stop using you can easily use it to get mulch, plants, stones or bags of dirt, pool chemicals from your car to your backyard! Because the wagon is made using a hard plastic it is very easy to clean, just spray down with the hose the water runs out the 2 drain holes in the bottom!
Want Radio Flyer 2700Z Pathfinder Wagon, Red Discount?
Our daughter loves her Radio Flyer I mean our daughter LOVES her Radio Flyer. Every night we strap her in and take her for rides around our neighborhoods. Her favorite part when we take her down grass covered (aka bumpy) hills. She holds onto the sides and laughs the whole way down. This is possible because the Radio Flyer Pathfinder wagon converts from a standard wagon to a passenger wagon fully equipped with safety restraints (see the video).
The front wheels rotate 360 degrees making it much easier (and safer) to turn than the older style wagons
Plastic construction while some may prefer the old-school metal wagon the plastic models are rust resistant and safer
Plug holes in the bottom which make it easy to wash out with a water hose
Can be either a wagon or a two-seat transport wagon -
You can purchase Radio Flyer Wagon Canopy
Soft foam-type wheels they are not hard plastic nor are they inflatable rubber
As you would expect the wagon takes up a lot of space more than a kids bicycle. Plus, it is (almost) impossible to hang up on the wall. It also is not the easiest thing to fit into a car/van/SUV if your family gets the urge to take the wagon out for a trip.
Final Verdict While some may prefer the old-type metal wagons this is a great alternative. Our family is very happy with the choice!

Upspring Baby Walking Wings Learning To Walk Assistant
Buy Upspring Baby Walking Wings Learning To Walk Assistant Now
I bought this after checking online to see if it was available at the local Babies R Us. I managed to get the last one in the store. After the first time using it, my child only wanted to either lean forward or backward. I didn't expect her to immediately start walking in it at 6 months old but wanted to give her the feeling of being able to stand in a sense independently. We used it a couple more times in short spurts, 15 minutes or less, as she didn't really care to be in it very long. The last time we used it we used it longer than the other times and when she started to complain I grabbed her and started to take her out of it and noticed that he arms were discolored. They were losing circulation in her arms from the band that wraps around the chest cutting into the underarms. After a while her arms went back to normal, I decided that it was going back to the store and decided on The Juppy Baby Walker (Blue-Full lining). That one gives a full body support and doesn't cut into the underarms if the child loses stability in their legs, they won't be hanging by the underarms. I wouldn't recommend Walking Wings to anyone.Read Best Reviews of Upspring Baby Walking Wings Learning To Walk Assistant Here
We bought this item when our son was about a year and a half old and was not walking yet on his own. He has global developmental delays, we have yet to have a diagnosis and he is turning 3 years old next month. It was wonderful to help us in the process of working on his therapy. I highly recommend this, especially if you are working with a child who struggles to walk.I gave this four stars because as helpful as it was, I found my back hurting because my son would lean forward therby pulling at my back. I found that this wasn't as bad when I held on closer to where the straps actually met the chest covering.
Want Upspring Baby Walking Wings Learning To Walk Assistant Discount?
Bad design & waste of money. Since there isn't any support in the crotch area, the walking wings tend to slip up under the arms, causing pain. Even if you tighten the straps, it doesn't stop it from slipping. Our daughter was uncomfortable and cried. I wish I had seen the review recommending the Juppy first. That looks great & most of all, supportive & more secure. I'm returning the walking wings and will order the Juppy.Friday, December 20, 2013

Fisher-Price Little People Wheelies All About Working
They are still cute little cars, and my 1 year old son doesn't really seem to care if they actually make it all the down or not... I still feel like it's a little disappointing.
Well, as disappointing as a $10 toy can be, which ultimately isn't a lot in the grand scheme of things. We bought these cars for the stand and play rampway to give us some cars that were not affected by the recall. The Loader and dump truck constantly fly off the rampway and do not work for it's intended purpose. I called Fisher price to complain and I guess they are getting a lot of complaints about these two cars, because they immediately issues me a check for the cost of the cars to go buy another set. We bought the race car, mail car, and police car with that check and they work wonderfully! If you are looking for more cars go for another set that does not included the loader or dump truck (the two yellow and orange vehicles pictured above!).

These cars are cute and I'm sure my son will find a way to play with them, but I am disappointed. I found a racing ramps garage used that didn't have cars with it and assumed these would work since they are the same brand. They do not.Read Best Reviews of Fisher-Price Little People Wheelies All About Working Here
Gave these to a friend's little boy, who is just shy of a year old. He's just starting to crawl around, so these little chubby cars are great for him to move around, but with no little pieces or anything to worry about!Want Fisher-Price Little People Wheelies All About Working Discount?
I bought every one of these little wheelies cars available and used them on the Stand and Play Rampway. I am not sure if Fisher Price updated their designs since all the negative complaints, but if it helps, I bought my cars in 2011-2012 and all of them works on the rampway. The bulldozer however is slightly on the heavier side and sometimes might plunge over, but most of the time it makes it all the way down. These little cars are cute and I like that there are so many designs out there to choose from. Why choose when I can buy them all? I even grabbed the cardboard display case from the store to display my son's Little Wheelies. It also teaches him to tidy up his cars and put them back in the display case because he loves admiring his cars. If you have a toddler who loves cars, these are great to buy because they are actually safe for under 3 years old. Perfect for little one to hold on to. You can also find a lot more girl colors now.Sunday, November 24, 2013
Juno Baby - Indie's Great Teddy Bear Hunt
The colors are perfect, bright and cheery.
The twelve stories are all everyday simple life events, things that a preschool child loves to watch. Titles are:
Hide & SeekIndie, Juno and friends play the game
Pop!
Little Bird FliesStrauss playing in the background while a cartoon bird learns to fly
Mountain Top
My EchoLittle Austrian cartoon character sings and hears its echo
Where? There!find the object (where's the rock, where's the baby elephant, where's the blue square) Mozart plays in the background
Rai Rai's Turn
The Beach
Boom Chick Time
In the Oceanreal ocean footage with Juno singing about the ocean creatures and the water
Ballet DancersThis has real children dancing ballet, and is very cute with Dvorak playing in the background
Goodnight, JunoDay is done, time for bed
These little movies are captivating and are the sort that a preschooler will love to watch over and over. The music is classical which is a bonus.
Total running time is 50 minutes, not too long, not too short, just about right, I'd say. I had never heard of Baby Juno before receiving a copy of this DVD. I was not sure what to expect and how much it would mimic other products. Our children loved the DVD. The short videos are very engrossing, just long enough for a preschooler, and educational. Highly recommended.
Buy Juno Baby - Indie's Great Teddy Bear Hunt Now
Indie asks his buddies to hide his teddy bear so that he can search for him. No matter what he says, or how much he begs, he requests that they not tell him where the bear is hidden. Indie quickly becomes discouraged and changes his mind, but his friends Bunny, Juno, and Murphy encourage him to continue on with a few different searches, and eventually give him clues during each search (such as the color of what the bear is hiding behind), so that the viewer(s) can attempt to guess, too. The bear is hidden a few times throughout the day in various locations (including the woods and beach), until finally it's nighttime and there's only time to hide him once more! The film includes a mix of animation, live action (puppetry work), and some "real" videos, including one featuring young ballet dancers. This mixture is partially due to a few short videos included as a break from the main storyline, which features puppetry. My favorite short contains birds hopping about on branches that, together, almost resemble musical notation.
Indie's Great Teddy Bear Hunt is reminiscent in feel to a certain blue dog's adventures, encouraging the viewer(s) to participate with guesses, with a young child's voice representing the viewer(s), as if talking to the DVD. The biggest difference is that Juno Baby strives to encourage musical appreciation. The few songs included have catchy tunes, and are often educational, including topics on the ocean and echoes. The three main new songs included are "In the Ocean," "My Echo," and "Pop," while the classical music included is by Dvorak, Mozart, and Strauss. The bonus materials contain a short film of "big kids" playing the three new songs as solos on musical instruments, with the hopes that younger viewers will become interested in learning to play music, too.
For helping to build language skills, the DVD can be watched in English, French, or Spanish, and these language choices even contain translated songs. In the bonus material, there is a language flashcard option that attempts to teach a few simple words in French and Spanish, including the primary colors and nature words.
Indie's Great Teddy Bear Hunt offers the opportunity for children to learn a few things about music, perseverance, encouraging others, colors, and languages. At the same time, it features characters that small children will find to be endearingly faithful role models.

This was my families first Juno Baby DVD. I've heard of Juno baby and liked what I heard about why Juno baby was made (something like the person who started it is a composer who wanted to bring classical music to kids). I want my children (3yr boy + 2yr girl) to appreciate good music, and the Juno Baby characters and graphic style looked like what my kids like. And the kids did like it--for a day. After that the kids would start watching it, but they lost interest pretty quick.
I sat down and watched it with them recently, and it didn't grab my interet either--but that's true for most of their videos.
There were things I liked. I liked the music, and I liked creativity in the video sections. and I liked the music teaching.
I've tried to put my finger on what it is that makes it not great. But it just really comes down to that I ask the kids if the want to watch it and they say "No". I gave this as a gift to a co-worker whose daughter is 11 months old. She told me her daughter absolutely fell in love with the music and graphics and is entranced every time she turns it on. She has told me that her daughter knows the actual box now and as as soon as she goes to reach for it, her daughter starts swaying and dancing in anticipation! After having watched it at least 5 times, my friend told me her daughter loves this dvd and has not tired of it yet. She is anxiously looking into purchasing more of the series.

Jellycat Gorgeous Girly Mouse
Okay, I was weak. She was just too cute to send back. Into the Easter basket she went, and was a huge hit with my 19 month old. She cuddles her and puts her in her stroller. I think she likes how small the mouse is, so if Piper's happy, Mommy's happy.just love the jellycatline of toys so colorful and cute! Have so many animals to choose from. Hard to pick your favorite and safe for babies no small objects that than get into mouth.

The Jellycat Gorgeous Girly Mouse was a gift I had bought for my newborn niece a few weeks back. When I saw it online, there was a completely different picture posted; the toy ended up being much smaller, flatness & the materials & colors of the clothing and overall appearance was not the quality that were described. From the description & picture, I was expecting a very detailed & well made doll but that wasn't what was received. It is cute toy but not at all what I would have bought for my niece. I thought I was buying a special collector type doll to decorate the nursery, not a common toy with no character nor well made. My sister-in-law did like it however for just a play toy, though she had not seen the picture nor the description that was posted when I bought it & I didn't convey to her what I was expecting it to be. I am personally disappointed, though if you are looking for a simple play toy for your child I'm sure you will like it. At the moment the picture is more accurate. Though, the head is very flat and the body is a strange shape, which you can not see in the picture.I did however also buy the Maison Chic Giraffe Coral 12" Musical Toy in which was exactly the quality I was looking for & is a very nice musical toy. The Maison Chic toys are very well made and I am very happy about that purchase for those who are looking for something less expensive but extra special for your child. This little "stuffed animal" is delightfully imaginative. "She" is dressed rather adorably in vintage feminine attire and has an overall dainty girly look totally befitting her name. My sweet granddaughter Is called "Mausie" and loved her tiny friend.

Once Upon A Potty Plush Doll Set With Mini-Potty
Buy Once Upon A Potty Plush Doll Set With Mini-Potty Now
This item is adorable and perfect for my Granddaughter who is mid potty training now. My Granddaughter plays with the doll and takes its diaper off and places it on the little potty and then wipes the doll with a piece of toilet paper and then replaces the diaper. I have a couple of concerns, first being that the doll and potty are much smaller than I expected (maybe I did not see the exact sizes) also the doll comes with 1 diaper and that is on the doll. When my Granddaughter takes the diaper off she wants to throw it in the trash as she has been taught to do with her own wet diapers. This diaper has been rescued from the trash at least 10 times so far. The doll works well as a distraction while on the potty as she holds the doll while waiting for nature to call, giving us a bit more time before she is squirming to flush!I love that the doll is fairly anatomically correct, trust me our 2 year old noticed it right away...

Recently, I purchased this doll, video, and book for my niece, because my own daughter truly loved Prudence as a toddler. I know firsthand that "Once Upon A Potty" does the trick as far as potty training little girls. I would highly recommend this purchase to anyone without a bit of hesitation.Want Once Upon A Potty Plush Doll Set With Mini-Potty Discount?
My 19 month old absolutely loves his Joshua doll (Joshua is the name of the little boy in the "Once Upon a Potty" book and DVD.) He has no problems taking the doll's diaper off and putting him on the potty so that he stays there, and we've had no issues with any dye-bleeding, (despite the fact that the poor doll has, perhaps unsurprisingly, been peed upon.) Actually, the time that happened was because my son was trying to use Joshua's little potty instead of his matching big one. Maybe this has been such a successful toy with my son because we have the matching book, potty, and DVD so he gets to see Joshua a lot but the doll has been a major help in that our son wouldn't stay seated on his potty at first for a bit unless he could put Joshua on his matching tiny potty next to him. Sometimes he asks for his Joshua doll in bed at night, too, which is a shock as he's never asked for a doll to sleep with besides his two "regulars." We highly recommend this doll! :)Thursday, November 14, 2013
Kuster Bath Toy Store
The product is great in theory, but very small. Not nearly big enough. I would recommend it if you have just a few toys you would like to have organized and dry. This is a nice product. It's a good size that holds and drains a lot of bath toys. And I liked the idea of a bath toy storage bin that drains that you didn't have to mount with suction cups. However it came with this giant sticker on the side. It took me forever to scrape it off it still isn't off completely. If I were to see this product in the store and saw the giant sticker, I would not have bought it. I have no time for that. I also think the price is kinda high for a glorified trash bin with holes in the bottom.Very handy! I like that it holds the small bath toys as they tend to accumulate over time. I also like that the outer bucket can be used as a trash can after you are done using it for toy storage.I thought this would be about the size of an average bathroom garbage can, but it is smaller. I didn't want the prevailing mesh style bath toy storage and wanted it in the room but not in the tub so this fit the order. The design concept of a drainable inside layer is great, but it could be about 1.5-2 times bigger. You cant fit too many toys in there, it's as if you need two of them, but then spending >$40 to store toys that didn't even cost that much is a silly price point. This grey should be called tan...it is quite brown/beige to be called grey and thus does not match any of the actual grey in my bathroom! At least it is modern and simple, not loud and childish like all the very toys you are trying to put away!I live in an apartment with one of those plastic covers over the tub and shower. Suction cups absolutely do not stick to this plastic, so I've been searching for some form of bath toy storage that did not involve suction cups. I was very excited to find this. It's pretty, it makes it easy to scoop up the toys and let the water drip out the bottom, and it doesn't take up much space on the floor. But there in lies the only draw back, it's much smaller than I expected. We had to go through his toys and get rid of about half of them for the rest to fit in it. But then again, that was totally worth it to find the perfect storage for bath toys. He didn't play with all of them anyway.

Hohner 4 Piece Baby Band
- Safe for 3+ months
- Best seller with products attractively packaged in sturdy carrying case
- Great gift item
- BPA free, lead free, phythlate free
- Meets or exceeds all international safety regulations
Here is my breakdown of each piece in the kit:
Mini RainmakerIt's fun, babies love to watch the beads fall down through the baffles and make noise. It is equally as fun for kids to roll the rainmaker around and watch the beads tumble around. I must say I purchased Hohner's 16 inch rain maker at the same time I got this kit, so this small rain maker doesn't see as much action as the big one. This one is easy to throw in the car or a backpack to take along though. I do highly suggest buying the big long 16" rain maker from Hohner. It is worth it.
Baby Maraca It's clear so kids can see the small beads hitting the sides of the plastic. It has a decently loud noise and is fun, but in the end it's a rattle. One cool thing to point out is that both this and the rain maker build up a static charge inside of the plastic which causes some of the beads to float. This is neat in my opinion and for young kids it looks like magic. It would also be a good way to explain to help explain the effects of electricty to young kids. Kind of neat. The static electricity will NOT transfer through the plastic so there is nothing to worry about for babies getting zapped. It's just something fun I thought I would point out.
Plastic tambourine It's a fun noise maker for young ones. Sort of like shells strung together. They slide back and forth on a metal shaft. It's easy for kids to manipulate it and my daughter has had lots of fun with it.
Cage Bell This is the main reason I purchased this kit. Like I said in the begining of the review, I purchased a could other Hohner "toys" and my daughter loves them. At Christmas time she was amazed with the jingle bells but I was always a bit worried to let her play with them. Some are sharp edges, some are cheap so could fall apart, some are made from questionable materials. There were a lot of different reasons I didn't like her playing with them, but I didn't want her to miss out on having fun with them. So I started looking for baby friendly bells and found this kit. I did a bit of research and figured out it wasn't much more to buy this kit rather than just one bell. So I bought it for the bell and got 3 bonus toys in my mind. It is great quality and I don't have to worry about her when she plays with it. It has been used and abused and still works and looks new. It is a good quality plastic that will hold up through years of torture from my daughter and any future kids!
In the end this kit is a great purchase that any baby would be happy with, and any parent can feel good and safe about their baby playing with any part of it.

My 9-Month old loves music and after taking Kindermusik classes I decided to buy this set for him. He can't stop ringing the caged bell and we have to take it away when it's time to eat or take a nap. All of the toys are durable and he picks them up with ease. So glad I got this set and didn't buy the individual pieces separately. I'm going to buy more of these as gifts.Read Best Reviews of Hohner 4 Piece Baby Band Here
We purchased this set for my daughter a few months ago. She loves it and it seems well made. She is now 7 months old and still loves playing with it. Today, we were running errands, and she was playing with the bell rattle in her car seat. She started crying hysterically, I looked back and she had the entire circular end of the rattle stuck in her mouth! The ridge where the bottom snaps on was stuck behind her gums. I pulled over and had to pry it out of her mouth. It took a layer of skin off under her tongue and on the inside of her bottom gums. It looks like a dime sized blood blister. I'm going to email the company and we'll be throwing away the rattle. They need to make this piece larger so babies cannot stick the whole thing in their mouths! I am adding a picture of the rattle.Want Hohner 4 Piece Baby Band Discount?
My son was 10 months old when we purchased this item for him and he loves making noise with all the pieces. Since every baby is different, I think it unfair to lower the rating of this item if the child doesn't play with it regularly. I agree that the rainmaker is a little wide but our 10 month old had no problems picking it up and throwing it around. As another reviewer said, it also rolls great on the floor and makes lots of noise. The bell and the rattle both have handles, making those easier for children to grasp. The tambourine or clacker has a sideways handle and it took a few weeks for our son to figure this one out. If your baby likes to make noise, these are the perfect toy. Even if they can't figure it out immediately, give them time. Inevitably, if it makes noise our son figures out how to throw it!Quality-wise these toys are great. Our son is a thrower (not sure how to stop that, taking advice!) and the toys have no scuffs, dents, etc. The carrying case is great for when we travel. Nice and compact. We're very happy with the quality and play value of this toy and would recommend to others. Thank you. There are some major drawbacks to this set, but there are also elements that I really like. First, the toys are too big to be used by a baby. My son is 8 months and quite big for his age. The tambourine is completely unmanageable for him. The rainmaker is too fat for him to pick up but he can roll it on the ground, which he enjoys sometimes. The bell is easy to grasp for a baby but too heavy to shake well.
On the other hand, the rattle is just the right size for a 6-12 month old and my son really likes it. And I must admit that although the bell is heavy for my son, he loves it... If he catches a peek of the bell anywhere in the room, he will make a bee line for it. And he has now figured out that it is much easier to shake if he uses both hands.

Fisher-Price Stride-To-Ride Lion
Buy Fisher-Price Stride-To-Ride Lion Now
We bought this for our little girl when she was 8 months old. The lion is very cute, has a big purple nose that lights up when pushed, and it plays music. It really encouraged our daughter to walk and within a couple of weeks she was walking without holding onto anything. Now she's 13 months old and uses it as a ride on toy. You don't have to push the nose in order to get the music to play, sometimes it plays when you push it around. Great toy, highly recommend! As others have suggested, the lion moves too quickly (at least on hardwood floors) for a beginning walker to manage. Our 11-1/2 month-old, however, solved the problem by turning the lion sideways and pushing. She loves it, and it hasn't scratched up the floors at all. She can manage it from behind on deep-pile rugs, but I think the angle she uses to push it sideways is more comfortable. This is a great walker. I was hesitant to buy it at first since I found other walkers that had brakes on the wheels and this one does not. That has not seemed to make a difference however, as my 8 1/2 month old son has learned very quickly how to push it without letting it get away from him. I purchased this a little over a week ago and my son is fixated on this and wants to "walk" everywhere with it. It has a wide wheel base and is very sturdy. Great walker!
