My grandson is really into skateboarding and monsters, so he was super excited about this little toy. It is very sturdy and I have no doubt it will survive not only this 6 yr old little boy, but many more. I am really surprised by the "tricks" and stunts he can do with this toy using his fingers. If fun is not enough reason to buy a toy, then realize that every child needs to practice dexterity!

We purchased these for our daughter when she was about 18 months old and she has always really enjoyed them! They are a good step up from the simple chunky wooden puzzles and offer a bit more of a challenge to her at this point. She loves searching through the set to find the matching tails for all the animals -overall they are quite entertaining for her! The puzzle pieces are thick & sturdy she's been playing with them for about 3 months now and so far the only signs of wear & tear are on the box the puzzle pieces still look great! And speaking of the box . . . my one small complaint is that the little rope handle that goes over the box lid is so short that it is difficult for us (parents) to open and therefore nearly impossible for our daughter to open hence the ripped lid of the box. But, I guess I don't know if we just somehow ended up with a shorter handle than most of them have. We bought this for our daughter's second birthday. She has recently shown more interest in puzzles and can do most peg puzzles on her own. She absolutely loves this. It is fun for her to find the matches, say the animal names or sounds, and put the pieces together. She sometimes needs help, but she can usually put the pieces together by herself once she has a match. This is a nice intermediate puzzle to move her to the next level from peg puzzles to regular ones and a great activity to do together. The pieces are very sturdy, but a child who is used to wood puzzles needs to be watched or they may chew on the pieces.
The noise feature on this is so weak I thought it was broken. It is so hard to get it to make noise and the noise is not loud or clear. I would highly recommend the regular Whoozit Whoozit Baby Activity Toy, Ages 0+ 1 ea or Tizoo Whoozit Baby Tizoo version for a girl over this version. My kids loved those and I actually returned this one to get a regular Whoozit for my friend instead.
If you have to share the bathtub/shower with your baby, the curtain won't close around this item. We only have 1 bathroom and can't use it for that reason. Would be good if the child had their own bathroom though.

After reading some reviews on this, I was surprised that it was much bigger than I expected. We don't use it for toy storage, instead I use it for my daughter's cups of water that she usually puts on the edge of the tub and drips water everywhere. She loves it. We got this for our 7 month old daughter for Christmas and she loves it. I also thought it seemed small when we got it, but it fits perfectly in her hand. She loses interest in her other toys that rattle pretty quickly, but she holds onto this for a long time. She also likes to chew on the balls on the top. It is worth the price.

Makes a nice jingling sound, easy to grasp and shake, when baby got older he wanted me to take the bell out for him. :\ Very sturdy and well-made, not soft wood (many Melissa and Doug toys are so soft that they get marred very easily; we have found that Selecta toys such as this one are more durable due to the harder wood).It's such a simple rattle but I've seen toddlers break out into fights in order to play with this toy. In fact, I bought one for my 9-mth daughter after seeing her manhandling a poor little boy who brought it to the play group. She's older now but still gets a kick out of shaking it and ringing the bells when we sing songs. The wood is saliva-proof and it looks as in as good shape as when I first bought it six months ago.
When children 1-4 years old visit with their parents, I like for them to have something to occupy their time. These blocks do the trick. My how the children (and adults) love to play with them. As a teacher, I find the educational value to be excellent. I would recommend them because they help children to recognize the primary colors, building different objects, spacial planning and counting to name a few uses. These are excellent manipulatives that help children with hand & eye coordination as they are playing. I would highly recommend these blocks.

This item is bulky. Its bigger than it needs to be. The wind up factor is a hassle. The music only last about 20 seconds. I kept having to go back and forth to keep winding up the mobile. Id rather it take batteries. As for it being "on the go" i give it an F. You need to pull up the animals to make them shorter or they will be right in the babies face. The animals do not stay pulled back, they kept falling and draged across my babies face. Poor little guy. I returned this item asap!

My daughter received this toy for Christmas last year. She loved playing with it. But it didn't even last a year. I had to change the batteries frequently. In fact, of all of her toys (she's 19 months old), this is the only toy that has required me to change the batteries, and I have changed them probably four times in the last 10 months. She doesn't play with this everyday, either. I will say that even though it is now dead, she still likes to use her imagination and pretend to talk on the phone. But she is disappointed she doesn't hear a quack when she pushes the duck button or a ribbit when she presses the frog button.

It is a lot bigger than what I was expecting but I have not complaints! I love the unique design of this car seat toy. Also they state that car seat toys are not safe if they were to be in a collision since the hard toys can hit the baby, but this car seat toy is perfectly safe since it is a soft pillowy fabric! I bought this table because it seemed reasonalby priced for my needs. I have a 2 and a 4 year old who use it. The problem is that keep falling off it. The benches seem too small and too close tothe table so when they are getting on and off the seat they fall backwards. So not too safe for them to use .

This is easy to put together. It took me about 15 min. Pretty good size for my 16 mo old dtr. She eats, drinks, has a tea party w/stuffed animals and draws at this table. I'm not sure how durable this is though. It's so light that she can drag it around the room, but if it was heavy duty, I guess I can't get it for this price. As my dtr is very tiny, I'm guessing she can use it for the next 2 yrs or so. The reason I didn't give 5 star rating is that from the very first piece that I pulled out of the box, everything was dirty. I was able to just wipe them w/office whips relatively easy, but it was anoying as you got excited opening the box. A kid can fall back as there's no back to the chairs, but as any other toys for little toddlers, you have to be there and watch the child closely. My dtr fell once, but she got up right away and sat on the chair like nothing happened. So far, my dtr loves it and I am happy with it. OMG I cant believe I actually bought this product. It doesn't do what it is suppose to do, as my son can pull it off the faucet. It doesn't fit my faucet, therefore it falls off too. The Velcro that comes attached to it do nothing to help keep it on. Ridiculously made product. My faucet is a standard size faucet, so I'm going to assume that it probably doesn't fit most other bathtub faucet.
