Fisher Price Nesting Action Vehicles

This is a wonderful toy that is fun, educational, and affordable! The cars are different colors, and each has a different number, 1 4, to help a child learn counting and colors. They also stack on top of each other and nest inside of each other.(The nesting feature is great for storage too). Each car has a neat fun feature for little ones to explore (e.g., the small car is also a rattle, the large fire truck's ladder moves, etc.) The cars are also very sturdy (as has been proven by my son repeatedly banging them together,) and they are easy for little hands to grab onto. At 6 months of age, my son really enjoys looking at the toys, passing them from one hand to the other, banging them together, and, of course, putting them in his mouth. I imagine this toy will remain one of my son's favorites as he learns to stack them and roll them on the floor. I would highly recommend this item.

My son got these cars when he was about 10 months old. He is now 20 months old and still loves to play with them just as much as when he first got them! They teach so many things! At first he just liked to push them around. Then he soon realized that they could "hide" in one another. A couple of months ago he found out that they could stack on top of one another. When he was about a year old, I started to show him that the cars have numbers on them, so now when I say "Bring mommie the number 2 police car", he runs over and gets it! About a month ago he started working on holding more than one car in each hand, which is possible if he gets his little fingers in the holes in the top of the cars! He also loves to face them all the same way, end to end according to size! All in all he still plays with them for hours on end!

I recently bought this toy set for my 15 month-old grandson, and he just loves playing with it, in so many different ways. He loves to roll them around and especially likes snapping the fire truck's ladder up and down. He thinks it's great when I put them all together, then gradually remove each car, revealing the slightly smaller one nested inside. He also loves it when I stack them on top of one another, then he knocks them down.

He is having a wonderful time trying to figure out how to nest them and stack them himself. They even hold up well to his favorite thing to do with most everything--pounding! I'm sure he'll find many more ways to play with them before long! I certainly think they're worth the small amount I paid for them.

Sassy Crib Mirror

The mirror is one of the only ones I've seen that is truly a mirror and not a toy with a bunch of stuff on it and a small mirror. I love the size and simplicity of it but it does not attach well to non-traditional cribs. If the crib's side is wide this mirror will not fit.

My three-month-old daughter loves watching herself in this mirror. I hook it over the arch on a Fisher-Price bouncer chair so that it is at her eye level, and she squeals and kicks her legs for a good 10-20 minutes (she's pretty high-maintenance, so this is a long time). The corners are rounded and soft, and the plastic mirror is easy to clean. It's such a simple toy--no lights or sounds, no batteries required--but for a baby her age, it's perfect.

My three-month-old adores looking at herself in this mirror attached to her crib. When I need a few minutes to get things done, I put her in her bed and she occupies herself "talking" to her image for a good 5-10 minutes. I'm giving it four stars instead of five because it came with a ripped seam in back but that does not affect its functionality.

My 2 year old has a few of these Toy Story dolls including Woody, Jessie, Buzz, and Bullseye. She absolutely loves these toys I must say, and carries them around with her everywhere we go. I love the size of these dolls, as they are big enough to act out play or ride on Bullseye, and small enough to tuck under her arm and tote around. The detailing is done nicely, the name ANDY is even sewn onto the bottom of their feet just like in the movie. There are no hard plastic parts, even on the face if that is an issue for you. As their shirts are white they do tend to collect a little dirt after some time, so I usually either handwash them with a clean dish brush or tie up in a pillow case so it doesnt get ruined and put on gentle cycle in the washing machine. Overall I would recommend this doll or any of the others to any Toy Story fan.

We ordered this as a stocking stuffer for our daughter so it hasn't been played with, yet. It sure looks cute and I am sure it will be enjoyed.

There was not a size listed in the amazon description, but it is quite small. A little over two inches tall. But it works nicely and is durable. The kids love it and I am still glad I bought it. I probably would not choose this over other Plan Toys items simply because it cost almost $10 after shipping and it is very small.

I didnt get this off Amazon, but my mom got one for my 3.5 month old for Christmas and she is OBSESSED with it. I can put it on her belly, hang it from her car seat, her stroller, her high chair, her bouncy seat, everything! Depending on how you wrap it you can show all different stimulatory textures and effects. She likes the feeling of the different fabrics, and she is always chewing on the crinkly ears and hard nose of the dog. I highly recommend this toy.

I had a monkey-themed shower and was happy to find these monkey-themed thank you notes. The product description didn't say how many notes came in the pack; there were only eight and I thought the price was a little steep for eight cards. Also, as I am writing out my thank you notes in the cards, I find that the glossy paper makes it difficult to write and the pen & ink get fussy and stop working. Given these two issues, I won't be buying more of these.

These are very cute, not very much room to write on and a little glossy. Worked ok with a fine point pen.

Dont be fooled by this bugs cute smile. The framework that holds the bug to the rocker is faulty and potnetially dangerous. We returned the first one because it came unattached inside the bug and could not be fixed since there is no access to interior. Our replacement is starting to come apart now as well and our 8 month old has hardly used it. For the price you should be getting a quality made product which this is not. Dont expect to get more than a few months of wear from this. I would never recommend.

I have no complains about this product my son loves it! But he did grow out of it quick, he really enjoyed it dough :)

This product was smaller than I anticipated. However I did not read the measurements prepurchase. The head is about the size of a half dollar. It is large enough to be safe and is not a choking hazard. I love the colors, paterns, and textures.

This is a fabulous toy. My daughter loves it (she is now 14 months and we got it when she turned 1). The wheels are made of rubber, so it doesn't scratch or make any noise. It is very sturdy and looks beautiful.

Vesper plays with it every day. She sits in it and "reads" her books; she pushes it around with her toys in it; she uses it to leverage herself onto higher planes (yikes!); and I'm sure she'll find other uses for it as she grows.

I am very happy with the purchase because it is natural wood, easy to clean, quiet, and will not fall apart. It is also sturdy enough for our child to climb in and out without tipping (though it has tipped when she's bounced her weight on the handle that's something to watch for).

I wish that it hadn't been so expensive, but if it lasts through this and perhaps other children, then I'm ok with that.

What a disappointment, especially because we ordered this for our daughter's birthday and we have to send it back because of the alarmingly poor quality. We decided to spend more on a HABA doll stroller so we would be assured of a non-toxic and high quality product. What we received was a stroller which had EXTREMELY wobbly wheels that feel like they are going to fall off at any moment. We looked for a way to tighten them, could not find any. Are they all like this? I hope not, perhaps this is a fluke, but I wanted to have this review up for others so they might think twice about placing trust in this "Made in Germany" product, which was a huge selling point for us. Other than the wheels, which are a huge problem, there is the problem of how it was advertised: "classic beechwood doll pram" and it actually is beech PLYWOOD, which I think they should state clearly.

We bought this stroller 3 years ago for our 1 yr old daughter's birthday. My daughter and son, who is 18 months older, have used the stroller on a daily basis for the last three years. My daughter is now 4 and my son 5. The stroller is used indoor and outdoors. My kids have easily pushed each other in it. When my 50 lb son is in the stroller, my daughter can't push him around corners on the carpet anymore because the the rubber has come off the wheels due to the weight. The rubber easily was put back on and the stroller has been doing fine. The stroller has been a space ship, a rocket launching pad, a doll buggy, a shipping cart, a race car (with or without a child in it), and an all around great toy. It has survived going down a slide at a park and accidental crashes into the wall. There are a few scratches, the rubber is still on the wheels and works great and has withstood the test of 2 children playing with all the time. I highly recommend this stroller and am going to buy it for my niece when she turns 1...despite the price.

I was so excited to buy the Phil Harmonic when I was still pregnant and the first stage is really soothing with beautiful music. And I still used it with my baby for the first few months. But then as the stages progressed the less soothing and interesting it became. To be honest the games in the fourth stage don't even make sense! It fact it's really annoying! Rather then let the child explore the sounds and music while pushing and sliding the buttons at a normal pace, the child hears "hit the lit button" over and over and over. Sad to say this one is collecting dust somewhere in my garage.

I bought this product for my granddaughter as she loves lights, sounds, music and shapes. I do not know how children of any age could learn how to use this toy because my daughter-in-law and I both had a very difficult time trying to figure it out. My granddaughter does love the lights and the sounds. I cannot see how educational this toy could possibly be for anyone younger than 14 or older.

It seems like a great toy, and it does deliver with lights, sounds, and nice renditions of kids songs. It has a nice concept of growing with your child, too, offering new functionalities based on age.

Unfortunately, where it falls very short is the repetitive voice that says to press a button. Most other electronic toys have an automatic shut off, rather than use a voice to remind you to push a button over and over again. It's unfortunate, but it's a significant design flaw that's annoying to parents and kids. Ours is gathering dust.

For its high price, I cannot recommend this item.

I was into this toy more than my kids. I like the music selections for Stage 1. They are so soothing. Neither of my kids got into the games for the older stages (6-18 mo.). However my nephew who is 6 enjoys the older stage games where they build songs with silly sounds.

My daughter has slept with Dolly since she was 7 months old. Now at 16 months, she "cares" for Dolly -shares her snacks, sippy, paci. She will make Dolly clap, fix her hair, etc. Dolly get loads of hugs and kisses. Dolly has become her security blanket and snuggles with her when she sleeps. At bed time, she kisses Dolly and puts her in the crib before she nurses. When I put her to bed, she grabs Dolly. When she wakes up, Dolly is the first thing she looks for. We do not leave home without her.

Dolly has been through the wash several times, and has held up wonderfully! Her dress has some pilling from washing, but I guess you gotta expect that, but she is perfect otherwise. We have bought a back up Dolly, as we would be in big trouble if we ever lost Dolly. In fact, she had back up Dolly when I was washing the original and she had a fit when she saw me put Dolly in the washer, so she carried around both.

Dolly also is all fabric and very soft (as are all Baby Gunds) so is the perfect first doll for any little girl. No hard plastic features. And Dolly is very cute too. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my new baby grand daughter. She is a thumb sucker and it is easy for her to hold while she is soothing herself with her thumb. It is so easy to toss in the laundry and comes out like new.

I received "Dolly" for my baby shower...my daughter started sleeping with it every night when she was 3 months old. I bought 2 more "back up dollys" in case we lost one or one was in the laundry. My daughter had reflux when she was an infant so, needless to say, Dolly got washed quite frequently. When one dolly was in the wash I would pull out a "back up dolly"...my plan worked great until one day when she was 3 years old, she realized there was more than one Dolly! She then wanted all three of them. Well...my daughter is now 8 years old and STILL sleeps with ALL three every night. One as a pillow and two tucked under her side. After EIGHT years of love, baby accidents, milk spills, washing machines and dryers....Dolly(s) is still going strong! They are a bit 'loved' looking, but always perk up after their weekly run through the laundry. I have never had to mend any of them...they are FANTASTIC! This was for my first grandchild and I wanted to make her first doll special. I had looked at many dolls at stores and on the internet, but had not found quite what I was looking for. When I saw the Sweet Dolly, the description (super soft), other reviews, and especially that it was washable I knew this was the one.

I searched high and low for safe finger puppets and I'm so happy I found these. I purchased this adorable set for my granddaughter when she was 10 months. They are soft and safe for chewing unlike other finger puppets that may have small parts. She became fond of them holding one in each hand while she crawled around pausing once in a while and staring at their little faces. They are washed everyday and still holding up. She is 13 months now and these puppets are still a favorite and grandma is ready to get her next set. I can't wait to see her face!

My baby is more intereted in chewing these than anything else. I think I enjoy the cuteness of the animals more than she does. Maybe she'll have more fun playing with them once she's older and can understand what they're actually supposed to be (she was only 4 months when I got them). I wanted a doll that could do it all, i.e. get dirty and take a bath--I'm surprised there don't seem to be many that can (this was the 1st I saw that could & I was in a hurry :( ) The wiggly water effect is a nice idea and kind of works, but the doll is rather heavy when full of water--TOO heavy for my 18 month old. But she can and does love to play with this doll when its empty. The other big problem is that this doll can only lay down or I guess stand leaning against something. If you don't fill it with water and leave the plug open so air can flow in and out then you can kind of make it sit if you squish some air out, but eventually, it will fill with air again... All in all, it's just a doll, not really a "baby doll" in the pretend mothering sense of the word.

My title is "Cute not scary" because I know some children are startled easily by Jack-in-the-box type toys. This is mostly because of the loud noise they make when they POP up out of the box. My husband STILL winces when turning the crank on a jack-in-the-box due to past trauma (lol).

I was rather pleasantly surprised when we received ours to find that the noise made when the caterpillar pops up isn't loud at all. It's the quietest jack-in-the-box toy I've ever seen really. So it's good for small kids. I don't think it would frighten them like other loud ones might.

It plays the traditional song all of these play. Of course it is extremely cute too. It matches our baby's nursery theme which is why I purchased it.

Just a word of advice watch the price on this one. I noticed it tends to fluctuate between $15 all the way up to $24.99.

We love this toy. It is well made and very reminiscent of the caterpillar in the book (that was the main reason we got it... if it hadn't looked this great we'd have passed it by). almost all pull toys these days have strings that are way too short (laibility issues... sigh). we have several pull toys with too short strings. we just tie a longer string on and it works fine.

This classic Jack-in-the-Box is very well made. Gave it to my granddaughter for her first birthday and we all love it. The Hungry Caterpillar is one of her favorite books. My son got this as a gift for his 1st birthday. I'm a big fan of the Very Hungry Caterpillar and pull toys are classic, so I thought this would be great.

However I am disappointed with this toy. I didn't realize that each wooden segment of the body would rotate. There is elastic that runs through the body that allows it to do so. This makes it useless as a pull toy. If my son bumps it or it falls over or if he just plays with it it makes the body segments rotate into a position that doesn't allow it to roll along. It also falls over way too easily and then my son can't fix it. I think it would work much better if I glued the body together but that's one of those things I've been meaning to do and never got around to.

Yes, the string is too short. So it's not a strangulation hazard. It is however easy to add your own longer string. The short string has a break-away clip and I unclipped the part that the child holds. Then I threaded in a longer string and clipped it back onto the toy. Now that it is long enough to pull, my son is having fun with it this morning. He's now 22 months. Fun until it falls over and twists and he needs help to stand it up again.

So, this toy looks cute on a shelf, but it's not great to actually play with.

Bought this costume for my 13 months old baby girl, as a pair for her brother's costume (Eeyore). They were both adorable.

I did have a problem dressing the "head". The way to dress it is to leave the head in the front, and then pull it back, wasn't convenient at all. It was also difficult to take the costume off for the same reason. You need to leave the head in the front and only then you can take the baby out of the costume. Once it's on, that's ok. Good for couple of time use, or maybe for older kids. My daughter didn't like the dressing process. Once it was on, she didn't mind. Oh, we also had a problem closing the zipper to the end, as it is located in the back and so her hair was caught in it. We ended up just leaving it opened.

Also, keep in mind that it is very warm inside the costume, so it is very good for the winter but you would need to take it off inside where the heat is on.

My 9-month-old son didn't even mind putting this costume on because it was so soft and plush! The tummy is so cute because it sticks out just perfectly, unlike others I have seen! It was completely adorable on him and he didn't even mind the head part.

The only down fall of this costume was the way it is to be put on and off. It is very awkward and I even worried about the positioning I had to have my son in to do this. He definately didn't like that part!

I bought this costume for my 14 month old. I decided to get 12-18 month size, since she wears anywhere from 12-24 month clothes. When I received it i tried it on her. First it was a little awkward since the zipper is in the back (I bought the piglet costume for a friend, and that zipper was in front). I know it's because the costume has a cute belly, but it really interfered with the head. Once it's on, it's really hard to bring the head over like a hoody. But we were able to do it, and thought it was so cute. The real problem came, however, when we tried to take the costume off. Trying to get the hoody back over her head was really tough and my little girl got really upset because we had to force it. I almost decided to cut out the zipper right then and there to get her out of it. Anyway, maybe I should've gotten a bigger size -but the legs, arms and everything once it was on fit perfectly. In the end I had my mom take out the zipper and put in velcro, and we slit the hoody head and put in some extra fabric. It was a lot of work for a costume that already cost $40+.

My 10 month baby wore this costume for halloween. Really liked it as it was exactly as described and baby was warm while trick or treating.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. To say that I am pleased with it is an understatement. Its great!

Being that I have both purchased and received these types of educational toys made by Fisher Price and Little Tikes, I had reservations about the assembly process. All those teeny tiny screws and such are NOT the business. Well, V-Tech ensured I didnt have that problem at all.

The product has SIX pieces to assemble together and none of them are small. The pieces consist of the two teddy bear shaped leg stands, the educational table/counter, an orange pencil cup and two big, long red screws. To assemble, you simply put the table between the two legs and insert a red screw through the applicable hole and tighten with your hand. No hard labor, no screwdrivers required.

Fun wise, the table is great. The colored piano keys play music and teach colors and numbers. The table's colored gears and clock (both are pre-assembled) play music when theyre rotated. The book in the middle both plays music and changes the table's learning mode. The table also easily rotates to be used as an activity table for a child to draw or write or whatever. The pencil cup is the lone accessory that is used on both sides of the table and is easily secured and removed.

Best of all, the table will automatically shut itself off after it has been idle for a time. I am sure it has some drain on the battery, but I havent had an issue in over a month of use.

This activity play center has actually sold me on the V-Tech product line and both my daughter and I love it.

My son is fifteen months old and he loves this toy. Right now, he is more interested in the side with the clock, ruler, book, and gears than the drawing side. As he gets older, though, the drawing side will become more popular. This is a toy that will really grow with him. It is also educational: it teaches numbers, colors, alphabet, etc.

My 14 month old is very easily entertained with just about anything, but the toys we buy her. Since she is on the verge of walking and seems to have no interest in her step and play piano, I decided to order this. She actually goes over to it daily, which is more then I can say for about the other 95% of her toys. Does she stand at it for a long time? Nope, but she doesn't do that with anything. Her favorite part of the this table, of course, is the pencil cup which she flings all over the living room. Our dog has a fun time trying to catch it too. I really wish that cup was attached. I'm not too sure why they didn't attach it bc it is annyoing to have to have another item yet to pick up off the floor. The toy does move around if you have wood floors. If I don't push it against the wall, she will use it as a walker too and push the table around the entire house. It's sturdy and I've had no problems with the legs wobbling. I like that it's small too. Amazon had the best price for it that I found.

I bought this as a second play table for my son to have at his Grandmothers house where he spends 2 days a week. I love that you can flip the table over and have a surface for coloring! It's not the "sturdiest" of toys so it does need to be up against something or it just slides across the floor and my son can't pull up on it, it's a little wobbly side to side but not a big problem if it's up against something. He loves playing with it and it has a lot of different songs, sounds and words so it doesn't get so repetitive you beg him to stop playing with it!

Overall I would highly recommend this toy.
