When I saw this bunny online I ordered it right away for my daughters Easter basket. When it came in the mail, I was shocked at the size of it. For $20 I could not justify keeping it. It was adorable and very well made just like all Jellycat things, but so so small. I know I should have read the dimensions but really I assumed it was the size of the other Jellycat stuffed animals. I ended up getting a rabbit from Target for half the cost and double to size.

I had to give this little girl 4 stars because of the quality and detail ... She's really precious. Very well made, super soft and cuddly, but not including the floppy legs and ears, she's about four inches. For the price, sadly she is going back.

Alex Jr. Tub Joy Quacky Cups Bath Toy (Colors may Vary)

I am always on the look-out for entertaining and educational tub toys for my sons; however, this is not one I would likely purchase again. The duck heads have an unsealed seam under the "bill" so water gets in, but is difficult to get out. The design does not allow them to nest inside each other well because the heads don't sit flush with the edge of the cup. The picture is a bit misleading, making the medium and small cups look deeper than they really are. I gave this review three stars because this toy, in my opinion, is "just okay". It does have some use in that it's quite a bit larger than I expected, holding enough water to use the largest cup as a rinse agent for hair-washing. My kids just don't get that much out of it. My youngest son vastly prefers this set of cups, Munchkin Caterpillar Spillers Stacking Cups, which is about half the price.

These toys offer plenty of bathtime fun for all ages. Our teething baby loves eating the duckie heads, but also likes unstacking. For us, it's the perfect way to splash her with water to keep her warm and get her hair wet. I highly recommend this product !

My husband does bath-time with my son, so I bought this as a present for both of them. After reading all the reviews, I picked this toy as the most functional and most likely to be liked by my son. My daughter who is now twenty months old loves these ducks. We got them for her a few months ago and these ducks are her favorite bath-time toy. She is crazy about these ducks and they often make it out of the bathroom and into her playroom. I like how they always float in the tub and they help her explore water by pouring and draining. This is one of our best purchases for our little one.

The Alex Jr. Tub Joy Quacky Cups can provide lots of entertainment for your little one in the tub. Little ones find it fun to fill the cups and then watch the water run through the holes. Additionally, the cups are quite useful for rinsing a little ones hair without dumping quantities of water onto the child's head. This can be very helpful when an infant is the child being bathed. The gradual shower of water prevents shocking the child when water is poured over him/her and allows the child to get used to gradually having water run down his/her face.

I did not rate this product as deserving five stars for several reasons. The quacky cups are made of hard plastic; this could easily be broken if a child enthusiastically banged the cup on the tub edge or threw the cup across the room. Yes, I know your child would never do that but some will. My biggest concern is that the edges of the tails on each cup were not finished smoothly and a small child might easily be scratched by running a finger along the seam. We took a fine file to the edges to smooth them off; I would suggest that one check the beaks as well for rough edges.

Fisher Price Stack 'n Surprise Blocks - Peek-a-Boo Bee

We received this toy as a gift for our son. I quickly scanned the packaging for an indication that the toy was free of BPA and phthalates but could find nothing to indicate that this was the case. I called Fisher Price/Mattel but was told that they did not have any specific information about this particular toy, instead they were happy to read me two separate scripts addressing Fisher Price/Mattel's use and safety of BPA (they DO use BPA in the manufacturing process of some of their toys)and phthalates (Same speech "If we do use them, they are perfectly safe...yada yada yada"). We are, of course, returning this toy and will be getting rid of any other Fisher Price toys that we have, as our son likes to put everything right in his mouth.

These were the first peek-a-boo blocks I got for my baby at 6 months. She loved to watch the face pop up. It 19 months now she still enjoys stacking them and adding them to the other toys that have these type of blocks. They were great to keep her busy in the car and at the restaurant because they are so small, colorful and don't make noise that will bother other people. Great toy if you're not sure what to get a baby in this age group.

I got these for my son when he was just 6 months old. He didn't really seem into them, but I figured he might start to play with them more as he got older. An excellent first truck. No sharp edges and soft enough to clutch, hold and fall on without injury. Good, safe introduction to pushing and pulling, putting things in and the delight of dumping them out (it really dumps). The little light on top works for just enough thrill without being obnoxious. An excellent toy that encourages interactive play and doesn't create that imagination-killing dependency on electronic wizardry.

My 9 month-old continues to enjoy it at 13 months. Its softness makes it more susceptible to falling over, requiring quick action to right it before a wail commences.

WOW Ernie Fire Engine - Emergency (3 Piece Set)

My 18 month old grandson loves this truck. I like that it does not require batteries. If you push the truck it will keep on going for about 50 feet which just thrills my grandson. Nice sturdy construction, only wish it had come with a couple of firefighters instead of just one.

I was quite upset by this toy! My 2 yr old son LOVED it, and it was awesome....at first. The first one I ordered worked for about 24 hours. I have a 2 yr old boy and he is NOT ROUGH with his toys. It wasn't thrown or anything that would cause it to stop working. The entire reason we got this was the "real working engine sounds". So I contact wonderful Amazon, who replaces it a few days later. We got the second one in yesterday evening...and by this morning the "real working engine sounds" have stopped/broken on the new one. Besides that it is great! If you dont care about the sound...youd love it! I doubt I will purchase another one of this brand of toy, unfortunately, bc it obv doesn't hold any weight in their quality of product!

Bright Starts Bloomin Blocks

I purchased these blocks for my daughter at around 4 months along with a few other toys. Once we got home however, she only had eyes for these. Now that she's 8 months, she still loves them. Her favorite block is the one with the crinkly butterfly on it. She loves to "talk" to it or chew on it. Considering she plays with them everyday, they take quite a beating and still they look like new. No holes and pretty easy to keep clean. I'm very happy that I made this purchase and I would highly recommend!

I am actually pretty crafty and had made my own version of these taggy type blocks but they were not holding my daighters attention and did not have much texture to them. She recieved these as a gift and absolutly loves them. They stack so much better than my homemade ones and are very colorful. The sounds from the chimes and crinkle paper seem to captivate her as well. We love them and highly recommend them as a gift!

My 10 week old loves this! She tracks the light with her eyes. It entertains her in her crib for a good 30-40 minutes at a time. I am buying as a gift for my friends having babies too. My baby is picky and I haven't found too many things that can entertain her by herself like this one. I have changed the batteries once in 3 weeks. They are a bit of a pain to change and the connecters in between the batteries tend to spring out when taking out the batteries. But small price to pay for such an entertaining baby toy.

One side is black and white with red lights. The other side is filled with colorful animals and the lights are different colors. There are three options. Two are classical music and one is just lights. The classical music can get a little repetitive but it doesn't seem to bother the baby. The lights are engaging and our baby definitely tracks the lights with her eyes. I had purchased a few tummy time mats and wish I would have just gotten this instead. Our baby can be on her tummy or side when this is playing and this keeps her entertained for awhile. Sometimes I will put this on her lap when she is sitting in her car seat with us at the restaurant when we are eating dinner. We haven't had problems yet with batteries. It takes quite a lot though. Bottom line: I highly recommend the Yookidoo Baby's First Bumper Book.

The lights, music, and drawings were very interesting to my 3 month old, who got it for Christmas. However, after a couple of days, it seems like it got stuck in demo mode. It stops music and lights after a couple of seconds, when they should last for 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I cannot exchange it and give it another try, since at the moment it is not available directly from amazon and the current vendor has it priced at $10 more.

Learning Resources Snap Cubes, 500/Set (LER7585)

I've used snap cubes and Unifix cubes in my classroom for years. They are fantastic tools for teaching numerous math concepts such as place value, patterning, and basic addition and subtraction. I ordered this set online thinking it would be of the same quality as sets I've previously owned. However, I was disappointed to find that these cubes are made of a much lower quality plastic, so the cubes don't always snap together properly. These particular cubes frustrate my students because some pieces are too hard to connect and other pieces constantly break apart. These cubes are okay, but if I had the chance to order again, I'd look for a better set. It might be worth it to pay a bit more and get better quality. (Although, at $50 a set, I don't think these were very cheap.)

My son told me he had to have them. Most of his buddies at school had them and created some interesting things with them. My Son loves them.

My son bought these with his allowance after using them in school to learn math. He uses them like Legos to build things. They do allow for a lot of creativity, and he has enjoyed playing with them. Like another reviewer, I note that the quality doesn't seem to be all that high. I suspect that after more time some of the parts that are supposed to lock together will be too loose to do so. It also might be helpful to know that the set doesn't come with any holding case. It just comes in a cardboard shipping box that is not handy to store them in, so if you buy them you'll want a large ziploc bag or plastic bin to put them in.

My 5 mo old daughter loves the bunny (which as another reader pointed out is small but the perfect size for a baby). The rabbit feels solid & well constructed with a smooth exterior (not fluffy). This is a cute bank but it is very small. I have it sitting on my daughter's hutch (on her dresser), but it looks too small and doesn't make much of a visual impact. Also one of the jewels was already missing when I received it. I wish I had seen this in person because I probably would have elected to purchase something else.

Bell Toddler Sprite Helmet

This is the only helmet I could find that fits my daughters head and does not flop around. It is easy to adjust and worth the extra money over a cheaper floppy helmet.

This is the only helmet I could find for my 3 year old. Infant helmets were too small and youth helmets were too big. The fit of the helmet is great because the head strap is elastic. Therefore, there is no adjustment necessary and no chance the child can loosen the fit leading to potential for injury due to improper use. That said, the rest of the design is a failure. The head straps feature LED lights in the back that blink for added safety. Good idea, except they are mounted inside the shell and cannot be seen unless your child is looking down at his toes. Also, the sun visor is attached by 4 small plastic tabs. They are so flimsy that the visor broke within days of purchase, despite being cared for properly and gently.

Jack The Monkey Tin Jack In The Box

A cute little monkey instead of a clown. I chose this one because it has the tradional song. This is not as sturdy as the ones my kids had back in the late 60s and early 70s, but I suppose that is the way most things are today. A fun toy to hold and play for a 10 month old. I am not sure how long it will last once she begins to really use it, but we are having many laughs with it now.

My little girl loves this, but the first one I got was broken. It looked like it had been dropped or something and the latch wouldn't release to have the monkey pop out. I contacted the company and they sent me another one which works perfectly but I can't help but wonder if this one will break down fast with normal toddler play. She loves it so much that I hope it will last a while.

Lots of fun for my 18 month old. If I start to turn the crank, it keeps his attention and always manages to surprise him when the monkey pops outwhich brings a smile. The only drawback is that he hasn't really figured out how to do it himself. I have to turn the crank, and then carefully put the monkey back in so that it pops up okay. Extremely cute, though.
