My 15 month old son really Loves this toy. His favorite things to play with always involve balls:) It is a very basic toy with little bells and whistles, which is why i chose it. It does'nt require batteries and is'nt deafing to my ears. I would recommend it to anyone with a young child who loves to play with balls.

My daughter got this for her 1st birthday. At 13 months, she was able to put the entire ball in her mouth and it got stuck! We were both frantic as I tried to pry it out of her mouth but it was behind her teeth so extremely hard to get out. It took about 30 seconds, which felt like forever, and I have never been that scared before in my life! She could hardly breathe! Please....it's not worth it...please don't buy this. I'm tossing mine

We've had this toy for a long time and all my kids love it but today my 13 month old somehow jammed a ball into his mouth and it got stuck there! It was too big to go down his throat but I could barely pry it out of his mouth and it was really scary! I'll never use this toy again. If they make a new model with bigger balls I'd buy it again.

My oldest daughter has been playing with this toy since she got it for her first birthday (a year and a half ago) and still loves it. My 5-month old has now started to play with it as well. The balls are different colors and some of them rattle when you shake them. I like this toy because the kids have to figure out how to get the balls in and out and they learn what the 2 different levers do. It is very simple, not annoying or loud, but somehow the kids just love to play with it. As for durability, these balls have been thrown all over the living room, sat on, stepped on, put in mouths, etc., the machine itself has been dropped several times and I've never had any problems with anything breaking or coming apart. In all, a very simple, entertaining toy.

The balls of this toy come apart. My son got half of one ball lodged in his mouth and choked and threw up from it. It was a very scary experience. In my opinion, this toy needs to be recalled.

Bright Starts Lights, Tiger, Action Rattle

This toy was given to us as a gift. My 6 month old had played with it for a month or so, just shaking it and repeatedly putting it in his mouth. Last night, he was chewing on it and started screaming when his saliva reached the battery and it SHOCKED him. It stopped making noises and basically shorted out. This morning, after it had dried out, it works again.

I don't know how to bring this to the attention of the manufacturer, but it hurt my child and should be taken off of the market!

I needed a rattle that not only made noise but lights up suggested by therapist for my daughter. This was all I could find and it is great. Just loud enough, not too loud to scare her and lights up to help her eyes folloow it as well. Great Thank You!

The Deglingos Baby Blankie

This is a great little "blanket" for our son. He loves to chew on the ears...and likes to feel the different textures.

Bought this little sheep for our baby daughter for Christmas. She was five months old at the time, and even then found it an interesting cuddly. She loves looking at it and holding it and even gnawing on him on occasion. The sheep has different textures and is soft. And in appearance, he is a little bit unique from your usual stuffed toy. They have many other animals in this line, and I would definitely buy another one.

I love the Deglingos toys! This "blankie" is more like a lovey or minky...just something for a small baby to cuddle with, which is why I bought it. I love the different off-the-wall patterns. I'm thinking of purchasing a pair of the kicks, just for fun, and maybe another one of these loveys to keep around as a spare. I think the price is a tad steep for this particular product, but I guess they're from the UK...maybe. I didn't do too much research on it. All in all, I really do like the "blankie". I bought this because I needed to come up with something to give my 10 month old son for Christmas and his room had an ocean theme. Also, my daughter has the full-size Deglingos cat and he's pretty dang cute. The product is well-made, colorful, and full of different textures for baby to explore, but my son just wasn't interested. That doesn't mean it's not totally adorable, it's just one of those things that your kid either loves or it doesn't.

This is a good quality costume hat. Nothing fancy, but it's well constructed from studry material.

CONS:

I ordered this hat as part of my son's Pillsbury Doughboy costume this Halloween. At 18 months, he fit right into the age range that it suggests, but the hat was waaaaaay to small (by at least one-and-a-half inches). The velcro had to be completely undone to even get it on his head, but then it was way too loose and flopped down over his eyes.

Overall, they need to change the description and list a hat size in inches so you can know. Because there is NO WAY this hat would fit a 2 or 3 year old... unless their heads are supremely undersized. Because now I've got what amounts to an infant hat with no infant to wear it.

This was a really cute item to buy. Only problem was when I tried to sterilize the paificer, the face of it began to crack. I would probably purchase it again for fun and just carefully sterilize only the nipple portion.

Playskool Wheel Pals Chuck Fold and Go Fire Station

This toy is very hard to use. I bought it when my son was 19 months old and he seems rather frustrated when he plays with it. First it is much too narrow. When a truck is on the top level and he tries to grab it his hand gets stuck. The middle and bottom level are a waste as he cannot reach the trucks when they are on these levels. The ramp is cute but it is hard to drive the trucks across the track and turn it so the truck goes down the ramp. When the elevator is on the bottom level, I have to help him grab the little handle to help pull it up because again his hand gets stuck. It also tips over very easily. All in all I think this toy is a waste of money.

I agree with the previous post. I bought this for my 2 year old son who loves fire trucks but he became frustrated when he had to squeeze his hand through it to get the fire truck to the other side. It is very narrow and not practical at all. If I had known it was that narrow I wouldn't have gotten it. My son doesn't even play with fire station now, just the little fire truck. I would not recommend this to a friend, it was a waste of money.

This is a terrible toy. It is too hard to move the trucks around inside of it. It is poorly designed and made. The elevator sticks. The only thing nice about this toy is that it folds up for storage, which is the only thing I can see doing with this toy. I took it back right away. Don't waste your money.

My son got this toy for his 4th birthday and will not stop playing with it. The ramp did fall off once but we were able to snap it back on and it has not fallen off since. He loves the slide pole for the trucks and that all the trucks fit nicely in the fire station and that he can play with the fire station and the construction querry at the same time and that it can go where he goes like to great grandma and great grandpa's house on vacation.

The only thing is I would not recommend this toy for any child under 3 it is for older preschoolers.

I am sure someone has already said the same things I will list. However I felt compelled to say to everyone thinking about purchasing this toy, "Only get it if it's free with free shipping."

I would like to share a few bad things: The ramp collapses every time the car goes down it. The twirl thing gets stuck going down and when you pull it up. The width of each level is so small my two-year-old cannot push the car through to the other side. The elevator is difficult to maneuver. It only comes with one car = one kid at a time. And even though Amazon lists it as $10, it's really worth no more than about 50 cents. I would have been better satisfied with any toy from a kid's meal.

Fisher-Price Little Mommy Bedtime Baby Doll

First the good news: my daughter loves it, nuff said.

However, looking at this from a parental perspective, there are some glaring deficiencies. Fisher Price, how about putting a demo mode in for the baby doll so the batteries don't die within five minutes of opening the product? And thus begins my review: you used 3 LR44 batteries, which might as well be worthless, as nobody in their right mind simply has those lying around. So after a trip to the store, I attempt to insert the new batteries in the case (located in the back of the head, which creeps me out a little) to discover that I must be proficient in robotic surgery to insert the stupid things. The batteries slide off of each other and it is nigh unto impossible to put them in a 1 inch-deep slot in a hard plastic baby head. After 10 minutes of frustration, I finally got them in, and at that point, decided to review your product. Design team, work a little harder next time not making your consumer angry within 5 minutes of opening your package.

My little girl loves this toy, but unfortunately she also loves chewing on the shapes which have stickers on them that'll get soggy and come off. Had to take them away so she wouldn't eat stickers and glue. And I have to admit, I didn't check for BPA or PVC ...

I orginally bought this item for a friend's baby and when I saw how much my son loved to play with it I bought him one for Christmas. It is his go to toy at the moment. He is 11 months. From a parent's perspective it is very versatile in that it teaches kids basic shapes as well as hand eye coordination. The only downside to this are the stickers on the shapes which come off very easily when they put it in their mouths. I would def get this for a friend.

All of the pieces are constantly in my son's mouth, so I agree with the other reviewer that the stickers/glue on the shapes are problematic. Upon opening, we soaked off the stickers so that we didn't have to worry about it. I should first say that my son (14mo) loves this toy. He likes to put the pieces in the bus, open the top, and drive it around. For that, I'm glad we have it. However, it's a terrible shape sorter. You can fit the star through the square, the octagon through the circle, etc. So....it doesn't teach shapes. It teaches "push any piece hard enough and it will go through most holes." But, like I said, he does love it. I just don't understand why a shape sorter wouldn't be designed better for that purpose.

Monkey Family Bath Toy - Floating Fun!

I had purchased an item same as this for my 2 year old grandson previously, though a different animal species, and he really loved it in and out of the bath! It is made really sturdy and the little ones love the Mommy and her babies...very special playtime pretending. I bought this one as a monkey-themed baby shower decor accent and then will be given to my daughter afterward to save for the baby when he's ready to play in a jungle of imagination!! So adorable!!

My little one, now almost seven months, has discovered that the little monkeys make excellent teething toys -I'm so glad this came with three little monkeys, since he now carries one with him all over the house. They also fit great in my purse, so "bath toy" has become "chew on in the car" toy. He's also getting more coordinated, so although all three little monkeys still don't fit on the big one, he's very happy with one or two babies floating around on mom.

I appealed to dad on the whole "retaining water" issue, and apparently, all it takes is muscle-he folded the big monkey completely in half and all the water squirted right out. So I'm changing my stars to five-this isn't a great toy for a little, uncoordinated baby. But once he started to get the hang of all his fingers, my son fell in love with this!

I got this toy for my six-month-old son because for him, bath time is play time. The concept of the baby monkeys being "on top of" the mom monkey is educational (learning spacial relations-"on top of" vs "next to," etc). However, the toy is not very stable (tends to flip over a lot), and all three babies barely fit on the mom. As a result, at the slightest wave, all the baby monkeys tumble off of the mom monkey and just float around. So I usually leave the baby monkeys out and just give my little one the big monkey to play with; he likes grabbing it and holding it under the faucet to make the water spray around. This kind of defeats the whole "spacial relations" point, though, and he gets bored with holding onto the one monkey pretty quickly.

I am concerned, too, because it seems like the big monkey is retaining water. I can hear it sloshing around in there no matter how I try to squeeze or drain it out, and I'm worried about putting a toy full of potentially moldy water in the bath with my infant. Overall, I feel very underwhelmed this toy. I would probably prefer to have spent the money on something else.

Pros: cute, floats well, light and easy for baby to grab, safe for baby to gnaw on

Cons: often upside down, small monkeys don't fit well, might be retaining water/hard to drain

This little book was read so many times with my two kids. We wore it out!

This is a decent kids book, but is a bit basic and doesn't have enough doo-dads to keep them occupied for long.

My daughter likes 'peek a boo forest' much more, though she liked playing with the loose star on this book.

After the unit has powered down, if the sound sensor detects several seconds of consistent sound, like crying, he will play two soft melodies. How cool is that? This is probably my favorite feature of the bunny.

Even though the recommended age for this toy is 6 to 36 months, I feel for educational purposes, it is best suited for a child under 2. As far as being a soothing friend, well, lets just say even *I* enjoy the lullabies every now and again when falling asleep!

My baby got this bunny as a gift. The daytime mode is annoying, but the nighttime mode has proved itself priceless. I wish you could set it to day or night on the back instead of with its foot button. my daughter changes it at night by rolling onto its foot and it starts laughing and singing, but in nighttime mode when she crys it will kick on with lullabys and most of the time put her back to sleep! My one year old got this toy at 9 months and has used it as her soothing sleep buddy. My daughter wakes up 3 or 4 times a night, the toy has a sensor that would pick up on her crying and the bunny would start playing lullabies again. Now she is one year old and the sound sensor has quit working. She has been so used to being soothed by the bunny that we are struggling to soothe her back to sleep when she wakes up. 5 stars for my being adorable and making my daughter love her, two stars for the sensor going out after only three months.

I thought I was getting 2 "mice" as title is "fabric mice" not "mouse". I now have one very cute small blue mouse that after the crazy S & H cost me around $13. My cat will probably steal it its so small!

the description implies that you will recieve a set, as in BOTH mice. I only recieved the red and pink one, Im super bummed about it. Amazoncustomer service was unable to help me get the other mouse , so I guess Ill have to order again and hope they get it right next time :/ as for the product itself, of course they are adorable and well made just like all the other haba products, Im sure I wouldve been very pleased, had I recieved what I ordered :(

I got this for my 1 year old, and it is well loved by all my kids. One mouse squeaks, the other rattles, and they are just the right size to be held in his hands. This toy was recommended by my daughter's music teacher. My daughter just turned 17 months old and LOVES this toy. She immediately began doing all the things that the instruction booklet said children would soon discover. She plays with it everyday for about 30 minutes at a time. It is a great teaching tool as my daughter counts the balls and we are now learning the colors. She has greatly improved her hand/eye coordination with the hammering. It is a fun toy. My 6 yr old niece came to visit and also loved playing with the toy. It is on my list of "favorite toys" for this age group.

My son loves this toy! Bright colors and perfect sized balls &hammer for his little hands. He hasn't quite gotten the hammering down yet, but just hits the balls with his hands to send them on their way. item was purchased to serve as "double" for baby when o.g. blankie was getting washed. baby loves it. that's all that matters. only gross thing is that if the baby chews the head portion of the blanket, its thickness prohibits full drying and can get a little mildewy smelling if you don't stay on top of it.

The baby seat worn out in less than a month. Without the seat, the item is useless. I am not sure if they have a replacement seat. However, our baby enjoyed it when she was on it. The seat cover just took all its good value off.

My baby loves the car in the middle because of the music and lights. overall it is a good walker I just wish that it could be let down like the less expensive walkers for easier storage. And I'm not sure if my baby is just tall or the walker wasn't constructed properly because no matter what level i put the walker on her feet always drag instead of allowing her to place her feet to walk. I guess what I'm trying to say is, my baby can remain seated and just move her legs instead of having to stand when she want to walk (almost like moving around in a computer chair.)

Purchased this one three weeks ago and my six months old baby (85% percentile for weight 75% for height) is still having a hard time moving in it. The bells and whistles on the walker are boring (and we actually removed batteries from the little car because the noises it made were very annoying) the baby is not impressed at all. He is able to move backwards a little bit in this walker and is having a really hard time moving forward. Too bad we threw away the packaging right away, I would've returned it.

I bought this because my baby had really enjoyed playing in a baby walker at our friends place. I can't find that model anymore. He was scooting around the floor in that one no problem.

my monkey is only a few weeks old and already has a lot of miles on it. i took it to work with me (typical office environment) and it has been screeching down the hall ever since. love it--thinking of buying more as gifts.

I got this for the office. Gave it to a coworker who likes monkey themed items. Everyone in the office loves it. It's a great stress reliever and everyone enjoys it when used in moderation. One warning though... it's VERY LOUD and there is no volume control. Don't give it to anyone who is going to send it shrieking across the office every 2 minutes.

Purchased this toy as a gag for my husband's office, where they like to play tricks on each other. Unfortunately the holders for your fingers do not fit an adult's hands and it really doesn't fly very far. But .. in all fairness the howling noise it makes drove the cats at home nuts!

Okay, so first off, lots of fun, very loud, and flys pretty far. However, my monkey's hand detached after only 10 throws :( that makes me a sad monkey chucker. I think I'll be able to get it back on. Hell for this cheap, I can always just get another.

This monkey is a hit. It is nicely made. The details are great. My supermonkey has a black cape and a black mask.

How to use :

Remove the tab that separates the battery contacts. Insert your forefinger and middle finger in the monkey's palms. Pull it like a slingshot and release. It will do a monkey shriek when it lands. It can travel across several cubicles depending how far you pull it. Inside the monkey's arms are rubber tubes similar to what a nurse tie your arms when they draw blood. It is taking lot of hits and beating, and still screaming.

The only downside I can think of is when it's time to replace the battery. There is no opening I can find . You would need to open up the monkey suit when it run out of juice stitching required.

Otherwise, it is a riot!
