Max Clutching Toy

Max Clutching ToyMy year old grandson loves Max. The wooden toy feels good in your hands. The paint does not chip. Max is extremely well made. the only negative is when he throws Max down from upstairs because he likes the noises Max makes as he lands on the tile below. Max has survived it all.

At 14-months, our daughter still plays with this toy. Love the fact it's made of wood and not plastic. We have tons of pictures from last summer when she was an infant with Maxe in her mouth! Great toy for the young ones.

All haba toys are just wonderful quality. And in today's world of recalls, it is so nice to know that there are still safe toys made with true craftsmanship. The clacking noise keeps interest, and the colors are vibrant.

This makes a really pleasant, delicate, clacking sound. It's durable, the wooden stain stays brightly colored and is non-toxic, and you only have to wipe it with a damp cloth to clean it. It was even cuter in person than in the picture and it made my 3-month-old sons smile and reach forward. Total winner.

Organic Farm Buddies Rattle

Organic Farm Buddies Rattle, Boxer the dogBought this as part of a set of the Pirate Pig Rattle, Blankie and Toy. I love that these pieces are certified organic,. the size is great for a baby's hand. The rattle is gentle enough for a newborn's ears and very soft. I think the trio of Pirate Pig toys will make a great baby present.

I received this rattle as part of my Stork Stack subscription and I'm so glad I did! Not only is it organic cotton, which makes me feel much better about my son shoving it in his mouth (lol teething babies...), but it's extremely soft too. The rattle isn't too loud which is nice and the size is perfect for my five-month-old to grasp. I'm really excited to have discovered this company through Stork Stack and I can't wait to get the other products they offer!

Floating Blocks

Floating BlocksMy daughter loves to take baths, and when I bought this item, it made her love the bath even more. She loves to build "towers" with blocks, and these blocks are great for that. I sit on the edge of the tub and build them with her, and we have lots of fun. This is a great, inexpensive toy for toddlers. The blocks are lightweight and easy to stack, and they make a great addition to bathtub fun for your little one. Highly recommended!

~K in North Carolina

The floating blocks are a great tub toy. There is a nice mesh storage bag that you can hang them in and they are virtually wet proof. My son Kevin who is 15 months old, enjoys stacking the blocks in the tub and sometimes eating them too (but they are safe). I would recommend these blocks for babies who are at the stage where they are able to stack blocks.

Buy Floating Blocks Now

My son really likes building towers and playing with different shapes. My husband had doubts how well the platform would float with the blocks on it. Even with the waves my boy creates in the water it does NOT sink at all! Sometimes he sticks the blocks on the wall and they stay pretty well. If your child is a builder he/she will love this toy!

Purchased this product for my 2 year old nephew. He never really liked spending time in the bath. But now, you can't get him out!

Spends all his time stacking and unstacking the blocks on the mat!

Great product!

Littlelife Runabout Toddler Daypack

Littlelife Runabout Toddler Daypack, RedI'm sure Littlelife had every intention to be kind to toddlers by preventing parents from overloading them. From that standpoint, this pack fits its billing.

The dimensions listed (9 x 7 x 2 inches) are mostly accurate, except that the pack is slightly hump shaped, so the two-inch interior depth tapers down towards the top.

For an 14 to 18 month old who wants to help, this pack would be perfect: padded "just right" on the straps and back, quality materials and durable construction to survive a little rough handling and dragging, plus the leash...

However, for our 34 inch tall, 30 pound, not-quite 2½ year-old, it was obviously too small as soon as we opened the package.

What will the Littlelife hold? We were hoping he could carry his knit nap blanket in it, but it's necessary to literally stuff it in (the blanket is about 2x3 feet). Two or three board books, or a small lunch, or a hat and a pullover all are about the ideal sized load. And actually, that's not bad for day-tripping. But is it smaller than a bread box? Definitely -it's too small to hold an average sized loaf of bread (cut me some slack -trying to think of some common frame of reference).

I'll next try a Wildkin Pack 'n Snack Backpack, which has roughly twice the capacity. Undecided if the Littlelife will stick around (possibly in anticipation of our youngest son using it once he's of the right age and ability), or if it's going back. I definitely like everything about this Littlelife except for the capacity.

This is an adorable little backpack, perfect for my two-year-old. When it arrived I thought it would be way too small. It looked doll-sized, but when I put it on my little man it filled his back. Any bigger and I think it would be cumbersome. I was able to put his lunch and toy tractor in it and I had room to spare. The size specs on Amazon didn't seem to match the Littlelife website so I was worried Amazon was selling an older/smaller version (I don't know if one actually exists), but the bag I received seemed to match the slightly large dimensions from the manufacturers website: 4½x6¾x10¼". It is largest at the bottom and then tapers up, but that size seems to suit the body of a little toddler. Overall, I'm pleased with the size and the quality.

I bought this backpack before my son (almost 2 yrs old) and I took our first plane ride. I was worried about how to handle him and my luggage through the airport. This backpack was great! It made him feel like a "big boy" with his backpack on and I was able to keep him close to me in the busy airport. He didn't even notice that I had the strap attached to his backpack. Allowing him to walk through the airport made it so he WANTED to sit once we got on the airplane. My only "complaint" about it is I wish the handle was retractable vs the fixed vinyl strap. The backpack is big enough to hold a diaper or two, some wipes and a few snacks. It fits him just perfectly, not too big or too small, with a firm clip in the front. Very cute design! Highly recommended!

My wife and I love this little backpack. Yes it's small, very small. Prior to ordering it, I knew it would be small. When I first saw it, I was still shocked at how small it was. I guess I am just used to adult backpacks, so the size difference was startling. The size, however, is perfect! My daughter is 13 months old, 29" tall and has about 9" from her neck to her diaper, and this backpack fits her back perfectly. She enjoys wearing it, and every time we put it on her, she wants to go outside and walk around. I can't imagine my daughter wearing a larger backpack. This one is simply perfect for her.

Instead of constantly carrying around a diaper bag (that we seem to always over pack), we decided to downsize to this backpack and get by with the bare essentials while we are in places (we keep the diaper bag in the car now). We can get an outfit, wipes, 2 diapers, and a water bottle in there.

I have not had any issues with this backpack. My daughter has shown no complaints with the backpack, other than when she first started wearing it. I could see where the handle on the top of the backpack could be irritating (it rubs against the back of her head), but she has not complained about it. We do not use the leash, so I cannot attest to whether it is good or bad.

Also, I guess the animal or insect that is located on the side of the bag is random. I ordered the red one thinking that it would have bees on it. The one I have has a squirrel, so I guess you should not expect to get the same animal you see on the pictures on Amazon.

Want Littlelife Runabout Toddler Daypack Discount?

We commute to work/daycare by public transit. At one end of our commute is a 0.5 mile walk through parks and busy streets. Our son, who is now 2 years old, has become increasingly independent. He wants so very badly to walk with us rather than riding in the stroller. But expecting a 2 year old to walk that entire distance and constantly hold your hand isn't reasonable. He wants to explore, to touch the world around him, to stoop down to inspect a ladybug. The constant push and pull of trying to keep him safe when we crossed busy streets but letting him walk on his own when we're somewhere safe was taxing on all of us. So we took a chance and ordered him this little backpack.

Wow what a payoff!

He's thrilled to be carrying his own lunch just like mommy & daddy, we feel comfortable letting him walk beside us without having to always hold hands because the tether strap keeps him from going more than a few feet from our sides.

The pack is very well made with the same sort of details that go into an adult sized pack. The materials are of good quality with a well made zipper and beefy nylon fabric that won't wear out any time soon. The chest buckle keeps the straps firmly in place on his little shoulders as well as turning the pack into a harness that he can't get out of on his own. I looked before buying and most of the other toddler with a parent tether strap don't have the buckle to keep your kid from slipping out of the shoulder straps and taking off across a street without you. The inside of the bag is just big enough for our son to carry a 12oz kid sized Nalgene Tritan full of milk, a 12 oz insulated Thermos for his warm lunch, and a small plastic box with some fruit and pretzels in it.

All in all, I expect we're going to be getting a couple years of use out of this great little bag before he outgrows it and passes it on to a younger sibling!

Touch & Tickle Rounds

Touch & Tickle RoundsI have a 10 month old who has played with both the square and round versions of these toys and the round ones are definitely more fun. Despite the fact they can roll across the room, their tendency to move out of reach for baby encourages reaching, stretching, and movement. The toys are colourful, nicely textured, and many have fun sounds. I'd recommend shopping around for these however. I just bought 18 of them for $10.40 at BJs, and have a nice assortment including some with ribbons, very nice primary colour patterns, and fun noises.

Highly recommended product although I'd like to see Fisher Price develop a few more play-sets that can use them beyond what they currently have, which are a bit boring. I hide these in boxes, under pillows, and inside some toys with pockets to encourage exploration.

My 7 month old child recieved these as a Christmas present and he loves them! I sat him in the middle of the floor and rolled a bunch of his toys to him one at a time, and every time one of these balls rolled to him, he would grab it. He would not do that with the other toys. He absolutely loves these balls!!!

We bought these for our daughter with the thought in mind that she loves to feel different textures, which she did.

There are a few cons to this set of roll-a-rounds. For one they don't all roll that well. The balls don't work well with the "roll around" toys, such and the drop and roar dino and the gumball machine.

The ball with the ribbon tags was my daughter favorite until the ribbons started to come apart so we had to throw it away. Otherwise she would of been able to eat the ribbons threads.

Other then the few things we haven't had any other problems, and our daughter loves to roll them around and also carry them around.

My son calls these his "peek-a-balls" and, as a whole, he adores them. When he was younger (under 1) this was his favourite set, as they are very tactile; he especially loved the one with the "tags". The only weakness of this particular set is that it doesn't work well with the "roll around" toys (such as the gumball machine), as these balls don't really roll very well.

Manhattan Toy Baby Stella Cuddle Time Sleeper Outfit from Manhattan Toy

Manhattan Toy Baby Stella Cuddle Time Sleeper Outfit from Manhattan ToyMy 17-month-old granddaughter liked the pajammas we purchased for her Stella doll. At bed time when she gets her pajammas on, she likes us to put the pajammas on her Stella doll. She likes to have her doll's regular clothes put on in the morning when she herself gets dressed. She will enjoy the doll clothing even more when she can change the clothing herself. She absolutely loved the little teddy bear that could be attached to Stella's arm.

Moulin Roty Les Zazou Plush Doll, KoalaWe love the moulin roty products. My daughter has this and another animal from them that she adores and sleeps with every night. They are soft and easy to hug and carry. The are unique and cute. The perfect gift.

I bought this lovely doll for my daughter (5m old). The doll is very soft and cuddly, naïve in a good way, and has good proportions. It has long soft hands and legs so it's easy to grasp and hold, and it has different textures, so my daughter explores it with interest, while making sounds of joy... Its colors are nice and calm, and in my opinion, it's a very aesthetic doll. I didn't try to wash it yet, but I love the fact it is machine washable.

Jolala Inflatable Little Duck Swimming Seat Float Boats with Leg HolesGood product. My Granddaughter loves it. The head squeaks with pressure. Nothing extraordinary with this inflatable pool toy, however, the Grandbaby loves to use it in the bath tub and it fits perfectly in a standard sized tub. The leg holes are a little rough on her 7 month old baby skin, but that is the case with all pool toys of this type. Nothing a wash cloth placed over the leg holes doesn't fix.

well this was an oh my gosh! when I saw this item at target. I had to have them for my then 8 month old, she 9 months now. Right now all she does is chew on them, fall on them, and knock them over when I stack them. But she doesn't get hurt when she falls on them, they are great on her mouth since she is teething. They have a number 1 10 on each block, each block has a different animal on it, and the number of animals on each block coordinated with the number on the block as well as the same number of shapes, block 7 has 7 ducks, and also has 7 lines (or whatever shape is on it) My daughter has fun, and as she gets older she will start stacking them and learning from the pictures. Her two year old cousin had fun playing with them and saying his numbers. Its a great product for babies and toddlers. Soft, colorful, and well soft is a big plus for us, and its educational.

I love this toy by all my heart. With two my children, a girl 2 yo and a boy 5 month old, this is a truly multipurpose and safe toy. Now the main user of it is my daughter.

I can't tell that it is baby toy, it is more for toddlers. But again, with the younger child the additional concern that if older kid will try to play with the younger one, it si developing and still safe for the baby. These blocks are meeting all my possible wishes to the toys: they educate and develop, entertain a child and allow them to have fun. My girl builds houses and trains of the blocks, throws them, squeezes, looks at the pictures and color and reports me about it, we are counting them...

My daughter is now two and a half and she takes her two chicks everywhere especially when it's nap time or bedtime. Boon Odd Duck

Boon Odd Duck - JaneI bought Odd Duck Jane a couple of months back, she was the extra $5 I needed to spend to get free shipping on an order, and I was intrigued by the idea of a bath duck that didn't contain PVC. It seems almost all bath toys 'rubber' ducks especially are made of PVC. So, while most of our bath toys are unconventional, we do have the obligatory vinyl ducks made by the untrustworthy company Schylling. When my daughter developed a strong attachment to our scary vinyl ducks and wanted to carry them all over the house, I figured it was time to pull Jane out and give her a try.

She was an immediate hit: My daughter passed off all the old yellow ducks in favor of this brightly-colored, excitingly decorated alternative, and she's been carrying Jane around the house for days now. She's also been for a few swims in the bath without the leakage problem others have spoken of, so I guess we got lucky on that count. Jane measures about 4" long, has a weighted bottom so she will float nicely in water, and is even able upright herself if she is knocked over. Which is pretty cool; you'll never find her doing that dead-duck-on-her-side thing. She has a rigid non-pliable head and beak, and her body is somewhat squishy, though less so than a traditional PVC duck.

I noticed, on first opening the packaging Jane came in, an odd smell. Sort of like an uncapped Sharpie, and I immediately flipped her over to look for the recycling code. Nothing. No details on what plastic she's made of on the packaging either. Luckily the smell faded, and I who am extremely sensitive to smells can no longer detect it. Consider that I'm paranoid, so that's actually a point in this toy's favor.

I did, however, want to know what kind of plastic they made this toy out of since it is phthalate-free and PVC-free, so I asked.

Boon ducks are made of Styrene Ethylene Butadiene Styrene (SEBS), a subtype of synthetic rubber that was created by the Shell Oil Company in the 1960's and is marketed under the trade name Kraton-G (there's actually a Wikipedia article on this). It's used in everything from tires to medical devices and gloves, and of course increasingly in toys as a PVC alternative. Its main benefit, of course, being that it is pliable but does not require the use of the dangerous plasticizers that are used in the manufacture of soft PVC. It is known to have a strong odor, as I can attest, but Greenpeace in a 1996 article stated it was a viable and safer alternative to PVC. It does seem to be a safer alternative so far as we know at this time though I'm surprised how little real data exists on it, whereas you can find a wealth of information on many more commonly-used plastics. The Material Data Safety sheet documents this plastic as a low hazard in all areas.

While I don't think it's wise to trust a company (particularly one with China manufacturing Odd Ducks *are* made in China, like most things) just because they say that a product is minus known toxins (not all alternative plastics are created equal), in this case the alternative seems to be an improvement over the current standard.

The duck herself is sweet, and I'm glad to have a potentially less toxic option available, as bath duckies seem like one of those 'must-have' toys for little kids. I can certainly see collecting the others in the future, and would based on all current information available recommend these ducks to anyone wanting a safer bath toy for their children.

**UPDATE**:

We now own all the ducks (my youngest has taken a particular liking to them), and so I thought it would be worthwhile to comment on a few things.

1. The best floaters are Jane (pink) and Slim (blue). These ducks will always right themselves if tipped, and thus never float on their backs. Bob(orange) tends to float with his bill in the air, at a slight backward angle, and Squish (yellow) floats with his bill toward the water, at a slight forward angle. Both Bob and Squish can be upended, but Bob will most often right himself. With Squish it takes a bit more activity to upend him, but once he tips over, he's a back-floater.

2. The first Bob we ordered had completely separated from the weighted disk on his base during shipping. I'm confused, however, as to how some people's ducks filled with water underneath, as Bob's underside is still sealed. Nonetheless, Bob only floats on his back when he is minus-the-disk, so we wrote Boon and sent them a photo of our defective Bob (after all, my three-year old had actually done chores to earn money for Bob, and he's not cheap for a little duck). Boon's response was prompt, friendly, apologetic -and three days later a new duck arrived on our doorstep. So anyone who hesitates on the premise they might get a faulty duck? Fear not. Document it, and send it to Boon. This is one company who will stand by their products -and that is worth the extra money. Unlike a company(ex. Schylling) who I emailed about a defective product two months ago and *never* received a response from.

Bob has been a great tub toy for my soon-to-be 10 month-old. He "paddles" very smoothly and swiftly in the water, is fun to watch while twirling with the funky orange lines, and my son loves holding him down in the water and watching him pop up to the surface. Bob also gets chewed on quite a bit since my son's teething, so I like the fact that he's free of BPA, phthalates, PVC. We haven't had any issues with smell, or water getting in Bob. Definitely a good buy, and we'll be adding another Odd Duck to the menagerie of bath toys at birthday time!

Though cute, this duck had a strong, persistant smell to it and immediately filled with water that we could not get out yucky ducky!

I bought this duck, because I wanted something non toxic for my child. We have the yellow one. The looks are good, however the bottom is not a solid surface; the center part is not glued suficiently on the sides, alowing water in. Before using it I put some silicone in the crack to seal it, so will see, how it will work for us. The duck doesn't float straight. The head is half sank in water very poor design.

Want Boon Odd Duck Discount?

I was looking forward to the Boon Odd Duck, but now realize it's packaging has to improve. While it uses a clamshell design, the bottom of the duck was exposed to the elements. Mine arrived dirtied, damaged & the bottom orange circular plastic was about to fall off. My kid's prying fingers would have just finished the job and pulled that part off the main body of the duck with ease. Why they designed it in this way for a rubber toy is beyond me. Plus the orange circular plastic was just held together with what appears to be glue.

Furthermore the duck appeared discolored & 'used'. I am very disappointed with this product.

Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders Jumperoo

Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders JumperooWe love the Ocean Wonders Jumperoo. We had to put a hard pillow underneath him so that our baby could enjoy it since he isn't quite tall enough to use it properly. He is 4 months old and approximately 17 lbs and 26 inches. He already figured out how to turn himself around in the 360* chair, although not perfectly. He loves the mirror on it and loves that he can bounce a little. There is a nice tray for holding a small favorite toy or a pacifier (or food, perhaps?). The chair also has a nice little shelf on it which helps to stabilize little babies in the upright position. It was easy to put together and only required a screwdriver when opening the battery compartment. It plays sound and music when it bounces. Was very well packaged. Above all else, our baby really enjoys his new Jumperoo. Side note: we try to mostly avoid batteries with our son, for various reasons--mostly due to annoyance of repetitive songs--but this is one of those toys that you don't actually need to have the batteries if you don't want them.

I did not buy this through Amazon. I actually bought one used. But let me tell you my son loves this thing. He sits in there for a half hour at a time bouncing away! The music is not super annoying. It is easy to get apart and clean. It is big but most bouncer are. We take it outside and let him sit in there to. It is very stable. I highley recomend it. My baby is 6 months old and 17 pounds.

Buy Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders Jumperoo Now

I have to admit, I'm a little confused by all the overwhelmingly positive reviews of this jumperoo. My 6.5 month old wasn't much of a fan compared to her other activity type centers. And as a parent, I didn't see the overall value versus a simple less expensive jumper for the following reasons:

1) This one doesn't have that much really engaging activity except for the opening clam which after a minute or so of opening and closing the clam my little gal became bored.

2) The "music" and bubble sounds are cute for about 5 minutes before you realize you feel like you're stuck in what sounds like a continuous looped episode of Sponge Bob... I'd rather have had "music" that actually played more tunes a child or parent could sing along to later or even recited #s and/or letters, colors, etc... the sounds on this jumperoo are not only monotonous they aren't very educational which for the price, I feel like they should be.

3) The 2 fish that hang as a previous reviewer mentioned, I don't understand their purpose they are too far out of reach for the child... again, for the price and purpose of an "activity type" center like this I think every component should have defined purpose to add value for the parent and the child.

As an aside, after the components were assembled, it was extremely difficult to take them off the main activity seat... my husband had to pry them off... :o( I understand their need to stay on for safety, but this seemed a bit extreme! ;-)

Overall, I suppose it's a decent jumperoo, but I think there are probably better options considering the price and the room it takes up versus the educational value. We sent this back and I do credit Amazon for a great customer satisfaction policy! We are sticking with her Jungle Exersaucer that has more activities and has a bit of "bounce" to it and the other activity "center" which she loved from the get go the Around We Go it's got a lot more engagingt activities and the ability for her to "walk" around occupies her for a long time! ;o)

It took her a while, but after a few tries she got the hang of it! She loves to bounce, but doesn't engage with the toys to much. Speaking of toys, I had hoped there would be a few more. Some of them (the ones on the top of the posts) aren't really accessible for the kids; they are just too far away. Set-up was pretty easy. One thing to keep in mind is the chair ring comes pre-fashioned into the main part, so you may not find it right away. Overall the kiddo loves it and so does my wife. It's great to be able to set the little lady down when you need your hands free or to take shower. Definitely worth getting.

Little Tikes Wide Tracker Activity Walker

Little Tikes Wide Tracker Activity WalkerThis is the same activity walker as the one listed under "MGA Little Tikes Wide Tracker Activity Walker". That one has a recommended age of 6 months to 3 years and this one says 12 months+. One thing you need to understand is that this is definitely a no frills walker -the toys on this aren't exciting at all but honestly, my daughter couldn't care less because she's too busy enjoying the sensation of walking!! No batteries needed and I for one love "going back to the basics" where children learn from non-battery-operated toys! My daughter is 11 months in this video. Since the day we brought this home from the toy store, she has walked up & down our hallways about 50 times a day so I'm more than pleased with this purchase.

In my opinion, this has a stable/sturdy base. You can see in this video that my daughter will get up & down on this walker a number of times. Once in awhile, there'll be a little wobbly moment but we've had no ouchies. Every walker will have the potential to tip over if you push too hard or too fast or too something! I have the resistance tension on the back wheel at the tighest level but as you can see, she can still go fairly fast. Do note that it'll be hard in the beginning for your child to steer and to turn around once they get to the end of their path.

First of all, this is not a review of Kaplan Toys. I have nothing but praise for their customer service. See details below. However, this product should not be on the market.

I received this order quickly and assembled most of it with moderate difficulty. It's not easy but it's not unbearably hard. Lots of little screws, though, (so make sure you don't drop them) and tricky parts to slot in. Awkward placements. When i got the last piece, the handle that kids grab on to, i discovered that a squarish knob that sticks out on one side was defective. The plastic molding was fused in a way that prevented the handle from snapping on. It worked on one side not the other.

I called Kaplan and they immediately sent me a replacement, no charge or questions asked. I went through the process again and found the same exact defect in the second one sent to me. I jury-rigged it by drilling some holes through the plastic knob so that i could snap the handle shut. With the screws attached, it was plenty solid. Assembly time at least 45 mins.

Our 9 month old daughter enjoyed playing with it for two days. The upper green door would not stay attached, it broke out of its slot. This wasn't a big deal. But then 2 days later, our daughter managed to rip off the front wheels. And these were not even a part that you have to assemble, the wheels came attached. I emailed Kaplan, and within a few days they said they would refund my money and notify the production folks.

As I said, this product should not be on the market.

For something so difficult and time consuming to put together, this is a cheap unstable toy not worth the money. My 9 month old likes to try to use it to walk and often ends up on his belly because there is little resistance. The doors do not stay on in the front and the plastic letter things serve no purpose at all. I'm sorry I wasted what little money I have on it.

That said, my son still likes it because he loves standing on his own and he can use it to walk rather than crawl, but if you are deciding what to buy, go elsewhere.

My son really enjoys. The brake on the wheel is a nice feature.

I'm going to go against the flow here... my son ADORED THIS TOY!!!!!!!!!!! He got it for his first birthday and has adored it ever since. When your child is very little you can adjust the wheels to be tighter so it doesn't go too fast and baby can keep his balance better. My son really loved this by 18 months. I wish this thing had an odometer on it, I bet he's put 30 miles on it! He pushes it everywhere, to the park, to the library, up and down the sidewalks, and all over the yard. He's now 2 1/2 and the walker is falling apart. The wheels dont stay on because the screws are soooo stripped from all the miles he's put on it lol. Not a defect in the toy, just a testament to how much he LOVES this toy and how many miles he's put on it. We're buying another one for my now 11 month old, the other one is way too beat up from all the love it's received.

Precious Moments Prayer Doll - Boy Brown Hair

Precious Moments Prayer Doll - Boy Brown HairI had a hard time finding the doll anywhere. My son has the same doll that he received as a baby, it no longer talks. He was heart broken. So when I found this one it was a big relief! Thank You!

She has lots of stuffed toys that are her babies...and the backyard squirrels are her babies...and the kats...anyway, this doll has a special place in her heart and she is probably going to wear out the battery soon. So must find replacement. This, with the caramel colored hair seems to be the one. She is kissing the doll right now. Now hugging it to her head. I made a little basket for her baby on her walker, so she is happy. If it gives her some comfort and joy...I'm all for it.

Fisher-Price Disney Baby Lion King Rattle

Fisher-Price Disney Baby Lion King RattleI was very surprised that when I recieved this rattle, that the ears and paws are actually THIN FABRIC ! The picture on Amazon looked as though they were the same plastic material as the head of Simba. I hope that child cannot chew these ears and paws off and choke on them. If child didn't love Simba so much I would have returned item but they were a gift so regretfully, I did not.
