Electronic Kid's Sing Along Recordable Toy Microphone by B. Okiedeokie - Papaya

Electronic Kid's Sing Along Recordable Toy Microphone by B. Okiedeokie - PapayaWe purchased this for our Daughter to replace the yellow one she owned made by Parents. The Parents one worked Great & basically is the exact same microphone. Our Daughter only likes PINK & wanted this one because it was prettier than her yellow one. We could not find one that RECORDS made in PINK. The Parents one has better sound quality! So we sacrificed sound quality for a prettier microphone. But she still uses it daily! The record feature is wonderful!

I am glad I decided to make sure this toy worked before I gave it to my children. (I bought 2 of them.) The only way to amplify your voice is to talk directly into the top of the microphone and your mouth has be be touching the mic. I am returning both microphones.

My two year old daughter loves to sing along to all of the little songs this plays, and puts on little shows for family when they come over. It is a really nice size, and is easy for her tiny hands to find the right buttons, she just needs help turning it on, but can turn it off all by herself. The volume knob on the bottom is a really nice feature, I could do without the slow down/speed up feature.

I bought this for my little 8month old baby to sing along in church with us. She loves it. We even recorded ourselves singing twinkle twinkle to her. So she always has her parents singing to her.

Fisher Price Nesting Action Vehicles

Fisher Price Nesting Action VehiclesThis is a wonderful toy that is fun, educational, and affordable! The cars are different colors, and each has a different number, 1 4, to help a child learn counting and colors. They also stack on top of each other and nest inside of each other.(The nesting feature is great for storage too). Each car has a neat fun feature for little ones to explore (e.g., the small car is also a rattle, the large fire truck's ladder moves, etc.) The cars are also very sturdy (as has been proven by my son repeatedly banging them together,) and they are easy for little hands to grab onto. At 6 months of age, my son really enjoys looking at the toys, passing them from one hand to the other, banging them together, and, of course, putting them in his mouth. I imagine this toy will remain one of my son's favorites as he learns to stack them and roll them on the floor. I would highly recommend this item.

My son got these cars when he was about 10 months old. He is now 20 months old and still loves to play with them just as much as when he first got them! They teach so many things! At first he just liked to push them around. Then he soon realized that they could "hide" in one another. A couple of months ago he found out that they could stack on top of one another. When he was about a year old, I started to show him that the cars have numbers on them, so now when I say "Bring mommie the number 2 police car", he runs over and gets it! About a month ago he started working on holding more than one car in each hand, which is possible if he gets his little fingers in the holes in the top of the cars! He also loves to face them all the same way, end to end according to size! All in all he still plays with them for hours on end!

I recently bought this toy set for my 15 month-old grandson, and he just loves playing with it, in so many different ways. He loves to roll them around and especially likes snapping the fire truck's ladder up and down. He thinks it's great when I put them all together, then gradually remove each car, revealing the slightly smaller one nested inside. He also loves it when I stack them on top of one another, then he knocks them down.

He is having a wonderful time trying to figure out how to nest them and stack them himself. They even hold up well to his favorite thing to do with most everything--pounding! I'm sure he'll find many more ways to play with them before long! I certainly think they're worth the small amount I paid for them.

I bought these for my 1 1/2 year old, and he loves them (and so does his 5-year old brother). They both stack the cars, hide them and "vrroomm" them. It is great to find a toy that doesn't need batteries or require an engineering degree to put together!

Highly recommended.

My son loves this stacking toy. It is much more fun than the stackable rings toy even though he does have that one too. All the boys at our baby group have it and the babies who don't always come up to see what it is all about! You can't go wrong with this purchase.

Woodours Daddy and Baby Bear Interactive Playset

Woodours Daddy and Baby Bear Interactive PlaysetMy little one is now 15 months old and loves her Woodours Papa bear and baby bear. As a native French speaker, I wanted my daughter to have a toy that reminded me of so many of my childhood toys from Europe. This toy fits the bill. She loves the flower and the fact that she can flip it to different sides to get a different look. The fishing pole is adorable and she often pulls it out and plays with the small swinging felt fish. The retracting fish in the green sack is always a surprise for her as it slithers back into the sack and she smiles as it moves and disappears. She spends lots of time shaking the baby bear and listening to it rattle and the squeaky papa bear nose, though hard for her to squeak, makes both my daughter and dog smile (and wag their tail). As others have said, this is a well made toy with lots of fun options. Many times I find the baby bear being hugged and wrapped around my daughters arm by her. She was given this from her papa for her 1st birthday and though I know that younger kids can play with it, it wasn't until she was about 13 to 14 months old that she actually was drawn to the bear and could play with all of the parts and pieces. She seems to enjoy hugging this bear and playing it with more then most of her other toys at this stage. Maybe it's because she relates to the papa/baby combo like she and her papa have, or maybe she just loves all of the cute textures, colors and options. I would recommend this as a long term investment and a toy that won't fall apart and will be cherished for years to come!

I was pleased with the quality of the bears. They clean up well and are a great option for a little boy. He enjoys the vibrating fish. The fishing pole and flower are easily lost, so just make sure to keep an eye on them if taking the bear out of the house.

Buy Woodours Daddy and Baby Bear Interactive Playset Now

My husband and I bought this bear for our son's first Christmas. It's now been a few months since we got it, so here are some of my impressions.

First of all, this is not a daddy bear. Oh, I know, it looks like a daddy bear. I thought it was a daddy bear. We wanted it to be a daddy bear. But on Christmas morning, when my four-year-old and two-year-old watched their baby brother open his present, they immediately said, "Aw, it's a mommy bear!" I tried to persuade them otherwise, but I was wrong. Know why? Because the tummy opens. And the baby bear fits inside. There is no picture showing that on the site here and so I totally didn't think of the correlation when I initially looked at it. But yeah. Kids know that daddies can't have babies in their abdomens. Only mommies do that. That makes this bear a mommy bear.

Second, if you're looking for a cuddly, tuck-under-the-arm-and-take-everywhere bear, this isn't it. In retrospect, I sort of wish we'd gotten just a plain old plush bear. Yes, this is super cute and well-made, and there are no choking hazards (like the noses on some bears). The fur is a neat sort of wooly texture. BUT it's not soft and plushy like the kinds of bears that kids usually gravitate toward actually cuddling with. Meaning, the fur isn't soft, but the body isn't really squishy either. It's also kind of awkward to hold, because the bear's bottom is so disproportionately big. More on that next.

Third, you know how the grown-up bear is sitting in the picture? As if it can sit up by itself? Well, it can't do that. Picture this scenario. You are on the floor with your baby, and you want him to like his new Christmas present. He spies the bear leaning against the couch and smiles. So you walk it slowly over, bobbing the head coyly. Baby loves it. Then you think you will set the bear down in front of the baby... only, you can't. The bear can't sit. You can hold him up so he is standing, or you can lay him down... awkwardly, because of the big bum issue... but he can't sit, because he's just not built that way. If you try to sit him by himself, he will just flop over. So you kind of hold him up and the baby plays with him until your arm gets tired and you have to lay the bear down awkwardly... which causes the baby to lose interest, because the bear just looks so awkward laying down like that.

Fourth... and these are not the most important points, but I'm going to mention them anyway... I think I'm just not that into the extra features after all. The fishing pole and flower stick in to the paws, and that is rather neat, but they don't really hold anyone's attention for long. None of us... my preschool aged kids included... are very interested in the opening belly feature. The baby bear fits in there, but it's tight. I guess I just think that the "toy" aspect of this bear is not really all that enticing. The baby bear does hold onto things, but not onto very big things, and this point our son just doesn't think much of it. He does like the big grown-up bear (you can pretend it's a daddy bear if you'd like, but my kids know better) but can't pick it up.

Fifth, is your little one going to sleep with this bear? If so, you'll need to take off/out all the extra things (including the baby bear) because they all crinkle, and the baby bear rattles. And there is nothing like a crinkly sound that accidentally wakes up baby during naptime to make everybody sad! I had thought to just let the baby bear stay in bed with my little one, but the rattle makes that impossible. I have left the big bear near him during naptime a few times, though, and he has been very gleeful to find it near him, so it may be that he will enjoy snuggling with it more as he grows.

Overall, you'll notice that I still gave this four stars, because I do think it's an adorable bear and very well-made, and my son likes it, even if he's not quite sure what to do with it. I think in retrospect, we likely would have just gotten a simple, nicely made, no-choking-hazards plush bear, because what we really wanted was a safe, soft bear that would be a buddy to sleep with kind of bear, not so much an activity center. And I think trying to achieve both made us succeed in achieving neither. Granted, our son is only eleven months old now, so he may play with it more later on, but I wanted to leave my current perspective here for other parents who may be considering getting this for a baby. It's definitely a cute bear, and it's great that it is so safe, but you may want to consider whether you really want a bear with the extra features like this or if you just want a traditional, soft, plush, snuggly teddy bear without the bells and whistles (or in this case, the crinkly sounds and unique fabrics).

I absolutely love this toy! my now 3-months-old daughter is too little to play with it (the daddy bear is almost as tall as she is) but a friend's baby aged six months really liked it when they came to visit. even if it never becomes one of her favourite toys (which I doubt) it will make a great nursery decoration. very very well made, everything as shown in the video description. the only cons not a good toy for teething/sticking-everything-in-the-mouth period, just like any other fluffy toy. but otherwise worth the money.

I purchased this Daddy and Baby Bear for my husband as a gift before our baby comes. He thought it was one of the greatest things ever. The little activities are perfect. Yes, the baby bear can sit inside the stomach, BUT he can also wrap around neck with velcro hands or sit alone. The fishing pole and knapsack are SO cute! This is the perfect little set and paired with the book, a perfect gift. I also love the Daddy Bear's tummy pattern my husband works in the forestry industry and the log pattern was a perfect compliment.

Plan Toys Preschool Cone Sorting

Plan Toys Preschool Cone SortingI have the old model of this toy, Plan Toys Cone Sorting and my 10 month old loves it so much, we decided to buy this new version for her cousin's first birthday. I decided to open it up to compare this new one and the old one. Here are some of the key differences:

This new model is recommended for 18+ months (versus 2+ years with the old model).

This new model has ridges on all of the outer rings, which makes for more secure stacking and more stacking possibilities (See photo).

This new model has a rounded top which allows for upside down stacking and perhaps creates less of a choking hazard.

This new model has a green base with ridges on top and bottom, which creates more stacking possibilities. The green color is also less likely to get stained. My natural base on the old model has gotten dirty and stained after only a of couple months.

This new model is made from sawdust and wood chips instead of organic rubberwood which results in a grainy look (versus the smooth look of the old model). Personally, I think the old model is more aesthetically pleasing.

This new model uses organic paint (the paint on the old model is still water-based and non-toxic, but not organic).

Overall, this new model appears even better than the old one, and I would definitely recommend it!

Also, here is my original review of the old model:

My 9 month old loves taking apart this toy. Every time we put it back together, she just has to demolish it. This toy also encouraged her to start crawling. She would throw one of the inner cylinders, and then crawl after it to fetch it. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the cylinders will end up rolling everywhere... under the couch, the t.v., etc., so it's kind of annoying to keep digging them out, but scattering the pieces and watching them roll is half the fun for the baby. If you plan on giving this to an infant, just be sure to watch them closely or take away the light green piece... it seemed a little dangerous when I saw my baby chewing on the end of it.

First we got Squacky and Apollo and then my son said "where's Sweet pea Sue and Cowbella" so now the gang is all here. All look just like they are on tv

Cowbella's plush is as wonderful as all of the other small, soft Pajanimals plush toys.

She is soft, snuggly and just the right size for cuddling. What is more, she actually looks like the character from the show, which is important, as so often with shows like this, the merchandise isn't actually a good match for what you see on television. As you would expect for a character called a "Pajanimal," she is actually wearing soft pajamas, and they feature a pattern of flowers and the initials "CB." As an added bonus, she has a hanger on the top, if you wish to use her ornamentally. Definitely a fantastic item for any fan of the show!

Petit Collage Nesting Blocks, Modern Jumble

Petit Collage Nesting Blocks, Modern JumbleCute design but VERY cheap product. $24 for cardboard with wrapping paper glued to each side. Best for storing small pieces in the "boxes." Concept of Russian stacking dolls but NOT of wood or any material that will last. Would be better to send the cardboard boxes, glue and pieces of paper so the kid could glue the pieces to the cardboard and learn that way.

I hesitated, at first, ordering these blocks after reading an unfavorable review, however decided to risk it and assess them for myself, and I'm glad I did!

I bought these blocks to replace a set of blocks we were given as a gift. While my toddler enjoyed stacking those other blocks, he was not drawn to the chaotic artwork. I limit the number of toys in my home, and so I was looking for another set which had more appeal and "play-value." As soon as I pulled out this set made by Petit Collage, my toddler was drawn to them. He not only loves stacking them -he likes talking about the colors, the shapes, the numbers, and the simple graphic images of familiar objects such as an apple, a flower, a sun, a moon, a heart, etc...

The other reviewer stated these blocks are not durable -and it's true that they are not heavily laminated in the way other sets of cardboard nesting boxes might be, but they serve their purpose well. They are beautiful and perfect for indoor play!

My toddler and I are enjoying these very much -thank you to Petit Collage for creating such a nicely designed toy.

VTech Pour and Float Froggy Electronic Bath Toy

VTech Pour and Float Froggy Electronic Bath ToyI've been looking for a bath to that squirts water without me having to wind something up all of the time and this fits the bill. I like the music too; it plays several Caribbean steel drum tunes which I like as much as my 1 year old. Also, it squirts water pretty strongly which he likes too. His favorite part is the water wheel between the frog's feet though. It floats and doesn't hold water so no mold if you let it drain. Overall, I'd recommend this toy for about 9mo and up.

My son loves playing in the tub and loves when we squirt him with water, so I knew this toy would be a hit. He's only 9 months old and learned quickly how to hit the button on his belly to make the water come out. Definitely recommend this toy...it's great!

My son received this toy as a gift for his first birthday. It is awesome! It pulls water from the back and sprays water in five jets. I will admit my daughter, who is four, enjoys it more. The jets of water made my son a little nervous at first, but now he enjoys them. The only major con I can think of is that it is larger than most bath toys, so make sure you've got adequate room to store it.

Fisher-Price Play My Way Workshop

Fisher-Price Play My Way WorkshopWe have had this tool set for four months now and my son is still banging around on it. It covers all the basics of a tool set and stores compactly in its own bin. We did not get the "customizable play center" that can go with this; we just play with it on the floor or on a table. My toddler son can use the hammer and saw with ease, but the screw driver and wrench will take a little more work on those fine motor skills. It is made of very durable plastic, but there are no sharp edges. We also have the kitchen set which is equally fun and storable.

I have an almost 4 year old and a 15 month old. Both LOVE this toy. We considered buying another because they fight over the pieces, but figured they need to learn to share sometime. Some of the pieces are a little small, so the 2 year age appropriateness is probably correct. This is our third child with another on the way, so we're not as cautious. Definitely would not allow our 15 month old to walk around with the screwdriver, bolts or nails. I would look for this elsewhere. I only payed $15 for mine.

FAO Schwarz Baby Monkey Pull Toy

FAO Schwarz Baby Monkey Pull ToyThe string that the child is supposed to pull the toy with is about 5 inches long...so unless you tie something to that to make it longer, I can't imagine my child using it as intended because he will get so fed up with it running into him before it becomes entertaining. Other than that, it's super cute and really good quality.

I purchased this at Toys R Us, which actually has better pricing than amazon and I got it a store closing, so it was even cheaper. I am not sure I would purchase this at full price, but the plush monkey and banana are high quality and the wood wheel mechanism is very nice. If your child is small, you can detach the wooden part so that he doesn't hurt himself.

ChatterblocksVery nice quality and very easy on the eyes. Not only do my kids 7 and 4 love them we love to look at them too! Larger in person then expected but a wonderful addition to the house. Shipped timely.

Nice sepia toned letters.

This set along with the numbers & shapes is fun to try to figure out how many words we can make with the limited number of letters available at any given time. We were a bit disappointed in the finish & the quality of the finished product (somewhat rough

not smooth as expected). The letters were not consistently the same color as if the color was either not put on properly or rubbed off before packing. Nevertheless we are having a great time with them.

Thinkativity Imagine and Learn Musical Mixer

Thinkativity Imagine and Learn Musical MixerMy 2 year old daughter absolutely loves this toy! She is a whiz at it. She plays with it for hours. She is so excited when she plays this. She got it last year for her birthday and is still playing with it 6 months later. It so cute. It helped her learn different foods and words. If she can't find the right thing to make one of the recipes, it gives her hints to find the right food groups...helping her learn her colors too! I can't say enough good things about this toy! If I could I would nominate it for a toy of the year award!

We were very excited about this toy a relative who is a chef gave it to my 2 1/2 year old daughter for Christmas 2009. The toy seemed to work, in that it responds when the child puts the different pieces in the mixer. However after hearing my child get lots of "try again" type responses, I tried it myself. It didn't work as intended. The toy doesn't recognize the pieces/foods well. A third of the time it doesn't "see" a piece at all, a third of the time it thinks it's a different food, and a third of the time it correctly "sees" the food. Because of this, it is impossible to play the game of making certain foods by mixing and matching the pieces.

It was also difficult to tell if you were pushing the pieces in properly sometimes it would respond just to lightly push them into the spot, other times you'd have to push hard until it clicked in. How the item was pushed in did not improve the toy's accuracy at "seeing" the foods.

I would have given this one star, but since I didn't follow up with the manufacturer, I will give it a little benefit of the doubt that we just had a defective toy.

Kiddieland Disney Baby Princess Activity 4-in-1 Ride-On

Kiddieland Disney Baby Princess Activity 4-in-1 Ride-OnI am changing my review, but they wouldn't let me edit the star rating. I would give this a 4.75 star. Very durable on all accounts. My 3 year old son also plays, sits, rides, jumps and hangs on it as well. There are bumpers in the back and front to prevent falling over. This is a great product. My little girl has loved it since she got it. Though for some reason she really likes to go backwards on it. I just wanted to write this review to help those out who think the buttons stop working. The tricky thing is that there is only one set of batteries for all the moving/sound making parts. For some reason they stop working at different times. I found that when they all stopped working and I replaced the batteries all the parts started working again. The first to go is the front where all the disney princesses dance and move to the music. I think the last to go is the piano just in front of the seat. Because they are stopping at different times, you are under the assumption that it is not the batteries. Since some parts still function completely normal and some don't at all it appears to be a malfunction of some sort. Try new batteries and see if it doesn't fix the problems. This is a wonderful toy with piano, dancing disney princesses, magic mirrors, music, horse riding noises, storage, and push and ride on toy.

My daughter got this for her 1st birthday. We had two other walkers already but this one is much sturdier and more fun. There's a stopper on the back to prevent it from tipping backwardsbigger than the one in the front shown in the picture. There's storage under the seat, a piano, a horn, and plenty of buttons that make noises. It also plays 2 different songs when you push the trees in front and spins the figurines around. The old Disney Princess walker is not as sturdy as this one. Even my 3yr old can ride it without worrying she may break it. Very pleased!

Purchased this for my granddaughter's 1 year birthday. She loves it! It has lots of sounds and although I am very sound sensitive I do not find it too loud as other reviewers did, perhaps it has been toned down. It has a keyboard and it did not take long for her to make the connection. She loves to honk the horn. She raises the seat and places toys inside. It took a few weeks for her to master getting on and off due to her size. I think this toy will be enjoyed for a very long time.

Fisher-Price Potty time Elmo

Fisher-Price Potty time ElmoI bought this toy for my "almost-ready-to-potty-train" daughter hoping it would give her a gentle nudge. She loves Elmo and I thought it would keep her interest. The doll itself is cute and the sounds and comments he makes are cute but whatever sensor is in him to let him know he's on the potty are waaaaaay too exact for a potty-training toddler. My daughter has been saddened several times when she takes Elmo to the potty and sits him down only to be told that its too late. The doll itself doesn't sit well enough on the potty to have a sensor that exact. Perhaps the MOST disappointing factor of this toy is that it said it came with the Potty Elmo DVD when, in fact, it only comes with a "highlights" DVD. I bought this for the DVD and the doll and potty were bonus. Instead, I ended up with a doll that frustrates my toddler and a 15 minute sampler of the DVD I actually wanted.

My son loves Elmo. My mom bought him this to help him with his potty training however Elmo doesn't sit well on the potty. It's too small. Plus even when you put him on the potty he sometimes says "oops elmo didn't get to the potty". My son still likes it because he loves elmo but he can't use it for it's intended purpose.

However the potty that he comes with is very small and very heard even for me to keep him balanced on it, they need to make the potty bigger for him to sit on. I like how if Elmo doesnt get to the potty he will comment that accidents happen. The DVD only has clips of the Elmo goes potty movie. But is short enough my two year old will watch parts of it. Overall she likes the toy.

Awkward for a 2 year old to operate. Elmo doesn't sit on the potty very well.

I thought this toy sounded so great, but reality is it isn't so great. Hard for Elmo to sit on the toilet. Hard for my daughter to give Elmo his drink she tries putting it to his mouth and he keeps complaining about being thirsty so she ends up losing interest. I'd say it's a fine toy if I had paid $20, but given I didn't I wouldn't purchase it again.

I love it. I was searching everywhere for a baby doll that was close to my daughters complexion and this was perfect!

I gave this doll to my daughter at Christmas and for her, it was love at first sight! At the time, she was about 10 months old and she loved giving this doll kisses, hugs, and poking at the doll's eyes. She's had this for 5 months now and it's one of her favorite toys and she plays with it daily.

I chose this doll over others for several reasons. First, this doll is small and can be easily held by my baby in her arms. It has a bit of weight yet feels soft enough to be cuddled. Second, I love that the doll is machine washable! I've washed it a few times, and so far, the doll has held up perfectly, not a lash lost or even the slightest show of wear from daily play. Third, we are Latino and I wanted to find a doll that was similar in skin tone to our tawny skinned daughter because it was important for me as a mom for her to have at least one doll that looked liked her because there are not many dolls on the market that have a tan skin tone, most are either Caucasian or African American. And fourth, the price was just right!

Upon receiving the doll, I will admit, it does have a strong smell, but my daughter didn't seemed bother by it at all. It's important to note that the smell was greatly diminished after the first time we washed it and ever since, the scent has been faint, but pleasant. While some has mentioned that this particular doll has a weird greyish skin tone, I didn't find that to be the case with the doll I received. Best described, the skin tone was a medium tan w/a hint of a red undertone. The arms are a bit long, but I find that to be the case with many baby dolls so this didn't bother me a bit. My only complaint is that the baby bottle it comes with is rather cheap and flimsy, but not enough to remove a star. My daughter doesn't mind and so far, it's held up pretty good considering she uses it as a teething toy, but I went ahead and purchase the Melissa and Doug bottle and bib set for around $5.00 and it was a great addition to the doll!

Overall, the Adora Playtime Doll was a fantastic purchase for our daughter and I highly recommend it for both it's great quality and fair price point. It makes a great gift for babies just turning 1yrs old all the way to the toddler set.

Hello Sunshine Board Game

Hello Sunshine Board GameWhat a great game! We always love Think Fun games because of how creative and fun they are, while being educational at the same time. "Hello Sunshine" is no exception! My four year old loves picking out the cards and hiding the sunshine, while my two year old enjoys finding it. Really, it is perfect for every age. I love that my kids entertain themselves for hours with this game, and as a mom, I appreciate Sunshine's simple design of a self-containing plush toy, so I won't be stepping on small little choking hazards for weeks to come. I cannot recommend this great twist on a traditional Hide and Seek game...thank you Think Fun!!

Hello Sunshine was recommended by a friend in my toddler's playgroup. And it was a hit in our home w/our 2 year old little girl. She loves looking for Sunshine under tables, behind furniture and more. It's a great game to teach positional concepts, and my kids like it a lot.

I recieved the Hello Sunshine Game for my 18 month old girl. The premise is straightforward, easily understood and the little ones really enjoy it. I haven't found many enjoyable games for this specific young age group so Hello Sunshine is a positive stand out. It's our youngest's first choice game time and it was also a hit a our 1-2 year playgroup. My older children have also enjoyed playing it with the younger ones which gives Momma some time off and any game that can do that is a hit in my book.

Another genius game from Think Fun (check out Roll & Play if you have not yet!) made just for toddlers. The Sunshine Plush toy with the action cards help child understand concepts like `putting Sunshine behind your back' or `putting Sunshine under the table'. This is a fun and inventive game that my daughter finds really entertaining and amusing (and, yes, it is educational!).

Baby Spring Float Activity Center with Canopy

Baby Spring Float Activity Center with CanopyWe bought this float 3 summers ago and have really enjoyed it. It has held up well and both kids have really taken to it. In general, I think this is a great product. HOWEVER, we recently put our 26 pound daughter in it for a few minutes and while reaching for a toy in the water, she flipped the float over and was trapped upside down under water. I was standing right beside her and righted the float immediately and she was completely unphased, but it was scary to watch and could have been very dangerous if we weren't right there. As with all flotation devices, you MUST carefully monitor your children constantly. I do now question the upper bounds of the suggested weight limit of 28 pounds as I think this largely contributed to the accident she had. I am now in the market for a Coast Guard approved product for her.

I read a lot of reviews about this product from other users and finally bought it. We went to Orlando and it worked wonderfully. My son weighs less than 15 lbs and as long as enough air is in it, worked great!!! Would definitely recommend it.

I really wanted to find a float for my almost 4 mo old grandson and l bet I looked at a million of them before finally choosing this one. I was worried because most of these baby float things start at 9 mos and he is only 4 mos. But I must tell you, he absolutely LOVES this. He is just as happy as a clam in it and it's mesh seat is very comfortable. Of course you have to stand right there with your baby the whole time they're in the water but you're going to do that anyway. He thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread and cooed and squealed the whole time! It's a great way to get your baby acquainted with the water and have him feel safe and secure. My big boy is a tank so he has the weight and girth to make this work for him but if you have a skinny, tiny or lightweight baby, he or she may not sit as securely in it. The canopy adds a nice shade to protect his bald head from the sun. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to take their infant in the pool and have him be protected from the hot sun. Just keep them in the shallow end and kind of hold onto it but anyone with a brain is going to watch an infant in a pool like a hawk anyway. This is great!

I was concerned about this float ring supporting a 25-30 pound infant, but it did that just fine. It worked perfect in every way, and was easy to deflate and carry inside luggage. Our little grandson adored it and wasn't scared a bit.
