It is so cute and very durable. My 2 year old pulls hard on the string and it has not broken yet. Kids don't really show an interest until close to 3 years old. I was over-eager to get it and disappointed that he didn't pay attention to it. Now, that he is almost 3, he loves it.

I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. It is so flimsy and poorly made. the fabric wrapped around the arch keeps twisting no matter how much you keep straightening it and the worst part is that the arch doesnt stay erect at a 90-degree angel when locked in position. it limps to almost 45-degrees which is so frustrating. I am giving it 2 stars and not 1 because i can take the miniature snuggle pod from the arch itself and at least have my little one play with it as a separate toy in itself. What a waste!

Very good quality product, clips on to everything & is very secure. Good alternative compared to other lesser products where the clips are so weak they can't grasp anything.

Simple really is best, apparently. My 11-month-old twins love this toy and have for months now. It's their go-to toy and they have a lot of toys! They love to bang it and chew it and they particularly like putting the smallest red part into the yellow tube.

I got this toy for a baby in the family who is 15 months old, she loves to play with this sorter over all other toys non-stop. Her brother who is 6 years old also loves to help and sort it out as well just as much as his sister. Very durable and Love that the paint is non-toxic since the wooden pieces all go in her mouth.

My twin boys (9mos) love this toy! They're not quite stacking it yet, but they love banging the pieces together or on other toys. The yellow cylinder fits perfectly in their mouths as a megaphone and they love hearing the way their noises sound through it. I also like that it's very durable and well made no signs of chipping paint or even any dents or scratches.

Boomer The Fire Truck Motorized Vehicles

My 3 year old loves these trucks but they break within a week. The gears are easily stripped and they won't climb anymore. I have purchased many of them and this perticular one didnt work out of the box.

Agree. My kids love the Chuck and Friends toys. I keep buying the product, but the trucks break very easily. Out of the four trucks I have two have broke and no longer work. Gears grind quite easily. Also they are battery guzzlers. They are fun while they last tho.

Hearts Pacifier Chain

My daughter loves this pacifier chain. We get tons of compliments on it all the time. Besides being so darn cute and vibrant the best thing about this chain is that she can not remove the pacifier and has not been able to remove the clip. All other chains with velcro leave us with no pacifier because she takes it apart and throws her pacifier away.

I love all Haba toys as they are usually of excellent quality. This one, however, came apart after 2 weeks. It. is a chain of wooden individual pieces. Babies love to chew on these chains, especially while teething. Fortunately, I noticed that one of the elements came apart before my daughter could choke on it. The drilled hole in the piece must have been too big and thus caused thhe whole piece to crack. I broke it off the chain. A few days later I saw another crack on the next individual part and also broke this off, before my baby could choke on this part. I then threw the whole chain away. I am really disappointed by this product's quality and will contact Haba about this.

The latch is easy to use and secure, always important for pacifier chains, but my 6 month old loved to chew on the wooden hearts and the cord broke! When it fell apart we had a close disaster with her almost swallowing small beads!! Not a good thing.

My daughter has a tracheostomy and is on a ventilator. I had heard about this product on as a good way to get your child to tolerate tummy time. It is fabulous! My daughter hates tummy time because she has to lie on top of the tubes and it's uncomfortable. This allows her to be up off the ground and the tubes can kind of hang to the side. It's also very good for getting her to use her arms. She loves the crinkly pieces and will tolerate tummy time much longer this way. If you have a special needs child who needs assistance with development, I would highly recommend this.

My DD (5 months) just got this for Christmas and she loves it (she got the Garden version not the Sea version) . . . . She is able to spin herself around and check out the various things (mirrors, crinkle fabric, etc) Yes it is a plastic "belly board" for them to lie onmy DD hasn't really objected to it being uncomfortable and if/ when she does it's easy enough to fold up a blanket on the surf board. She tends to play with it for a while and then get tired of tummy time for a while, but then she'll play with it again when she's in a better mood, she seems to prefer this to a normal tummy time mat since it gets her belly out of the way and she can see the fun toys better, and it seems to develop neck strength, but also arm & leg strength as they turn themselves from place to place.

My 3 month old is not a fan of tummy time but since I have been using the Lamaze Spin and Explore The Sea, tummy time has been more enjoyable for both of us. He loves tthe bright colors, and he spins himself around to see all the different fish.. He likes the flaps because they make sounds when he grabs them, and he gets so excited when he finds there are more fish under them. After using it a couple of times for a couple of weeks, I tried tummy time without it, and my baby seemed to enjoy tummy time more. Okay, this product stinks. The concept is great, but the product isn't. The spinning thing is quite hard and not comfortable to lay on for long periods. My 4-month old is much happier laying in the same position on something that's much softer, like a boppy pillow (which we don't have, but he likes the one at his daycare). We have 3 tummy time mats, and this one is by far the worst quality. It constantly bunches up and is pilling even though it's barely been used. The bunching up issue is even worse since the mat/spinner set are designed so a baby would really be grabbing onto the mat while spinning so you'd think the mat would be a little sturdier to grab onto, but the way it is, it's really hard for the baby to grab and spin.

I had hopes for this toy because my 3 month old HATES tummy time. But it was pretty much a waste of money the surf board is pretty hard and seems uncomfortable and the mat is very small. When I spin him around his hands drag and pull the mat with him and it bunches up making it a lot of effort to keep flat. He doesn't like it any more than regular tummy time...

My daughter has had the corrolle 12 inch tido doll for years. She was no longer playing with it as much as her other dolls so I decided to regift the doll to my infant son (who wanted a doll and I figured this one would make a nice baby Frankie). I just needed some neutral clothing for the doll to make it work. This snowsuit was the best I could find. It is beautiful, but the lack of pink is what I really wanted. The snowsuit arrived quickly and was a perfect fit for baby tido. My son loved his new doll and immediately put it in his new shopping cart. Which is when my daughter who just got a new AG doll for christmas spotted her. She fell in love and promptly decided that her baby needed to be with her big sisters. This is a super cute snowsuit for dolly. We have a 12" Melissa and Doug Baby Doll Jenna and she fits the Carolle 12" clothes beautifully. The suit has a couple of velcro closure at the front and is reasonably easy for a preschooler to get on and off. Anyone younger than 3 would probably need help unless they were very dexterous. It may not hold up well to serious rough play (maybe take out of the play date pot) and I do think the fabric will snag if caught but it really is too cute. The only negative is that the sleeves are a little short and look at bit three quarters. Overall I'm happy with this "tre chic" dolls outfit.

I loved the Jellycat Cat Tails book, and this is good, but the things for baby to touch are not as many or interesting as fluffy tails. The story is nice though.

Kids Preferred Amazing Baby Blanket Teether Bear

I cannot for the life of me figure out why companies manufacture anything made of cloth that cannot be immersed in water for cleaning purposes for children. As cute as this teether is and as much as my daughter likes it, what good is it if it cannot be properly washed? The directions on the product say to "surface wipe". That is dumb.

I like this but would have preferred that the company manufacture something that could be immersed in water and properly cleaned.

Annoyed...

Once my son started really showing an interest in toys around 2.5 months, I found a hard time finding ones that he could hold onto. He wasn't yet grabbing for things, but would grasp something placed near his hands. In a sitting position, I can place this toy on my son's stomach or in front of him and he can easily grasp one of the bear's limbs and bring it to his mouth. He's 5 months old now and still loves this colorful, crinkly toy. He's still not very adept at reaching for things, so this is still one of his favorites.

I couldn't believe it, but all the other reviewers are right! My five-month old can't get enough of this toy. I thought it might be too noisy, but he loves to scrunch it. I thought my son was teething as early as 3 months. I like when things have 2 purposes so I was stoked when I found this. At 3 months he couldn't grasp anything except his blanket and would find the ribbon or tag each time. I decided I wanted something with ribbons or taggies that was easy for him to hold. I lucked out when I found this bear. He can keep himself entertained on the many toys and doesn't seem to get bored of it. He was screaming to the top of his lungs one night while shopping in Ross. I threw this bear over my left shoulder like a burp cloth and he found his way to the rings that were dangling. I would press the squeak toy every now and then and it would catch his attention and keep him quiet long enough for me to continue shopping.

Chicco Sing 'N Learn Kangaroo

Who gave this woman a singing job on this toy is beyond me. It is by far the worst voice I have ever heard. I am a terrible singer and I could do better. And why are two of the shapes on her underbelly making it difficult for even a 1 year old to figure out. I would opt for the fisher price picnic basket instead. It won't hurt your brain as bad either to hear that singing vs this kangaroo.

We got this for my son on his first birthday. It took him about a month before he finally got the concept of putting the shapes in the right part of the sorter, or pressing the buttons. I think the bottom two shapes (triangle & circle) are the hardest because it's on the bottom and at an awkward angle. He does love to push the nose, which makes it sing or make funny noises. I know it says 9+ months, but I'm glad I waited as many of the shape sorters I looked at said 1+.

Cons:

The only thing i do not like, is that if you put the shape in even half way, it will reward you with a noise/name the shape, color or fruit as if you had put it in all the way. It kind of defeats the purpose of positive reinforcement. Also, the kangaroo belly is deep (in the back), and sometimes my son got frustrated trying to take the shapes out of the belly.

My mother in law gave this toy to my daughter a little over 2 years ago when she was 1 year 9 months old. My daughter just turned 4 and still loves to play with Mommy Kangaroo. This toy is still in the same shape than it was when it was given to my daughter and it has been used a lot. It uses two AA batteries and you won't need to change them at least before a year of use.

The songs are very cute in both English and Spanish and the translation is accurate. I love it and I will strongly recommend this for parents educating bilingual toddlers.

Spanish is our native language. My daughter speaks both English and Spanish and this toy was very helpful as she got it even before she started to utter her first words in either language.

I think the toy is a little pricey, but it is really a good quality toy.

This was a gift for my daughter when she was 6 months, so we put it away until her 9m birthday. Even now, though, at 16 months, she finds it really frustrating. Why? Because the shapes are on the kangaroo's pocket, where they are hard to see and harder to get the blocks into. The bilingual design is clever, the music catchy, and the toy is cute, but it fails at it's primary purpose.

My toddler niece loved this toy for the day, but after that it was less interesting. The magnets are polarized, so they only work together in one direction, which is more geared towards pre-schooler and & Thomas trains than it is for toddlers. Unfortunately the animals and play is more suited for toddlers, so it makes having fun with these difficult. I think the concept is a good one, but the execution could have used more thought.

My grandson is only 9 month. He luvs to shake these and knock them over. He hasn't caught onto the magnet part yet or building them. But he loves chewing on them, shaking them, and knocking them over as you build for him. I think he will grow with this set and it will be a Big Hit as he gets older and older. I have all the sets of this so he has a great variety. Do wish some more of the pieces did rattle when shaken. I have never used in the bath, but sure it would work.

Fisher-Price Stack 'n Surprise Blocks Blockity-Pop Caterpillar

My 5 mo. old daughter received this as a Christmas gift, so I didn't know until I looked at it on Amazon that this product was described as having the caterpillar being able to move it's head, or with the pegs moving up and down. This toy does neither, but as I didn't know it was supposed to do this, I wasn't upset about it. (If I had bought this toy based off the description, I would be really annoyed.)

That being said, this is, hands down, my daughters favorite toy right now. She LOVES the pop up blocks, and when she's not playing with them she's pushing the caterpillar around on the floor or chewing on the caterpillars antennas. I plan on purchasing a few more types of these toys for her since she gets so much enjoyment out of them.

Just as a note, every kid is different; so maybe yours will love this toy, or maybe they won't but it's a decent price for a toy, it's brightly colored and very durable, so I'd recommend at least trying it out. Just be forewarned that the caterpillar head is stationary (at least mine is, and from some of the other reviews on here, it looks like it's not just my toy) and the pegs don't move on their own.

My 15-month-old received this as a Christmas gift from his wish list, and while it's cute, it does not work as described in the description. The head does not move back and forth and is completely stationary. Also, the blocks do not move up and down on the caterpillar's back as described. We have the big Silly Town set, so the additional blocks are nice as we can use them with both this toy and Silly Town, and it does roll, stiffly. The "Boing" noise is not so much a boing as it is a quiet, springy sound.

It's an OK toy, if a little boring (he much prefers the little car that came with Silly Town for a rolling toy with these blocks). For the money, though, it's pretty basic. My son doesn't know any better, but I am disappointed that it doesn't work as described.

Silly town was my son's favorite present for Christmas when he was one. I highly recommend this as a great add on. The Catterpillar found its way all around Silly Town. It is inexpensive and loads of fun for your infant. I cannot wait till next Christmas, when I can give this to my nephew.

My kids have the Silly Town set that goes with this and love that, which is why I thought this might make a pretty decent Christmas gift. I was wrong though because this toy is really boring. It is cute but that is it. The blocks don't stack on it well and fall as soon as you atempt to roll it. If you have the Silly Town, I would just stick with that. This doesn't contribute anything accept for two extra blocks. I thought they would move up and down as you roll it, and they don't even do that. If you want them to move, you have to sit and push them up and down yourself.
