Nuby Icy Bite Teether (Ages 3M+)

My daughter actually quite likes this teether, and it seems to sooth her for a while when her gums are playing up. She's 4 1/2months old and the packaging says for 4months+, we were given this as a gift, not bough from Amazon.

I was watching her chew on it for a while, and she was really going for it, quite content and then I noticed the blood dripping form her lip. She was chewing on the ring, not the keys, where the Nuby logo is, the lettering is slightly raised, and apparently sharp, as it has cut her gum. She's now sore and crying and getting blood all over everything. Her teeth have not yet come through, so it's not from her own tooth, it really was the ring. I'm writing a stern letter to Nuby, as this is not acceptable.

I don't like the hard plastic logo which can be abrasive to gums. The hard plastic key bases aren't good either. The frozen gel doesn't seem to remain cooler longer than the water-based ones. At least the keys can reach the molars. It's BPA and latex free, but they use a variety of different chemical elastomers for the ring and for the sides of the key bases.

This was one of my son's favorite toys. And it did a great job of relieving his teething tension. Then one day I noticed that his teeth were scratching off the white paint on the red logo at the center of the main ring. Sine then, we have retired the toy since I do not want him eating the paint. It's too bad it was not constructed better since he loved it so much.

If there was an option for zero stars, that is what I would've rated this product. After letting my 6 month old use this product as intended (for teething!) for less than one hour, I noticed the white paint around the "Nuby" logo was actually chipping off!! I will not purchase Nuby products again and hope this product is recalled soon. Babys should not be eating paint!!

These are just okay. I figured since they were called "icy bite" that you would be able to freeze them, but according to the product instructions you are only supposed to cool them in the refrigerator. Doing that doesn't seem to get them very cold. My son plays and chews on them occasionally, but doesn't seem enamored with them. He definitely prefers his Nuby Softeez teethers as far as the texture goes. If these can't be frozen they're basically just keys and there are cheaper and better ones out there.

Mobile Blossom Butterfly

My son is 6 weeks old, and we bought this when he was about 4 weeks and hung it above his changing table. He's been staring at it for a couple weeks but now he smiles and follows the butterflies when I spin them. He's started talking to them. I like that it's made of fabric so it's soft, each bug detaches with magnets and the center part which is mirrors and bells also Velcros off to be each own toy. I also really like that even those it's 'butterflies' it's not very girly and goes with our bug theme. I will definitely purchase more Haba toys in the future.

This mobile is perfect. It is very good quality for the price. It looks great and my 3 month old daughter likes it. The "butterflies" are attached by magnets so they can be taken off and played with. The colors are vibrant but not over the top. Although the butterflies don't look like actual butterflies, they are very cute. I also like that it hangs from the ceiling and doesn't play music. Over all very pleased with this mobile!

My daughter loved this mobile. The butterflies come off and are rattles, which is a fun touch. It washed great because its plush. The colors are vibrant, a bit more on the pastel side, and to me, it seems more befitting for a girls room.

Early Years Rocket Baby Activity Set

I bought this for my daughter (11 mo.) because she really enjoys the Melissa & Doug-type fill and spill toys. She's at an age where she LOVES unpacking things (my purse, her diaper bag, my husband's gym bag), so I was hoping to give her another, more age-appropriate alternative. This toy captured her attention right away. The flying saucer and shooting star rattle when shaken, the moon crinkles, the alien is a bean bag, and the puppy barks, so there are lots of things to do and explore. My daughter smiles every time the puppy barks, and she seems particularly fond of the moon and the star.

We have already found lots of ways to play with this toy. She is very interested in learning the names of objects right now, and this toy is great for that. She'll point at one of the pieces, we'll name it ("star"), she'll move on to the next one ("puppy"), and so on. She also likes to practice "sharing" by giving me one of the pieces and waiting for me to to hand it back. And, of course, the pieces are fun for throwing, shaking, and chewing. So far, we've gotten a lot of play out of it.

The only drawback is that it's tough for her little hands to pull some of the pieces out. If you stuff everything into the rocket, she can get the objects at the top without much trouble, but she can't pull them from all the way down in the bottom. The manufacturer's suggested age for this toy is 12+ months, so she may just be a bit young for it. In the mean time, we help her get the toys from the bottom of the rocket, or we put them in a larger container for her. Overall, she enjoys this toy quite a bit.

This is an awesome product. Includes 5 little space-theme toys that all fit inside the rocketship, and there's even a window so the "astronaut" can peek out. Every piece does something (rattle, crinkle, etc.) so it all holds my 1 year old's attention. He loves taking all the things out and putting them back in. Plus there is a decent mirror on the bottom of the rocketship too, plus a ring on top if you wanted to sttach it to a car seat, stroller, etc. Couldn't find anything like this in the toy store but very glad I found it here.

I bought this set for my niece on her 1st birthday, and it was an instant hit. Each toy has a different texture so she loves to grab them all. The only downfall is that the toys are a tight squeeze into the rocket... I'd like it better if she could put them in/take them out on her own. Still a great buy, though.

I don't really consider this a toy. It is a great Webkinz product and the kids really love charms. I bought this specifically because my grandchildren love Webkinz and they also have a real life PUG. So it was not really meant as a toy , but more as something they really care about. In that respect it is very special to them and to me. So it was a good buy.

I researched many walkers before purchasing this one. Its made from wood and metal and is incredible quality. Its so sturdy. My son is 28 pounds at 10 months old and for him learning to walk this is perfect. No matter how hard he pulls on it or falls while using it, it does not tip over. My son can crouch behind it and pull up to standing and it does not tip over. I think its because the handle is shaped in a way that directs any force downward to prevent any tipping. The wheels have a rubber tread on them that lets it go smoothly on carpet and slows it down on our hardwood and tile. My little boy pulled up on the handle and walked behind it (for the first time ever) the day we got it! He loves his little wagon and pushes it all over the house. We put his teddy and some blocks in there or a favorite book and he screeches with delight that hes pushing those things around. BTW the walker is great empty too...you dont have to weight it down at all like some of the plastic ones.

This is such great quality, and a beautiful product and Im so glad we got it. Its going to last for this baby and future babies and beyond.

I did a lot of reading reviews of all the wooden baby walkers and decided to go with this one just a few days before our kid's 1st birthday. It's not the $140-200 version of a wooden walker, but it's also not plastic or toxic-paint-fumed wood. I am thrilled with this purchase! The price is perfect for a well-crafted wooden cart, and with Prime shipping it arrived on her birthday as promised. Our daughter isn't walking yet on her own, but she immediately pulled up on this and took off, happy with her independence and smiling proudly. A few minutes later her friend had climbed in it, and our daughter pushed her around, both of them laughing hysterically. Obviously a toy like this should not be used unsupervised, because it could tip over and cause injury, but this really is a stable walker, low to the ground, good rubber grip on the wheels with a really well-made handle. Every day since we got it our kid spends lots of time pushing it around, then crawling in it and holding on while we push her around. Yes you will spend a good amount of time pushing your kid around in it, and the handle is kid-size, so bend your knees and try to keep your back straight. We took it outside, and she instantly started putting rocks and grass in it and pushing that around to unload it somewhere else. She also got in it one day and started propelling herself forward by rolling the wheels. It's amazing all the concepts she is putting together with this one item.

I had debated about this version vs the Original Activity Walker Supports Those First Steps, and after we realized that one is actually smaller than the blue/red one we went with this one. I'm glad we did. This one is still very small (and we have a tiny house), but if it was any smaller our daughter wouldn't be able to crawl in and out of it, which at this point is very important to her. I see her enjoying this for a long time, even after she walks solo, pushing her toys around and scaring the cats and dogs.

My family owns a toy shop and this is the ONLY baby walker we sold as you cannot find better, sturdier, safer and well designed. The handle is shaped so that babies that cannot walk yet can pull themselves up safely without the walker tipping over (even with nothing in the wagon). The wheels have a center of rubber so that they do not slide even on wooden floors, also (as my mother was most concerned about) was the wooden front being rammed into furniture the design is so well done, the wheels come out about 1" from the front so that all that hits on the furniture is the rubber of the wheels and does not leave marks (even on wood). Prices vary, but i would pay ANYTHING for this, but nicely enough, it is one of the cheapest on the market especially for wood. Good luck trying to get your hands on these though as they seem to be sold out all over the place i had to put in 7 different orders to get 1, but it is worth it!

We've been using this wagon for two years nowand it is wonderful! Heavy, so that it does not tip over when my son leans on the handlebars, but still maneuverable for a 1-3 year-old. I purchased this fruit tote before my daughter Clara was born. We have found that they are just the right size for little hands to hold & little mouths to chew on. Clara (now 6 mos) has hugged, chewed and batted at them since she was just a few weeks old. The watermelon, pear and grapes fit very nicely when 'threaded' through 'C' clips that come with activity mats. Clara's activity mat came with some hard toys to dangle from C clips over her head & we discovered very quickly that the fruit were a better choice since she would bat at them & get hit in the head & since the hard plastic toys were also not good for chewing. I bought this as a Christmas present for my 7 month old son and he absolutely loves it. He will sit in the dinaosaur and kick the balls around, a great way to learn balance while sitting and kicking. I'd say the best toy we own. When we take it to go we throw other toys in such as blocks and rattles and he's set. Even our friends 18m and 3y old couldn't resist playing with it.

The only think you might want to know that other people haven't mentioned is that the included balls are soft and tend to dent. they are not like the hard balls in a ball pit at chuck-e-cheese. I consider this a good thing as they are safer for babies or toddlers when they fall on them.

I got this for my nephew for his 1st BDay because he's obsessed with balls and I thought going this route instead of a full on ball pit would keep my brother in law from coming after me! well the balls still get all over the floor but he has fun popping them in and out of the lil holes on the sides. My daughter got this as a gift at birth and it is her favorite toy. I have had not problems with quality. We bring it everywhere to entertain her.

I was very excited to put this toy in my daughter's stocking for Christmas. I thought it would be very intriguing with the colors, small mirrored nose and noise makers. My daughter rarely plays with it. The threading in between two of the strips came undone. I don't think it will affect the safety of the item, but for the price I paid, I expect a better quality.

I'm glad Amazon is carrying this product, we used to buy from a specialty place at higher price. My daughter grinds her teeth, and she will chew on this in place of the grinding we have to remind her a lot. Lasts pretty long, but replace when it begins to break will break as a bite hole or split, but pieces do not fall off or anything like that. She also likes the green one with bumps. We only use the "T" shape.

Shining Stars Pegasus

These toys are soft and adorable! On top of that you're giving them a real star! How cool is that? Half of my grandkids are now planning to be astronauts! They use the Nasa site to check on their stars and usually end up widening their search. The teens and preteens really enjoy the game site. In addition to all this a portion of the profits goes to children's charities. I have rarely been happier with a gift I've purchased.

I gave this Shining Star Pegasus to my seven year old granddaughter for Christmas. When she opened the package, she just looked at it and put it aside. I guess it will just be thrown in with the rest of her stuffed animals.

The only educational value that I can see with this toy is the fact that she went on the computer to register it. However, there are so many stuffed animals on the market now that can be registered, this is just one more to find a place to display it after the registration. I thought that it was kind of cute, but she didn't seem all that thrilled with it. No more of these as gifts unless she specifically asks for one.

Tolo Toys Puzzle Ball

This ball comes apart and is very easy to put together. It's only two pieces with a cilindrical rattle that goes in the middle. The clickers and squeakers get ignored, but my daughter loves rolling the ball and taking it apart to rebuild it.

My son is almost two, I got this for him when he was around 12 months old. The individual parts make ok rattles, but the puzzle ball was too difficult for him to take apart or put together when he was one. I'm not sure if he could do it now because he has little interest in it. The squeekers are hard for a small child to operate and the ball is large for small hands.

This is Tolo Toys quality very good. It makes a rattle noise, there are buttons to push that squeak, and the red knobs turn. It is three, interlocking pieces. My 14-month old is not captivated by it, however.
